A 3-D Trimming System for Bias-Cut Apparels (고감성 의류제조를 위한 3-D 입체 트리밍 시스템)

  • The clothing by bias-cut fabric are outstanding in their shilluettes mainly due to their high level of drapability. The clothing, however, need a specific cutting process for being even trimming line skirts. The 3-D trimming system developed in the study has been successful in making high-quality skirts with extremely even trimming line. The system is expected to make quality apparel in shorter manufacturing time.

A Study on the aging characteristics of Suspension insulators (현수애자의 경년변화 특성에 관한 연구)

  • This paper describes thermal-mechanical performance and ultimate mechanical-strength test for the purpose of aging analysis of suspension insulator. The temperature of insulator surface according to the aging of suspension insulator was rised about 2[$^{\circ}C$] to 7~8[$^{\circ}C$] difference comparing with the atmospheric temperature. The autoclave expansion of portland cement at the specimen that had much puncture insulator(autoclave measuring value : 0.37[%]) was higher than those of a little puncture insulator (autoclave measuring value : 0.1[ %] ). Quality standard and mechanical-strength of used suspension insulator deteriorate more remarkably than those of new suspension insulator. It is required that thermal-mechanical performance test standard be revised in the future.

  • In this paper, such as battery power or solar energy and fuel cells generated from Renewable energy sources, high voltage to low voltage DC-DC Converter for converting the design of the study. System consists of low voltage ($24{\sim}28$ [VDC]) and Boosts the voltage (270 [VDC]) for a 3 [kW] DC-DC converter and control circuit is configured as, Power switch the ST Tomson's Automotive low voltage high current MOSFET switches STE250NS10S (temperature 250A) was applied to the two parallel. Also, Controller's processor used ATMEGA128, and Gate Drive applies and composed Photo Coupler TLP250. development. Input voltage (24V) and output voltage (270V) for Conversion in the H-bridge converter topology of the circuit output side power and voltage to control the implementation of the Phase shift angle control applied. And, 3kW of power to pass appropriate specification of the secondary side as interpreted by the high frequency transformer, and the experimental production and analysis of the experiment

  • Power distribution system has been changed from radial system to closed loop or mesh system due to connection of distributed generation growth. Data from distribution equipments which are installed at distribution line is required to be accurate for the performance of DMS(Distribution Management System). This paper analyzes the voltage measurement data from distribution equipment. However, the results of the analysis are confirmed to have some errors in voltage measurement data from distribution equipment. These errors come from aging of voltage sensor in distribution equipment and inaccurate data transfer to FRTU(feeder remote terminal unit) through the controller. The main problem is that the voltage measurement data of distribution equipment can not be assessed after it's first installation at the distribution line. The voltage measurement accuracy assessment system is to assess the voltage measurement data from distribution equipment on hot-line. This study had a field test to verify the performance of system.

  • This study proposes a new pulse-width modulation switching pattern for the low conduction loss of a three-level neutral point clamped (NPC)-based dual-active bridge (DAB) converter. The operational principle for a bidirectional power conversion is a phase-shift modulation. The conventional switching method of the three-level NPC-based DAB converter shows a symmetric switching pattern. This method has a disadvantage of high root-mean-square (RMS) value of the coupling inductor current, which leads to high conduction loss. The proposed switching method shows an asymmetrical pattern, which can reduce the RMS value of the inductor current with lower conduction loss than that of the conventional method. The performance of the proposed asymmetrical switching method is theoretically analyzed and practically verified using simulation and experiment.

  • A DC-DC converter is being widely used for various household appliances and for industry applications. The DC-DC converter is powered from single battery, and the voltage is varied according to the purpose. In the vehicle, various accessories whose electric power is different are being used. Thus, plural number of DC-DC converter should be provided, so these situations bring complicated circuits, and accordingly, higher cost. Under such backgrounds, in this paper, we propose a novel buck-boost chopper circuit with simply configuration which can supply to two or more different output loads. The propose chewer circuit can control output voltages by controlling duty ratio by using typically two switching devices, which is composed by single boost-switch and single buck-switch. The output voltage can be controlled widely. A few modified circuits developed from the fundamental circuit are represented including the general multi-load circuit. And all this merits and appropriateness was proved by computer simulation and experience.

