The purpose of this study is to explore the purpose of introducing the system and the possibility of development by comparing the period before and after the implementation of the Korean Important Agricultural Heritage System (KIAHS) using big data. In terms of perception related to Ulleungdo Island, keywords related to accessibility were derived as higher keywords before and after designation, and in particular, keywords such as various approaches and new ports could be found after designation. It can be seen that positive perception increased after the designation of KIAHS, and the perception of good increased particularly. In addition, the exact name of wild greens and keywords for volcanic island appeared in common, but it was confirmed that the influence increased in the results of the centrality analysis after the designation. In other words, it was found that the designation of KIAHS was helpful in preserving traditional knowledge and developing traditional agricultural culture using it.

The purpose of this research is to develop a theme-based integrated teaching/learning plan in clothing, food, and housing in home economics and to apply the developed process in classes for evaluation in order to identify the suitability in schools. The theme-based integrated teaching/learning plan developed on the basis of textbooks consist four sub-themes; choosing($1^{st}$ and $2^{nd)$ lessons), using($3^{rd}$ lesson), processing ($4^{th}$ lesson), and alternatives($5^{th}$ and $6^{th}$ lessons) under the main theme of 'green family life'. The results from 20 individual and group activities showed that the students actively solved the problems when the presented cases were related to their own lives or experiences. The opportunity to implement green life through activities motivated students' willingness to proceed in real life. However, it is vital to assist integrated thinking through various examples before beginning due to students with difficulties connecting the issue from one area to the other during the problem-focused activity. The students' ability to solve the activity workbook had been improved as the lessons continued. From the survey questions on the theme-based integrated lessons, all items associated with integration of clothing, foods, and housing were positively responded. Also, questions regarding general understanding, suitability and satisfaction on the teaching/learning process were marked positive. The conclusion could be that the integrated theme related to clothing, food, and housing in our life would be appropriate for green family life. The theme-based integrated teaching/learning plan is effective in understanding the occurrence of green family life in relation with clothing, food, and housing, identifying the practical ideas implementing green life in those areas, and improving the integrated ability to solve the green life related problems. However, this research has its weakness in generalizing the results due to its limited survey respondents and post-evaluation being the only assessment conducted.

Ontology defines the terms used in a specific domain and the relationships between them and represents them as hierarchical taxonomy. The present paper proposes a semi-automatic domain-specific ontology construction method based on terminology Processing. For this purpose, it presents an algorithm to extract terminology according to the noun/suffix pattern of terminology in domain texts and find their hierarchical structure. The experiment was carried out using pharmacy-related documents. As singleton terminology with noun/suffix were identified, the average accuracy was 92.57%. In case of multi-word terminology, the average accuracy was 66.64%. The constructed ontology forms natural semantic clusters with based on suffices and semantic information, so can be utilized in approaches to specific knowledge such as information look-up or as the base of inference to improve searching abilities.

As the utilization of official statistics has been recently increased, the necessity of objective quality assessment also has been increased. Since mean square error(MSE) and response rate, which have been considered as representative quality indicators in the past, may have the limits of use, it has been demanded to develop new quality indicators which are able to reflect the various requirements of users. In this paper, regarding sample surveys conducted by governmental agencies, the flow of procedures in statistics production is analyzed using input-output of each procedure. As the result, how to identify and develop quality indicators for each procedure is discussed, with some instances of indicators. Finally, the quality index using the results of quality assessment would be calculated based on a weighting method by the size of deviation of statistical measures.

The purpose of this study is to extract the main locational factors to affect the location of Convenience Stores (CVS) in Songpa Gu, Seoul by using Geographic Information Systems. The procedure of research has three steps. First, the spatial distribution of CVS in Korea is analyzed by the places and time. Second, the main locational factors to affect the location of CVS in Songpa Gu are extracted. Finally, the potential locational zones where are selected by extracted locational factors are compared with the actual distribution of CVS in Songpa Gu. The main locational factors to affect the location of CVS include factors of the numbers geocoding method in GIS, it can be idenified that the 58 stores are located in the potential locational zone. However, this study has limitation to extract potential locational zones in detail. There are still difficulties to collect appropriate data for land use buildings as well as data for consumer behavior and regional characteristics itself.

The purposes of this paper is to propose a methology for the efficient work analysis and system configuration for the developing of facilities information management system for city gas facilites. For this, work defining and user requirement was reflected on system, and systematic system development was derived through defining the problems of existing facilities management system. The study can be summarized as follows: First, existing work was computerized effectively by feedback with user interview on analyzing work. Second, it is appropriate to approach on system development in view of SI(System Integrate) which integrates Management Information System(MIS) and Geograph¬ic Information System(GIS). Third, it was found that Client-Server environment is good solution for now and future computer environment.

Effect of radial position of half-wave resonator is investigated experimentally for acoustic damping of tangential mode in a combustion chamber by adopting acoustic cold test. When resonator with optimal tuning length is installed， damping is enhanced as its radial location is away from the center of the faceplate. And, radial profile of damping factor is similar to that of the amplitude of the acoustic mode to be damped. As the location is close to the center, acoustic damping is mitigated and independent on the resonator length. on the other hand， the resonator with non-optimal length dose not show any effect of its radial position.

The study strives to shed a light on the users' perception and demand on public libraries in Busan area through a survey asking the facility, materials and service conditions in public libraries. Data are drawn from a survey with three hundred respondents. The survey was implemented to figure out current status and needs regarding library facility, materials, and cultural programs. Supporting data are collected via interview as well. Since this paper discusses such an issue as current situation in public libraries, this study could provide the policy makers with basic information in developing and improving public library programs in Busan area.

The roles of librarians have been changing with the paradigm shift of libraries. The paradigm of libraries has shifted from a traditional information management-centered way to a hybrid approach emphasizing a balance between collection and access. This study analyzed the internal and external changes of libraries to create Blue Ocean of special libraries by using the SWOT analysis, and adopted ERCR analysis for the reasonable management of libraries. This study researched the various changes of the role of librarians through the literature review and inter-viewing librarians working at the DaeDuck Science Research Complex.

The purpose of this study is to clarify stages and definite contents of integration of immigrants in local community's level. Author approached this study with case study. Data were collected by conducting depth interviews with twenty five persons. According to results of this study, the integration of immigrants was revealed as follows; The $1^{st}$ stage is mutual-otherization, the $2^{nd}$ stage is tolerance as mean, and the $3^{rd}$ stage is resistance and mutual tension. Next, the $4^{th}$ stage is compromise, and final stage is mutual coexistence. Therefore, the author suggested the empowerment to immigrants and abolition of xenophobia and racism on the basis of this case study.
