신경회로망을 이용한 필기체 한글 자모음 및 숫자인식에 관한 연구 (A study on the Recognition of Hand-written Characters and Arabic numbers by Neural Networks)

  • In this paper, our study for the recognition of Hand-written Korean characters, Arabic numbers and alphabets by neural netwoks. This System extracts feature of character by using the MESH feature point of handwritten character, Arabic numbers and alphabets. To reduce the input image data, features are extracted from each input images. A MLP(multi-layer perceptron) with one hidden layer was trained with a modified BEP(back error propagation) algorithm. This method extracts feature sets of the characters directly from the scanner and can enhance computation speed without using the special preprocesses such as size normalization, smoothing, and thinning.

  • This paper is concerned with the artificial control of prosthetic devices using the electromyographic(EMG) activities of biceps and triceps in human subject during isometric contraction adjustments at the elbow. And it was analysised about recognition of EMG signals and dynamic characteristics at arm movements of human. For this study the error signal of autoregressive(AR) model were used to discriminate arm movement patterns of human. Interaction of dynamic characteristics (Position, Velocity, Acceleration) and EMG of biceps and triceps at arm movements of human was measured.

  • The practical implementation of model reference adaptive systems(MRAS) using digital computer requires the derivation of discrete-time adaptation laws. This is specially important in the case of direct driver robot and light weight manipulator where inertia changes ang gravity effects are significant. We develope a discrete-time model reference adaptive control scheme for trajectory tracking of robot manipulator. Instead of the conventional Lyapunov approach hyperstabillty theory is more appealing than the Lyapunov approach. It is better suited to discrete time systems and offers more flexibility in design by providing additional free design parameters.

  • This paper suggests a triple laminated piezoelectric ceramic filter composed of three piezoelectric ceramic vibrators and two sheets of thin insulator, and an equivalent circuit of the filter and several expressions for the resonant frequency; voltage, current, and power gains under the various loads and frequencies; and phase differences between the input and the output voltages are introduced and simulated from its equivalent circuit when two outputs from the side vibrators are connected in series. Those expressions show that this filter has not only a filtering function but also an amplifying function.

  • There have been numerous studies on application of robots to in-pipe inspection system. In this thesis, a mobile robot that can move through elbows and vertical pipes having diameter 100mm is developed. Defect detection technology for locating wall-thinnings, corrosions and foreign materials is developed for high temperature and pressure pipings in thermal power plants, utilizing laser sensors installed on the robot. Actual defect detection performance is evaluated with application of the developed robot system to a mock-up pipings.

  • In case of inspection on aluminum castings, traditional RT (Radiographic Testing) method have been utilized for its advantages in interpretation, cost and perpetual storage. But it has disadvantages like time consumption in film processing, low efficiency in storage and environmental pollution. In this thesis, a DRS (Digital Radiography System) utilizing X-Ray TDI Camera (Time Delay and Integration Camera) is developed. Inspections on aluminum castings are performed using the developed Digital Radiography System, DRS and reviewed if newly developed system can substitute for the traditional method.

부산광역시 간호사의 환자안전에 관한 인식 (Nurses' perception of patient safety culture of Pusan metropolitan city)

  • 이 연구는 간호사의 환자안전 인식에 대한 조사이다. 이 조사는 2차, 3차의료기관 886명 간호사를 조사했다. 그것은 미국 AHRQ가 개발한 Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture를 김 등이 번역한 것을 수정하여 사용하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 환자안전문화에 관한 인식은 3.46(${\pm}$0.37) 로 보통 이상이었다. 2) 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따른 환자안전문화에 대한 인식의 차이는 2년미만인 간호사와 주 45시간미만 근무자가 환자안전점수가 유의하게 높았다. 3) 환자안전활동수준은 3.79(${\pm}$0.56)이었다. 결론적으로 첫째, 병원간호사의 인력충원, 간호등급 상향조정, 적정근무시간 이 필요하다. 둘째, 자발적으로 보고 할 수 있는 제도가 필요하다.

  • Digital Subtraction Angiography(DSA) technique has been widely used to detect vascular diseases and hemodynamic parameters noninvasively. However, there factors in fluencing the resultant DSA image quality. In this paper, several important factors are suggested to improve the DSA image quality based on mathematicical analysis. Experimental DSA images for different filters are shown and also dicussed the difference between original and processed image qualities.

  • Arc Fault is an electric discharge which is occurred in two opposite electrode. In this paper, AFCI(arc fault circuit interrupter) is designed for the interruption of arc fault current which is occurred in the local electric network. This arc is one of the main causes of electric fire. Arc fault in electrical network has the characteristics of low current, high impedance and high frequency. Conventional interrupter does not have the arc current interrupt function. Hence, Arc fault circuit interrupter controller is designed for the interruption of arc fault current which has the modified arc characteristics.

  • 최근 로봇 기술의 발전으로 인해 로봇에 관련된 제반 기술에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 연구 중의 하나가 이동 로봇이 스스로 장애물을 감시하여 회피하도록 적절한 이동 경로를 생성해주는 연구이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이동 경로 상에 존재하는 장애물을 회피하기 위한 방법으로 비전 시스템에 기반하여 주행 거리 및 주행 시간을 최소화하여 목표점에 도달한 수 있도록 장애물을 회피하는 방법에 대하여 연구하였다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안한 방법의 성능을 검증하여보았다.
