In order to educate and train proper work forces who can satisfy the industry demands, Human Resource Development Korea had developed the Korean National Occupational Standards. Following to the competency-based-curriculum and the guide lines which were developed based on this standard, the training program fur a machine design has been developed. It has been applied in several colleges and some typical examples which were carried out by students as term project are presented to show the effectiveness of the developed program.

이 연구는 우리나라 해기사의 선상 의사소통 능력을 제고하기 위한 방안과 정책을 제안함으로서 국내 해기인력의 일자리 창출 및 해양사고 예방에 기여하는 것이 목적이며, 선상 의사소통 능력의 제고를 위하여 해사 직무영어 교육용 교재의 개발 계획, 온 오프라인용 컨텐츠 개발 보급 계획, 해사 영어능력의 다면 평가 및 인증을 위한 해사영어 구술시험 개발 및 시행 계획 및 해기사 면허시험의 영어구술평가의 도입 방안 등의 기본계획과 그 표본을 개발하고자 하는 것이다. 이와 같은 연구의 필요성을 식별하기 위하여 해기사 양성교육기관의 재학생과 교원, 승선 중인 해기사와 육상 근무 중인 해기사 등을 대상으로 선내의사소통 현황, 해사영어교육에 대한 현황과 개선 방향, 해사영어 교육과 평가방안 등에 관한 설문조사를 실시하여 분석한 결과의 요약이다.

Since MEST accredited web-based training institutes for teacher training in December 2000, although there have been growth quantitatively, due to the issues such as difficulty in securing time for training, in communications infrastructure, in interactions between instructors and learners, in fair online evaluation, in contents renewal, in management of learners, web-based training could not reach the potential we expected. This study was conducted to provide the directions for development of teachers' web-based training along with teacher evaluation for professional development. A survey and interview research was conducted to investigate and anaylze the satisfaction research and suggestions, levels of training system use of trainees who had participated in the pilot test of web-based training.

기업의 사활은 신제품개발의 성공여부에 달려 있다. 이러한 필요성과 중요성에 비추어볼 때, 국내에서의 신제품 성공 요인에 관한 연구는 그 기반이 미흡한 실정이다. 고로, 본 연구의 목적은 신제품 성공요인을 파악하고 이들 성공요인간의 관계를 유추해 보는 것으로 한다. 본 연구논문은, Day & Wensley 의 SPP(Source-Position-Performance) 연구모형을 바탕으로 국내 화장품시장을 중심으로 설문 조사한 결과, 11 개 기업에서 총 159 부를 수집하여 연구 모형 및 연구 가설을 검증하였다. 그래서 다음과 같은 사실을 밝혀냈다. 첫째, 신제품개발 과정에서 마케팅 능력이 직접적으로 제품차별화에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있다는 사실과 둘째, 임직원 몰입도가 부서간 통합에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있다는 사실이다. 그리고 셋째, 기술 능력이 단순히 뛰어나다 해서 제품을 차별화 시킬 수는 없다는 사실과 넷째, 부서간 통합정도가 직접적으로 제품차별화롤 가져올 수는 없었는데 이러한 결과는 부서내 커뮤니케이션의 부족 및 부서간 갈등 둥으로 인한 것으로 분석된다. 마지막으로, 제품의 차별화가 신제품 성과에 매우 유의한 영향을 미치고 있다. 본 연구결과를 종합해 보면, 제품이 출시되기 전에 철저한 시장 특성 및 동향을 파악하여 제품을 만들어야 한다는 사실이다. 기술 능력이 회사마다 평준화되어 있는 상황에서 무엇보다 필요한 것은 정확한 소비자 조사 및 이를 바탕으로 한 신제품개발이다. 또한 신제품개발과정에서 최고경영자 및 마케팅 담당자들은 주관적인 판단보다는 기업의 마케팅 능력에 따른 객관적인 판단에 따라 행동해야 한다. 특히 화장품시장에서는 브랜드마케팅에 의해 더욱 차별화시킬 수 있다는 사실이다. 단순한 제품에 생명력을 불어넣는 것이 마케터의 역할이다. 기업은 단순히 제품만을 파는 것이 아니라 소비자들에게 제품이상의 것을 판다, 그래서 소비자의 마음속에 정확하게 자사 제품을 포지션닝하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다는 사실이다.

