무선 ad-hoc 네트워크는 중앙 집중화된 관리 시스템이나 지원 서비스 없이 동적으로 임시 네트워크를 구성하는 이동 호스트(MH)들의 집합이다. 이러한 네트워크는 백본 호스트나 다른 MH로의 연결을 제공하기 위한 고정된 제어장치를 갖지 않으며, 각 MH가 라우터로 동작하며 전달받은 패킷을 다른 MH로 전달한다. 이러한 무선 ad-hoc 네트워크에서 단순히 최선의 서비스만을 제공하던 기존의 방법과 달리, 많은 사용자가 요구하는 QoS 서비스를 지원하기 위하여 기존 네트워크를 효율적으로 최대 활용하는 방안에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 무선 ad-hoc 네트워크 내에서 QoS 서비스를 제공하기 위한 기법으로 각각의 이동 호스트들은 QoS DAG 그래프를 유지하며 이러한 그래프를 바탕으로 만들어진 QoS 정보 패킷을 이웃 이동 호스트들에게 지역 브로드캐스트 함으로써 전역적인 QoS 정보의 검색과 운용없이, 유용한 QoS 정보를 전역적으로 각 이동 호스트가 유지할 수 있고 이를 바탕으로 효율적인 QoS 라우팅이 수행되어지는 기법이다.

This study was undertaken to observe the mutagenic occurrence in urine excreted after the ingestion of roast beef. Two healthy nonsmoker persons of both sex were selected for this test, employing two strains(TA98, TA100) of Salmonella typhimurium according to Ames' method. The mutagenic activity began to appear in urine of both sex three hours after ingestion of 300g of roast beef, gradually increasing until 6 hours and declining thereafter.

These days, the lifestyle of staycation, a holiday in which an individual or family stays and relaxes at home, or possibly taking day trips to local parks and museums and so on, has increased. For this reason, the market of loungewear has expanded and the meaning of it has developed as a separate home-wear. According to the reflection of this trend, various kinds of loungewear are sold from the internal and external brands; however, most of these loungewears are home-wear and have a training look where esthetic designs are needed. This study is done to benefit those who prefer organic products, known as LOHAS trend. In addition, we developed the loungewear fashion design products, which reflect the LOHAS trend that uses organic cotton for the S/S collection of 2012. The formation of space between body and textile by pleats in these designs on pants, skirts, tops, sleeves, capes connote the meaning of loungewear that give the wearers comfort. As a result of this study, we have reached these final conclusions. First, loungewear is suitable for featuring the human body structure. Second, organic costumes can be preferable and become superior if it combines both functional and aesthetic appreciations. Third, eco-costumes can become more of a formal wear as eco-design achieves qualitative improvement.

Objectives : This study was performed to examine the effectiveness of auricular acupuncture to adult men on smoking cessation. Methods : 47 smoking people was divided two groups : experimental group(treated with auricular acupuncture therapy, n=22) and control group(not treated with auricular acupuncture therapy, n=25). We used Lung point, Shenmen point and Endocrine point twice a week for 4 weeks to experimental group. We assessed the changes in amount of daily smoking, desire of smoking, taste of smoking and nicotine dependence as well as subjective symptoms were studied. Results : The experimental group showed significant decrease in amount of daily smoking, desire of smoking, taste of smoking and nicotine dependence. Subjective symptoms also showed improvement comparing to control group. Conclusions : Acupuncturing lung, shenmen, and endocrine point showed effectiveness on decreasing smoking rates and subjective symptoms. Therefore the auricular acupuncture therapy is expected to helpful to smoking cessation and improve the health of smokers.

This study is about how functional conflict, hierarchical conflict in child-care centers and the sociology population of teachers influence organizational effectiveness. The questionnaire listed about the organizational conflict and the organizational effectiveness were used in this study. For the analysis of the questionnaire, frequency, percentage, reliability, and regression were used as statistical tools. In the results, the teacher's academic backgrounds, career, and marital status seem to have an influence on the organizational conflict. The hierarchical conflict in child-care centers has a more negative influence on organizational effectiveness than the functional conflict.

The purpose of this clinical report was to show anatomical variations in permanent maxillary second molar using computed tomography (CT). This case report describes the application of CT to detect the unusual root anatomy of maxillary second molar with 2 separate palatal roots for successful endodontic treatment procedures. The use of cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) can overcome the limitation of the periapical standard radiography caused by the overlap of buccal and secondary palatal roots.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to use meta-analysis to evaluate factors and variables related to the emotional labor of hospital nurses. Method: The study included variables obtained from 66 recently published studies, doctoral dissertations, and master's theses. Results: The related variables were categorized into five factor groups: internal character factor, nursing care related factor, environmental factor, emotional response, and job response. For the defensive variable, job related response (effect size [ES]=-.17), environment (ES=-.14), internal character (ES=-.08), nursing care (ES=-.06), and emotional response (ES=-.06) showed significant effect size among the five categorized variable groups. For the risk variable, internal character (ES=.44), emotional response (ES=.46), environment (ES=.27), job related response (ES=.27), and nursing care (ES=.19) showed significant effect size among the five categorized variable groups. Conclusion: The results of this study identified defensive and risk variables related to emotional labor of hospital nurses. Self-efficacy, social support, leaders' care, and communication are important factors for managing emotional labor of hospital nurses.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to review nursing studies with regard to simulation- based learning in Korea. Methods: This systematic review examines the literature on simulation in nursing education from 2003 to 2012. The electronic databases reviewed included: RISS, the National Assembly Library, the National Library of Korea, and major nursing journal databases in Korea. The MeSH search terms included nursing, simulation, simulator, and standardized patient. Results: In total, 52 studies were included in the literature review. We included 21 quasi-experimental studies and 25 studies using high-fidelity simulation. They included knowledge and problem-solving ability in the cognitive domain; self efficacy, learning satisfaction, interpersonal relationships and communication, and confidence in the affective domain; and clinical performance ability and learning performance evaluation in the psychomotor domain. This systematic literature review revealed that simulation is useful in nursing education but uncovered a gap in the literature pertaining to the transfer of knowledge to performance and how to learn from cognitive reflection. Conclusions: This result suggests that it is necessary to conduct additional research on the cognitive learning process and transition to performance.

When we wear contact lenses for correcting astigmatism, we often experience the axis-rotation of contact lenses that is happened in case we could not fit the axis of lens exactly or by the eyelid used to blink. In this case, because the exact correcting state becomes in the wrongly correcting state, the asthenopia is led, and the decline of eyesight can be led. For this reason, we need to know axis-rotating degrees of contact lenses. If a contact lens rotated, a residual astigmatism may be detected in the refraction examination after wearing. Using this, we developed a program that calculates the axis-rotating amount of contact lenses.

Purpose: This study was done to investigate sexual behavior and sexual satisfaction according to gender difference in Korean patients with cancer Methods: In this study, a convenience sample of Korean patients with cancer who visited hospitals in J City was used. Data were collected between September and December 2012using structured questionnaires: Sexual frequency scale and General sexual satisfaction index (GSSI). Results: Over half of the patients reported loss of sexual desire and changes in sexual behaviors. There was a significant decrease in sexual satisfaction among the male patients, compared to the female patients (t=2.34, p=.020). There were significant correlations between sexual satisfaction and sexual behaviors (male patients r=.45, p<.001; female patients r=.59, p<.001). Conclusion: The results of this study demonstrate the need to take gender into account in developing interventions for patients with cancer. These results will also contribute to the development of improved interventions for sexual health care.
