수소를 기반으로 하는 신재생에너지의 생산, 관리 및 이용 시스템을 연계하여 운전하는 Green City 실증단지 구현을 위한 국내 도서 선정은 지자체별 이해관계와 지역발전계획에 따라 첨예한 논란을 수반할 소지가 있다. 입지 선정 절차상에서 예비후보지 선정과정이 형식적이거나 입지선정기준이 없어 입지선정을 위한 평가항목, 평가기준, 항목별 배점 등이 분석자의 의도에 따라 조정될 수 있는 문제점이 있다. 또한 각 지역에 대한 입지선정을 위한 기준이 있다 하더라도 추상적이거나 객관적이지 않은 기준이 많아 입지선정에 직접 적용하기 어렵고, 자연환경, 사회경제, 법제, 입지조건, 부하특성, 지자체 호응 등 인자들의 평가의 형평성이 결여될 수 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 의사결정도구로 이용되는 계층분석법(AHP)을 입지선정절차에 적용하였다. 객관적인 정보가 제공 가능한 평가항목을 설정하고, 관련 전문가들의 설문조사를 통하여 주관적인 중요도 결과를 취합하였다. 이 결과를 계층분석법을 활용하여 평가항목별 가치를 측정하여 가중치를 부여하였고, Green City 실증단지 구현을 위한 후보도서의 순위를 제시하였다.

This study investigated teachers' decision-making and related factors in the elementary textbook adoption process. Our participants include 296 elementary teachers who took part in the mathematics textbook (grades 3 and 4) adoption committees in his/her schools. Our study used the decision-making model of Shavelson and Stern (1981) for analyzing teacher beliefs and attitudes concerning choices and priorities, judgments, evaluation methods, and key factors to reviewing and selecting a mathematics textbook. Our discussion includes teacher beliefs and intentions and the way they come into conflict with determinant factors that influence the decision-making of textbook adoption. Findings also reveal the unique nature of elementary school teaching as generalists in contrast with secondary teachers as specialists, playing a significant role in the adoption process. Lastly, the study discusses the entanglements of textbook reform and explains the discrepancy between textbook authorization/approval policies versus the plight of little change (and innovation) in mathematics textbooks.

In National Defense field, the importance of M&S and T&E has been increased due to complexity of modern Weapon System. And research reducing time and cost is being conducted continually on using limited resources efficiently. In the existing research, Weapon System's Performance Evaluation System using the Process-based method has been in progress. But, Objective basis or scientific method is insufficient in selecting appropriate function of a target to performance evaluation. Due to this, it's difficult to select functions suitable to the situation in same type. Also, Requirements of user and interrelation of evaluation factors can't be reflected systematically. In this research, it proposes the method to reflecting requirements of user, interrelation of elements in realistic situation for selecting evaluation object in Performance Evaluation Simulation. First, Evaluation Objects is selected using ANP which is multi-criterion decision making method. Second, decision support system is constructed using Programming Language(C#) based on the research result.

현재 공시지가를 산정하는 과정에서 비교 표준지를 선정하는 작업은 지적 담당공무원의 수작업에 의하여 이루어지고 있다. 한정된 시간에 많은 개별필지의 비교표준지선정 작업으로 인하여, 객관적이고 합리적인 비교표준지를 선정하는 것에 어려움이 있다. 또한 현재 NGIS(국가지리정보체계)나 UIS(도시정보체계)등에 의한 국가적인 지형정보체계 구축사업이 급속도로 진전되고 있다. 이에 따라 토지의 가치평가의 한 분야인 개별토지의 지가산정작업도 최신의 자동화된 기법을 적용할 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 비교표준지를 선정하는 작업을 자동화함으로써 수작업에 의한 주관적인 요소를 배제하고, 객관적이고 정확하게 비교표준지를 선정하는 방법을 알아보았다. 아울러 이러한 자동화 기법을 사용함에 있어서 공간의사결정모델을 이용하여 비교 표준지와 개별 필지간의 토지특성을 충분히 고려하여 비교표준지를 선정함으로써 정확도를 높이는 방안을 모색하였다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 의사결정기법 중에서 계층분석과정(AHP)기법, Concordance 기법 그리고 Ideal Point 기법을 사용하여 비교표준지를 선정하였다. 3가지 방법을 통하여 나온 결과를 현재의 비교표준지와 비교하여본 결과, 계층분석과정기법이 가장 현실성이 있는 대안으로 선정 되었다. 본 연구의 결과와 현재 사용중인 비교표준지를 절충하여 좀더 현실적인 비교표준지 선정이 이루어질 것으로 기대한다.

