Research related to the technology developed for the Maritime Autonomous Surface Ship (MASS) is currently underway. Although one of those core technologies is collision-avoidance technology for ship operators at sea, no research has been done to objectively quantify its effectiveness. Therefore, this study was conducted to develop an evaluation model to examine the collision-avoidance ability of MASS. Ship-control experts performed a ship-handling simulation for each ship encounter type using the Full Mission Ship-handling Simulator (FMSS). We used the resulting data and technical statistics, to develop an evaluation model that utilized FMSS to quantify the operational capability of the collision-avoidance technology. This evaluation model also can be used at sea to assess deck officers' ability to use the technology and to improve and develop other MASS technologies.

The vocational competency development training teacher must complete the training course for the training of vocational competency development training instructor and get the qualification of the vocational competency development training teacher from the Ministry of Employment & Labor with the criteria set by the Presidential Decree. Therefore, it can be said that H_university 's educational performance, which is the only vocational competency development training teacher in Korea and that plays a role of mass production in the labor market, has a great influence on vocational competency development training. The purpose of this study is to identify the problems through the analysis of actual condition of vocational competency development training education based on CIPP model, Furthermore, it was aimed to suggest improvement plan of qualification training education. In order to accomplish the purpose of the research, the present situation of the training course for the vocational competency development training teacher training students was grasped. And We conducted a survey to draw out the improvement plan and utilized the results of 173 copies. We conducted interviews by selecting eight subjects for in-depth analysis and Understand the details of the results of the surveys conducted. As a result of the study, positive responses were obtained from the educational objectives and educational resources in the context factors. On the other hand, there were negative opinions about the curriculum reflecting the learner and social needs. In the input factors, positive opinions were derived from the educational objectives and training requirements. However, there were many negative opinions about the achievement of the learner's educational goals. In addition, there were many negative opinions of online contents education. In the process factors, positive evaluation was high in class related part, learner attendance management, and institutional support. However, negative opinions were drawn on the comprehensive evaluation of qualification training period, and the learner's burden due to lack of learning period appeared to be the main reason. In the factor of calculation, Positive opinions were derived from the applicability of the business curriculum for training courses for training teachers who are in charge of education and training in industry occupations. However, there were negative opinions such as learning time, concentration of learning, and communication of instructors. Based on the results of the study, suggestions for improving the operation of vocational competency training teacher qualification training are as follows. First, it is necessary to flexibly manage the training schedule for the weekly training course for vocational competency development training teachers. Second, it is necessary to seek to improve the online education curriculum centered on consumers. Third, it is necessary to seek access to qualification training for local residents. Fourth, pre - education support for qualified applicants is required. Finally, follow-up care of qualified trainees is necessary.

The purpose of this study was to examine the constituents of vocational competency affecting the professionalism of dental hygienists. The subjects in this study were 230 dental hygienists who worked in university hospitals, dental hospitals, dental clinics and public dental clinics. A survey was conducted from December, 2013, to February, 2014. To assess their vocational competency and professionalism by general characteristics, one-way ANOVA and t-test were utilized, and the level of significance was set at p<0.05. To determine what elements of vocational competency affected their professionalism, multiple regression analysis was made, and standardized regression coefficients were calculated to represent the influence of the elements. As a result, it's found that the professionalism of the dental hygienists were under the influence of their self-development skills, organizational understanding and mathematical ability. To foster self-development skills, discussion method should be utilized, and team teaching should be used to improve organizational understanding. Besides, internship and on-the-job training should be managed in a more systematic way.

The Ministry of Education and Human Resources Department of Korea have formulated various policy for development of teacher's ICT competence. But most of efforts expended upon ICT utilization currently, emphasize the ability which can handle computer skillfully than the ability for practical use in instruction, so that cannot induce distinct competence according to the duties and operations of teachers. This study aims to make scales for teacher's ability of ICT utilization in education of Korea. For the original purpose of evaluation, this tool made by job analysis and comparative studies with the existing appraisal standards. It can be the standards for evaluation of teacher's wholly duties on ICT applied education and proper self-evaluation tool for improvement of teacher's ability on ICT utilizing instruction. I processed measurement value of participant of Gwangju and Jeollanamdo area in this system and analyzed the level of teacher's abilities using ICT, a sex gap, regional difference, duty position difference and education career difference etc.

In this study, we proposed the development of smart application for English speaking effectively. First, to develop English learning application, we applied the TTS feature to record your own sounds and learning theory repeated listening and speaking that is the basis of English learning. To analyze the effectiveness of the application, we applied a lesson to elementary students for 4 months. In the test result, we found that all students have advanced to the English speaking ability and the test results of the affective factors showed a positive response to most students.

Expenses in the form of personnel expenses in the past, in modern times, machine guards to gradually transition has been. This is because the machine guard is more efficient than personnel expenses. With the introduction of new teacher evaluation system, teacher librarians' evaluation indicators and questions were presented for the first time. The purpose of this study is to review the validity of current indicators and questions and to develop new one, based on it. The result is as follows : Current indicators mainly focus on the management of school library facility and collection, not on teacher librarians' educational activities and have the low validity to evaluate the expertise of teacher librarians. As a result, this study will suggest new evaluation indicators and questions to evaluate their expertise appropriately.

This study was conducted to examine the remuneration curriculum of vocational ability development training teachers and instructors and to examine ways to apply micro credentials. To this end, the current status of the remuneration curriculum of vocational ability development training instructors and instructors at K University's Competency Education Development Institute, the characteristics of micro credentials, and the possibility of linking the remuneration curriculum to micro credentials are as follows. First, most of the recognition of digital certificates was positive for digital certificates such as digital credit, digital badge issuance, and recognition of the recognized qualification process of maintenance education when completing the training course. In addition, as a method of applying micro credentials to conservative education, various cases were proposed to benefit from conservative education, systematization and grading of the qualification process, and credit of the qualification process. Second, as an institutional supplement to enhance the utilization of conservative education using micro credentials, the need to expand NCS-based major conservative education, provide efficient learning contents and learning methods, and set minimum completion time. In addition, the most common response as a way to improve the understanding of teachers and instructors in vocational ability development training was the micro credential promotion plan. Third, in the role of conservative education institutions and vocational ability development training instructors and instructors, conservative education institutions mention maintaining educational quality the most, and active participation was the role of vocational ability development training instructors. Through this study, it is expected to establish a vocational training environment that can enhance expertise and provide a practical portfolio of practical competency history by linking the remuneration curriculum of vocational competency development training instructors and micro credentials.

한 나라의 우주 능력은 국력을 상징적으로 나타내고, 다른 모든 산업을 선도할 뿐만 아니라 국민의 일상생활에도 커다란 영향을 미친다. 이러한 세계의 질서 속에서 구소련 우주능력의 핵심적 역할을 하다가, 특별히 1990년대 초 구소련연방의 해체와 아울러 변화의 소용돌이 속에서 독립국가의 형태를 갖추고 나름대로의 우주능력을 증명하고 마케팅을 실시하면서 실익을 취하는 국가들의 모습을 볼 수 있다. 이러한 독립된 국가 속에 우크라이나의 우주개발동향을 검토해 보는 것은 앞으로 전개될 세계 우주개발 시장에서의 판도를 읽는 데에도 도움이 될 것으로 의미가 있으리라 생각한다. 본 논문에서는 우크라이나의 주요 역사적 사건, 우크라이나 우주청의 구조 및 역할, 우주 프로그램 및 우주 발사체 개발 동향 및 국제 협력 등을 살펴보고자 한다.