  • The AC-DC converter, which has three-phase AC power as input and isolated DC power as output is used for the regulated DC power supply of the telecommunication power processing system for several kilowatt class applications. The conventional DC power supply for the telecommunication power system comprises a PWM rectifier with sine-wave shaping input current unity power factor and a DC/DC converter connected to the PWM converter, which obtains DC 48[V]. Since power passes through these two power stage converters, the conversion power loss is difficult to provide high efficiency. To resolve these problems, this paper presents a new PWM rectified as a 1-stage power conversion method. It simulation and experimental results as proved from a practical point of view that 92.1[%]of conversion efficiency and input current which can meet harmonics regulation of the Class-A in IEC61000-3-3 are achieved.

  • In this paper, we represent both occurrence reason of Surge-voltage and Leakage-current of AC drive system which is operated by Voltage-type PWM Inverter. It generates a compensating voltage which has the same amplitude as, but the opposite phase to, the common-mode voltage produced by the PWM inverter. The compensating voltage is superimposed on the inverter output by a common-mode transformer. As a result, the common-mode voltage applied to the load is canceled completely. The design method of the active common-mode noise canceler is also presented in detail. Therefore, we try to describe the method controling both of them and all of the proprieties are proved by our experiment.

  • 이 논문은 현재 국내에서 사용하고 있는 배전용 케이블 열화진단장치인 완화전류 측정장치의 진단기준 개선을 위한 것이다. 현재까지 사용되던 직류 고전압을 이용한 누설전류 측정법을 대체하기 위해 사용되는 완화전류 측정장치는 국내 배전선로에서 수년간 현장적용을 실시하여 많은 케이블을 교체하였다. 하지만 완화전류 측정을 통해 교체한 케이블의 상태에 대해서는 검증되지 않은 상태이므로 완화전류 측정을 통한 교체기준이 국내 케이블에 적절한지 확인할 필요가 있다. 이는 케이블 유지보수에 있어서 중요한 사항으로서 교체기준이 부적절할 경우 열화진단을 통한 고장방지 목적을 달성할 수 없거나 건전한 케이블을 교체하여 불필요한 예산을 낭비하는 원인이 된다. 본 논문에서는 현장운전중인 선로를 선택하고 열화된 케이블의 절연성능 향상을 위해 실리콘을 주입하였다. 그리고 실리콘 처리후 케이블의 운전시간에 따른 열화진단 결과와 케이블 절연파괴강도를 비교하여 진단장치의 신뢰성을 검증하고자 하였다. 이것은 1년 동안의 현장시험 결과를 정리한 것이다.

Frequency Dependent Damping for a Nonlinear Vehicle Active Suspension System (비선형 차량능동현가시스템의 주파수 감응감쇠 특성연구)

  • A vehicle suspension system performs two functions, the ride quality and the stability, which conflict with each other. Among the various suspension systems, an active suspension system has an external energy source, from which energy is always supplied to the system for continuous control of vehicle motion. In the process of the linearization for the nonlinear active suspension system, the frequency dependent damping method is used for the exact modelling to the real model. The pressure control valve which is controlled by proportional solenoid is the most important component in the active suspension system. The pressure control valve has the dynamic characteristics with 1st order delay. Therefore, It's necessary to adopt the lead compensator to compensate the dynamics of the pressure control valve. The sampling time is also important factor for the control performances. The sampling time value is proposed to satisfy the system performances. After the modelling and simulation for the pressure control valve and vehicle dynamic, the performances of the vehicle ride quality and the stability are enhanced.
