A Study on Preference for Graphic Basic Elements of the UI/UX Design of Game Application (게임 어플리케이션의 UI/UX 디자인의 그래픽 기본요소 선호도 연구)

  • The game industry using Smart phones and related market is rapidly growing every year and a graphical view of the game fun and games player is in a diverse environment improvement. Game visuals in the design of the application of the user's perspective, very simple tricks, unlike such as the game's environment is pc, but more sophisticated and to improve the quality of the game, planning is required. Ranking the top rankings, game downloads this study, therefore, has recently structured questionnaire based on the case in existing research conducted a survey. The surveyed more than 200 million people downloaded the Onmyoji game users in China was limited to the preferences of each gui survey analyzed. Preference shown in graphic identify success factors should be improved to lighting of the basic elements of design / ux ui and applications should be taken into account when designing the game. A Study on File Sharing Mechanism for Network Energy Efficiency: Designing & Implementation Proxying System (네트워크 에너지 효율향상을 고려한 File Sharing 기술 연구)

  • Currently, studies have show that the network related energy consumption are increasing. and part of overall energy consumption of our society are too. So, that is important to look for energy-efficient network applications and protocols. A most of network energy consumption are due to network edge devices. in this paper, in order to cut down the emissions of carbon dioxide from ICT business, which contributes 2% of the global energy consumption, it is necessary to understand energy consumption in peer-to-peer system. In this paper, in this paper we propose a architecture based on the introduction of a p2p proxy. The model is analyzed analytically and numerically to reveal how these factors influence the overall power consumption in both steady state and flash crowd information exchange scenarios. Specifically, our results show that the proxy-based solution can provide up to 50% reduction in the energy consumption and, at the same time, a significant reduction in the average file download time.

  • Recently, Industrial-IoT (IIoT) solutions accounted for up to 55% in 2016 and technological innovation and various new business models are being developed. In this paper, apply IIoT device in various environments and implement an ontology system that can interwork with block type IIoT device to easily add / change / delete sensor. The proposed system consists of IIoT device, block-type module, and ontology server. When the block-type module is connected to the IIoT device, the appropriate driver is installed and the firmware is downloaded through the ontology server. Even if a block is added / changed / deleted, it can be updated automatically. Through experiments, we confirmed that the normal operation of the server and the updating and downloading of software are implemented normally.

  • P2P service is a method that can share various information through direct connection between computer of a person who have information and a Person who have information without server in the Internet and it is getting a lot of popularity by method for free ex change of file. P2P file sharing systems have become popular as a new paradigm for information exchange. Because all users who use service in P2P file sharing system can use shared files of several users freely by equal access privilege, it is happening the 'free rider' that only download shared file of other users without share own files. Although a user share a malicious file including virus, worm or file that have title differing with actuality contents, can use file sharing service without limitation. In this paper, we propose a method that restrict access of 'free rider' that only download using reputation information that indicate reliability of user. Also, we restrict usage ons hared file of other users about users who share harmful file.

  • For a P2P network, the contents distribution is a very important service because the contents provider is not fixed. And in the P2P media streaming, a request peer replays and saves media data simultaneously, and after streaming it acts as a new source peer providing media files to other peers. Therefore streaming and file saying operations should be simultaneously carried out in order to distribute contents through the P2P network. In this paper, a P2P multi-source media streaming system which can replay the contents data during downloading is proposed and implemented. The system reduces the user response time and the number of simultaneous user increases more than two times. Moreover, transmitting a part of media file makes fast distribution and diffusion of contents possible.

  • Delivery efficiency of e-learning media can be influenced by authoring processes. Generally, a moving picture recorded by video camera can be delivered to student by multimedia streaming service, using media server technology. A e-learning media authored by lecture authoring tool is played in a student application by download-based delivery system. Recently, some animation know-how are applied to author e-learning media by hand-operation. In this paper, we suggest a client-based streaming service for the e-leaning media consists of media files and integration data The lecture of e-learning media nay be divided into some time-based small blocks. Each blocks can be located distributed site. The student system gather those blocks by download-scheduling. This is a valid method for QoS guarantee streaming services. In addition to our study, lecturers can author composite e-learning media includes media files and dynamic web pages simply, The distributed e-learning media files of our study is managed by multi-author and updated rapidly.

  • The P2P technology has been widely used to distribute files efficiently, and its use in streaming is rapidly increasing. P2P streaming has issues about startup-delay, scalability, and real-time playback, however, what affects these factors has not been researched sufficiently. This paper suggests a buffering model for progressive download within mesh-based P2P system, which corresponds to downloading and playing the content at the same time. It is used to analyze PDF(Playback Deadline First), Rarest algorithms which are block-selection strategies of P2P streaming and proposes a mixed selection of them. The mixed block selection strategy dynamically performs different strategies based on whether the blocks to be played are received or not. In consequence, it enhances the QoS of streaming in a single peer point of view, as well as improving block distributions in an overlay network.

  • The existing web page was downloaded and provided to the user every time the user requested the page. Therefore, if the same page is repeatedly requested by the user, only the download for the same resource is repeated. This is a factor that causes unnecessary consumption of data. We focus on reducing data consumption caused by unnecessary requests between users and servers, and improving content delivery speed. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a caching system and an algorithm that can reduce the data consumption while maintaining the latest cache by comparing the hash value using the hash function that can detect the change of the file requested by the user.

  • Conditional Access System (CAS) is a core security mechanism of IPTV SCP (Service and Content Protection) which enables only authenticated user to be able to watch the broadcasting contents. In the past, it was general that CAS was built in Set-Top Box (STB) as hardware or as a detachable cable card. However, numerous researches in Downloadable CAS (DCAS), where users can download CAS code in their STB through their network, have been recently conducted widely due to the lack of security and scalability problem. In this paper, the security requirements of OpenCable based DCAS which is typical example of downloadable IPTV SCP will be derived, the novel authentication and key management scheme will be proposed by using the Authentication Proxy (AP) which is the core DCAS. Also, the benefits of the proposed system will be evaluated by comparison and analysis with preceding research.

A Study on High Speed Playback of AR Contents based on Beacon RSSI Signals (무선 RSSI 신호 기반의 AR 콘텐츠 초고속 재생에 관한 연구)

  • AR service using the client-server method and existing physical markers(eg, OR Codes, etc.) causes a delay in the playback time of the contents because the contents download is executed after the marker recognition. In the case of the one-time installation method rather than the client-server method, proactive download of high-capacity contents for playback may cause an inefficiency of the storage space of the device(eg, smartphone, etc.). Therefore, in AR contents playback based on beacon's RSSI to secure the efficiency of the playback device storage space and to quickly play AR contents. The technique for high-speed playback in this study can be applied to various fields such as MICE exhibition using beacon signal.