In this paper, we propose a standard AI developer job training track based on industry needs. The characteristic of this curriculum is that it can minimize the mismatch of AI developer job competency between industries and universities. To develop an AI developer job training track, a survey will be conducted for AI developers working in industrial fields. In this survey, among the five NCS-based AI developer jobs, job analysis is conducted by deriving AI developer jobs with high demand for manpower in industrial fields. In job analysis, the core competency unit elements of the job are selected, and knowledge, skills, tools, etc. necessary to perform the core competency unit elements are derived. In addition, a standard AI developer job curriculum is developed by deriving core subjects and road-map that can educate knowledge, skills, tools, etc. In addition, we present an efficient AI developer job training method using the standard AI developer job training course proposed in this paper.

The Korean government strives to transform the society from one that stresses academic and qualification to one that stresses individual competencies. National Competency Standards(NCS) has been adopted to this end. However, NCS classifies cadastre into a group with survey and spatial information collection. Such classification limits cadastre to encompass cadastral administration, cadastral survey, geospatial survey, etc. This study reviews current status and implications of NCS, and proposes few solutions: improvement of classification system, introduction of cadastral industry cooperation model, curriculum development based on competency level, unification between NCS developer and learning module writing group, etc.

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between empathy, communicative competence, and cultural competence among nursing students and investigate the factors influencing cultural competence. The subjects of the study consisted of 173 nursing students. Data were analyzed based on Pearson's correlations, and multiple regressions using the SPSS 18.0 program. The mean value of cultural competence was 3.44, showing significant positive correlations with empathy(r=.450, p<.001) and communicative competence(r=.579, p<.001) in nursing students. Empathy, communicative competence and foreign language skill accounted for 37.1% of the total variance in cultural competence among nursing students. Overall cultural competence can be improved by empathy, communicative competence enhancement program.

Warfare paradigm has been changed from PCW to NCW and the military requirement/acquisition system has been changed from bottom-up process(Weapon-Centric) to top-down process(Capability-Centric) in orde to improving the effectiveness of NCW. The concept of top down acquisition process focused on acquiring the capability based on CBP through CBA. However, implementing the concepts and embdding them into methodology will be chanllenging. So, we analyze existing examples overseas and to create new methodology which identify the our force capability through the CBA based on enimy capability. The proposed methodology can be implemented military operation area, public safety area and disaster relief area for CBP based on CBA.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic material that can strengthen the clinical competence of nursing students by understanding the impact interpersonal competence and clinical stress have on clinical competence. Research was conducted on 242 students in the junior and senior years of college through structured surveys. Results showed that interpersonal competence accounted for 3.36 points, clinical stress accounted for 2.80 points, and clinical competence accounted for 3.48 points. Interpersonal competence and clinical competence showed a positive correlation whereas clinical stress and clinical competence did not show any correlation. As factors that affect the nursing students' clinical competence, interpersonal competence and satisfaction in relation to one's major were identified, and these factors had an overall explanatory power of 26.4%. Therefore, on the result of this study, when we develop the clinical education program to increase the major-related satisfaction and interpersonal competence for nursing students.

현대사회에서 IT기술이 차지하는 비중이 점점 커짐에 따라 전 세계적으로 IT분야의 인재육성에 관심을 기울인다. 하지만 우리나라의 학교교육과정은 컴퓨터 교과를 배제하고 있으며 그나마 이루어지는 컴퓨터 교육도 컴퓨터의 활용 측면에만 치중되어 있다. IT인재는 컴퓨터 활용 능력만이 아니라 컴퓨터의 기본 원리와 이를 통한 문제해결능력이 함께 강조되어야 하며 이러한 교육은 학교교육과정의 근본인 초등교육에서부터 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터의 기본 원리와 문제해결 능력을 신장을 위한 한국정보올림피아드 초등부 지역예선 교재를 개발하고자 한다.
