  • The 2015 revised curriculum is structured around the core competencies of the 21st century, this is in line with the world's flow of education, such as OECD Education 2030. A future practical leading model was studied to provide a variety of creative teaching and learning experiences to elementary and Secondary students using intelligent information technology to cultivate core competencies such as ICT and computing thinking. In order for this practical model to stably settle the school field, the training was planned and operated to strengthen the creative convergence education capacity required by the teachers at the unit school through various types of the training. In particular, a nationwide administrators training program was operated for three years, reflecting the new curriculum, teaching and learning methods, and evaluation that can lead to future convergence talent training. In this paper, the perception of creative convergence education was investigated and analyzed considering the influence that administrators may have on the school field. Based on this, through the three-year operation results of the training, it was intended to establish a new training method for stable access to future creative convergence education under the post-corona era's social issues.

  • As the COVID-19 situation continued to spread to the local community along with the spread due to influx, each university had to conduct all online classes and partially online classes. The purpose of this study was to investigate the satisfaction of learners with the content and lecture contents by paying attention to online non-face-to-face classes according to the change of the class environment in the Corona 19 situation. Satisfaction survey on online non-face-to-face class major subjects was analyzed using questionnaires from June 1 to June 11, 2021, targeting 2nd and 3rd year students in the Department of Radiology at S University in Daegu. As a result of the study, satisfaction with content and class content was found to be an average of 3.78 ± 0.75 points, and learning satisfaction was found to be an average of 3.00 ± 1.14 points. In addition, when taking online non-face-to-face classes, the correlation between students' class attitude and content and class content satisfaction was the highest (r=0.555, p<0.01), and it was found that there was also a correlation between content and class content satisfaction and learning satisfaction. (r=0.331, p<0.01). I think that satisfaction with non-face-to-face online classes can be improved if the quality of content is improved during non-face-to-face online major classes as well as more active interactions between students and professors.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the phenomena that occurred when the students were practicing flip-learning lessons and to present the good points and the unsatisfactory points to improve the students' learning pleasure. Therefore, it is aimed to provide the basic data and the advantages and disadvantages which are needed to apply the flip learning method which is newly emerging recently to the university instruction. The method of this study was a questionnaire survey to understand the perception of flip learning. Based on the results of this study, the following conclusions are presented. First, the experience of flip learning instruction was first encountered by 50% of college students. Second, the students showed a very low tendency in practicing the flip learning instruction(video watching) the instructor intended. Third, college students have a habit of learning that they are not ready for pre-study of the subject. Fourth, the perception of flip learning lesson through the provision of video was highly positive. Fifthly, flip learning lessons have the advantage of being able to learn regardless of the time and place that they have, but they are not actively involved if they are not actually reflected in the test or grades. In conclusion, it was found that college students became accustomed to the incentive-style lessons due to the application of various learning techniques from elementary school age, making it difficult to participate in voluntary learning.

  • The term edutech has recently been attracting attention as the convergence of education and technology is emphasized. Schools are also exploring teaching methods using edutech. The purpose of this study is to analyze the satisfaction of 210 radiology students after using Quizn Platform and the difference in satisfaction with Quizn Platform according to general characteristics. The research results are as follows. First, as a result of the satisfaction analysis according to class type, the following order was practical class, theory + practice class, and theory class. Second, the desired teaching methods among theory classes according to general characteristics were core classes (quiz solving), lecture-style classes, discussions, and discussion classes. Third, 'Quizn was used appropriately in class.' had the highest score at 4.27±0.60, and 'I am very interested in this subject.' had the lowest score at 3.98±0.74. Additionally, there was no significant difference in response to the teaching method (p>0.05). Fourth, 'Applying Quizn to class was interesting and fun' showed the highest score at 4.24±0.94, and 'Institutional support must be provided to continue using Quizn at 3.49±0.96. Additionally, there was no significant difference in satisfaction with classes according to gender and age (p>0.05). As a limitation of this study, although we investigated the satisfaction of students using Quizn, we were unable to investigate the satisfaction of instructors who interact with students. In the future, research that considers instructor satisfaction in classes using edutech should be conducted. Universities must provide institutional support and continuous interest until edutech is selected and utilized.

  • This study is a pre-experimental research that applied one-group pretest-posttest design to find out effects of the health assessment learning program using an online platform on the problem-solving process, critical thinking disposition, class participation, and class flow of nursing college students. Data before and after participation in the learning program using the online platform were collected from second-year nursing students who were 52 test subjects taking the health assessment and practice course at J University located in G-gun, C-buk-do. As a result of analyzing, it was found that the problem-solving process (t=-2.569, p=.013), critical thinking disposition (t=-5.363, p<.001), class participation (t=-4.429, p<.001), and class flow (t=-3.747, p<.001) were statistically significantly improved according to before and after participation in the program. Therefore, it is believed that a learning program using an online platform can be used to improve the problem-solving process, critical thinking disposition, class participation, and class flow of nursing college students during health assessment classes.

  • This study sought to suggest improvement measures by analyzing how major satisfaction of college students majoring in tourism in the metropolitan area affects career decision self-efficacy and employment preparation behavior. A survey was conducted on college students majoring in tourism-related fields from April 1 to May 31, 2024, and 217 out of a total of 250 were used for analysis. As a result of the study, hypotheses 1 and 3 established in this study were found to have a significant positive influence, and hypothesis 2 was partially accepted. Therefore, the improvement plan of this study is to make continuous efforts to improve the competitiveness of universities, such as developing educational policies and educational programs to improve the satisfaction of majors, satisfaction with curriculum and classes, and customized teaching methods for each subject, and prior to students' full-scale job preparation activities. There is a need to improve individualized employment strategies for major students and employment counseling methods between professors and students. In particular, it is necessary to establish an efficient employment preparation system through educational facilities and environments, curricula, educational programs, and professor consultations where major students can make their own career decisions.

  • This study started by recognizing that a competency-based major curriculum in physics education was necessary to respond to field demands in the intelligent information age. To address this need, the research developed a competency-based major curriculum model for the Department of Physics Education at G University. The research process involved several stages: environmental analysis focusing on the characteristics of the intelligent information age, needs analysis of the educational field, establishment of ideal human resources and academic goals, selection of major competencies, curriculum system composition, and roadmap development. The major curriculum committee reviewed and evaluated each stage of this process. The study established an ideal image of 'innovative and communicative educators leading future education' along with three educational objectives. It also identified academic-research competency, field-job competency, and convergence-integration competency as major competencies, defining sub-competencies for each. The research team restructured the curriculum to achieve a balanced development of major competencies and introduced a new science edutainer micro-degree program to address career diversification. The project implemented complementary extracurricular programs to supplement insufficient major competencies and established systems for managing individual students' major competencies and the overall major curriculum. The competency-based major curriculum model developed through this study aims to strengthen the practical competencies of physics education students and provide an effective approach to respond to future changes in the educational environment.