We attempt to make regional innovative capability indices for overall understanding of regional innovation. We'll analyze various indicators on it using fuzzy set theory and compare regional innovative capabilities of 16 regions in Korea. The fuzzy set theory can reflect more normally the uncertainty of the stakeholder's responses than other decision making analysis methods. The overall results suggest that experts on regional innovation rank GRDP most important and Daejeon is the most innovative region. Building up regional innovative capabilities should be made for more balanced national land development.

본 논문에서는 각 지역의 수중 음향 센서로부터 중앙의 정보 융합 센터로 전송되어진 동일한 또는 상이한 표적의 Identity 정보들을 종합해 최종적으로 표적의 Identity를 결정하는 Decision Fusion 기법을 다룬다. 기존의 연구는 표적의 속성 정보로부터 정보 융합을 통해 표적의 Identity를 선택하는 기법을 주로 다루고 있다. 그러나 본 논문에서는 기존의 연구보다 한 단계 나아가 선택된 표적의 Identity들로부터 운용자가 가장 합리적인 결정을 내릴 수 있도록 하는 표적의 Identity 결정을 위한 Decision Fusion 기법을 제안한다. 이러한 수중 음향 표적 식별 시스템에서의 Identity Decision Fusion 기법으로 Voting 기법, 센서 정보의 신뢰도를 고려한 Weighted Voting 기법, 그리고 다 기준 의사 결정 기법인 Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) 기법을 제안하고 그 성능을 평가한다

People believe that they make a rational decision. But the results of behavioral economics research show that people make a emotional decision at many times. The perception of fairness is one of the example in emotional decision. Sometimes people give up their monetary profit and revenge counterpart when they feel unfair. So the perception of fairness is very important. Two experiment was conducted. In experiment 1, researcher studied the effect of the pre-investment cost in perception of fairness. The result showed people who had pre-investment cost thought more unfair but were more likely to continue prior decision. In experiment 2, researcher studied the effect of type of CEO and message frame in perception of fairness. The results showed that people thought the proposal was more unfair when CEO was son of founder and message was gain and loss framing message.

This paper presents the optimal design and analysis method of the train overhaul maintenance facility based on the simulation. Because the train is composed of a coach or more, we design the simulation model after analyzing the operation of train into train, coach, coach's body parts and wheel parts and soon. In simulation analysis, we consider the critical (dependent) factors and design (independent) parameters for the selection of alternatives and optimal design. Therefore, Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) is proposed for the selection of alternatives and optimal method in order to find the optimal design factors. The case study for the above approach is used for the electronic locomotive overhaul maintenance facility. This paper provides a comprehensive framework for the train overhaul maintenance facility design using the simulation, MCDM and optimal methods. Therefore, the method developed for this research can be adopted for other enhancements in different but comparable situation.

Selection of the best operation rule among a set of alternatives for a multipurpose reservoir system operation requires to evaluate many minor criteria I n addition to the major objectives assessed to the system, These problems are sufficiently complex and difficult that they are beyond heuristic decision rules and experiences in case several noncommensurable multiple criteria are included in the evaluation. With the assistance of multicriterion decision analysis techniques, it is possible to select the best one among various alternatives by systematically comparing and ranking the alternatives with respect to the criteria of choice. Evaluation criteria for multipurpose reservoir system operating rules were identified and defined, and the multicriterion decision analysis techniques were applied to evaluate the fore developed operating rules of the existing Chungju multipurpose project according to the identified nine multiple criteria. The application result shows that the methodology is very efficient to select the best operation alternative among a finite number of operating rules with many evaluation criteria for a large scale reservoir system operation.
