다양한 소프트웨어개발 위험관리 분야의 연구들 중, 미국의 소프트웨어 회사들을 대상으로 한 Nidumolu의 논문에서는 표준화와 요구사항 불확실성이 잔여성과위험이라는 매개 변수를 통해서, 소프트웨어 개발프로세스와 제품 성과에 영향을 미친다는 결과를 발표하였다. 본 연구에서는 먼저, 개발도상국인 우리나라에서도 이러한 모형이 적용될 수 있는 지를 검정하였는데, 결론적으로 잔여성과 위험이라는 매개변수는 모형에서 의미가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 우리나라 소프트웨어 업체의 경우 성숙도가 상대적으로 낮아서, 프로젝트 관리자와 같은 개인의 능력에 성과가 영향을 받는 때문인 것으로 보인다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 차이의 원인에 대해서 논의하고, 나아가서 우리나라의 기업 환경에 적합한 새로운 모형을 제시하고자 한다.

In this paper, the historical coordinates data of origin SUWON are reviewed and determination procedures are explained with the three dimensional geocentric coordinates of ITRF94 that is determined using VLBI observations. Also three translation parameters are calculated on the origin point. The national transformation parameters between the Korean geodetic system and Korean Terrestrial Reference Frame 1994(KTRF94) system, are determined using least square methods with weigted parameter constraints. The results of transformation show that one set of parameters are applicable to fixing of a position for GPS relative positioning processing and to adjusting of a network for three dimensional geocentric coordinates(KTRF94) computing.

This paper investigates the moderating effect of firm size on the relationship between environmental uncertainty and logistics information systems fit and performance, and suggests logistics strategies that would help to achieve goals. Based on our empirical research results, the findings of this paper can be summarized as follows: First, firms with higher levels of harmony between environmental uncertainty and logistics information systems fit featured significantly better logistics performance than firms with lower levels of fit. Second, logistical performance can be maximized based on the firm size and the harmonization between environmental uncertainty and logistics information systems. The results of this study will assist firms align and focus on improving competitive strategies for logistics systems.

Due to the recent surge in natural disasters, with rising social concerns, investment on research & development (R&D) project in natural disaster mitigation area is continuously increasing. However, current R&D performance management system of natural disaster mitigation area does not properly reflect characteristics and social ripple effects of R&D projects. It is indicated that mainly due to the current performance index consists of easy-quantification factors and the performance evaluation system adopts simple aggregation method. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop new performance evaluation system considering characteristics and social ripple effects of natural disaster mitigation R&D projects. To this ends, this study derived 3-dimensional performance measurement index through literature review and natural disaster mitigation R&D projects analysis. Finally, based on the derived performance measurement index, this study suggested new and effective performance evaluation system for natural disaster mitigation R&D projects.

In this article, it is that have highlighted the importance of the creative communication, convergence and identity of airport operations. This research verifies to influence in the airport performance by the diversity, mediator effect of creativity, and moderator effect of the public enterprise management evaluation performed degree in the operation of the airport. This study design how participants were selected as study the employees from two airports on the enterprise of the Incheon International Airport, Gimpo International Airport in Korea using the simple random sampling method. The findings indicate that the positively internal diversity, mediated creativity, and moderated public enterprise management evaluation performed degree affects performance of airports. This research provides a few implications and insights in the operation of airport.

Purose : This study was to find the factors of guideline and expressing outcome about powered wheelchair use for children with disabilities. Method : The chosen studies were 38 published in Korea or abroad from 2000 to 2014, and the key research is 2 review articles among them. And 19 studies were used by first search and 2 review articles to find outcome factors and categorize followed ICF terminology. Moreover, 2 studies were analysed to find the guidelines about powered wheelchair use for children with disabilities. Result : All reviewed researches were published abroad. These suggested that powered wheelchair use for children with disabilities didn't affect delayed development but many advantages. And they recommended checking information about the guideline, child, parents and environmental support befor applying the powered wheelchair to children with disabilities. Also, they usually used participation level to express outcome about powered mobility use. Conclusion : The power wheelchair was useful means of mobility for children who were delayed movement, and it was important strategy to apply the powered wheelchair early for promote children's development and participation normally. Finally, professionals needed to intervene contextual approaches concerning children's families and environment, also institutional and social effort.

Information systems nowadays are heterogeneous and distributed which integrate the enterprise information by processes. They are also very complex, because they are linked together by processes. It aims to integrate the systems so that these systems work as one system. A process is a framework which contains all of the business activities in an enterprise, and has a lot of information which is needed for measuring performance. A process consists of activities, and an activity contains events which can be considered information sources. In most cases, it is very valuable to determine if a process is meaningful, but it is difficult because of the complexity in measuring performance, and also because finding relationships between business factors and events is not a simple problem. So it would reduce operation cost and allow efficient process execution if I could evaluate the process before it ends. In this paper we propose an event based process measurement model. First, we propose the concept of process performance measurement, and a model for selecting process and activity indexes from the events which are collected from information systems. Second, we propose at methodologies and data schema that can store and manage the selected process indexes, the mapping methods between indexes and events. Finally, we propose a process Performance measurement model using the collected events which gives users a valuable managerial information.

The purpose of this paper is to give policy implications for relevant policy-makers by analyzing factors affecting performance of industrial R&D programs of the Ministry of Knowledge Economy. The independent variables are type of project leader organization(Big Enterprises, SMEs, Ventures Businesses, Public Research Institutions, Universities), cooperative or noncooperative R&D among industry-university-research institution, total number of project participant organization, total R&D investment, and the ratio of private investment to total R&D investment. The dependent variables are domestic or foreign patents granted and domestic or foreign papers accepted. The method of analysis is Poisson Regression analysis operated by STATA. The results of this research are follows ; Universities show higher R&D performance compared to enterprises or public research institutions in terms of patents and papers as well. Venture businesses show higher patent performance compared to SMEs. Inverted U-shaped relationship between total number of project participant organization and R&D performance is not supported. The higher total R&D investment, the higher R&D performance. The higher the ratio of private investment to total R&D investment, the higher R&D performance.

The purpose of this study is to specify a structural relationship among learning goal orientation(LGO), creativity, working smart, working hard, and work performance of salespersons, verify the direct and indirect effect of variables, and examine impacts of the five factors at the same time. Also, this carried out the study to understand the relationship between the salesperson's creativity and work performance. This study targeted for salespersons who were working in various industries and total 588 were participated via on-line. According to the study, the result is as follows. First of all, There are direct effects among LGO, creativity, working smart, and work performance. However, working hard didn't have any direct effect with any other variables. Creativity and working smart have indirect effects on the relationship between LGO and job performance. In addition, the mediating effect of the model with creativity was higher than that of the model without creativity. Therefore, creativity is an individual competency that should be continuously developed to improve the work performance of a salesperson.

In this study, the mediated effect of innovativeness and customer orientation among entrepreneurial market orientation, organizational effectiveness and business performance. For this, a statistical analysis for 419 copies of questionnaires collected from small and medium sized companies. As a result of analysis, first, entrepreneurial orientation was verified to be antecedents of market orientation. Second, it was identified that market orientation played a mediating role among entrepreneurial orientation, innovativeness and customer orientation. Third, entrepreneurial market orientation had positive effect on innovativeness and customer orientation. Fourth, innovativeness and customer orientation had positive effect on organizational effectiveness and business performance. Fifth, innovativeness and customer orientation, the core of this study; had the mediated effect among entrepreneurial market orientation, organizational effectiveness and business performance.
