Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors that affect the psychological well-being in family caregivers of stroke patients. Method: The General Health Perception, short form 36, Health Survey Questionaire was used to measure health perception. The Caregiving Mastery Scale was used to assess the mastery, while the Psychological General Well-Being Index was used to examine the level of well-being. Result: Subjective health, caregiving mastery, patient's ADL and caregiving duration influenced on caregiver's psychological well-being. Subjective health had effect on psychological well-being both directly and indirectly. Caregiving duration and patient's ADL had indirect effect on psychological well-being through caregiving mastery. Conclusion: It is need to develop a health program for the caregivers of stroke patient's and to provide nursing intervention to improve the caregiver's ability, thereby improving the well-being of the family caregivers.

This study firstly investigated the relationships of children's social competence with the relevant factors such as mother's parental role satisfaction and parenting behaviors and secondly analyzed if parenting behaviors function as mediators. The subjects were 1865-year-old children and their mothers. The results showed that children's social competence was related to the children's sex, health, and mother's academic career. Children's social competence was influenced by the relation satisfaction between parents and children, the role conflict between wife and husband, the mother s warm-hearted and rational parenting, and the wife's satisfaction of her husband's support. The mother's warm-hearted and rational parenting functioned as a mediator(intermediary factor) between the children's social competence and the mother's parental role satisfaction.

This study was a comparative investigation of the influence of demographic variables and teacher's empowerment on organizational effectiveness in public and private kindergartens. The subjects were 303 teachers at either public or private kindergartens. The measures used for this study were questionnaires, the SPES(School Participant Empowerment Scale) and the Organizational Effectiveness Scale. The survey used in this study and data were analyzed by means of a t-test, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analyses. The results showed that teachers in public kindergartens had higher scores in terms of both empowerment and organizational effectiveness than teachers in private kindergartens. Empowerment was seen to be an influential factor in measuring teacher's organizational effectiveness.

This study investigated the influence of director's leadership on teachers' empowerment and organizational effectiveness in early childhood educational institutes. The subjects in this study were 627 teachers who worked at kindergartens and childcare centers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi province. The results showed that (1) transformational leadership had stronger effects on teacher empowerment than transactional leadership. (2) Directors' transformational leadership had meaningful effects on organizational commitment, but their transactional leadership didn't have effects on commitment. (3) Directors' transformational leadership had stronger effects on job satisfaction and job performance than transactional leadership.

Nylon fabrics and stocking were dyed with artemisia dyeing solution, dyed with the natural dyestuffs that were manufactured from chestnut hulls by boiling in 0.5% NaOH solution and powdering in freeze dryer, and dyed with gromwell dyeing solution. Dyeabilities on nylon fabrics and stocking were good because of being amine group. All the dyed fabrics & stocking showed excellent in color fastness to laundering, and as poor as grade 1 to light fastness. But Light fastness of them could be improved to grade 3 or 4-5 by treatment with gallic acid and by repeated dyeing. Antimicrobial activities of the fabrics dyed with artemisia and gromwell against Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans were excellent in the aspect of bacteriostatic and fungistatic. There were not any distinct differences between mordant and non-mordant fabrics.

The Korean society for health education and promotion was established in 1982. The following year, the first journal of the Korean society for health education and promotion was published It has been 20 years since the first journal was published. For the future possibilities of the journal this study examined the annals of the journals and the characteristics of those articles. To do that, 8 variables were chosen： year of publication, volume number, numbers of researchers, types of articles, study field, research subjects, and trends of the study. A great growth has been noticed during the last 20 years. However, it was found that only limited study fields were investigated and the most frequently adopted study subject was a student groups. Most of the studies were carried out for the purpose of providing basic information in their study fields. It is noted that for the next decade the journal should assure the quality of articles.

Stability deterioration of AKD emulsion was studied with respect of the physical change of emulsion particles and the chemical change of AKD itself. Four kinds of commercial emulsions were kept at RT, 40, 50, and $60^{\circ}C$ water bath, respectively. Viscosity, particle size distribution, and solid contents of the emulsions were measured with storage time. At the same time, by performing NMR and IR spectroscopy analysis of the solvent-extracted AKD from the emulsions, the qualitative and quantitative information about the deformation of the AKD itself were obtained. AKD was gradually hydrolyzed to become dialkylketone and higher storage temperature accelerated destabilization of the AKD emulsions.

본 논문에서는 Legacy 데이터베이스 사이의 데이터 이동을 지원하는 XML Gateway를 설계하고 구현하는 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위해 XML 기술, Oracle XML Utility, 그리고 JDeveloper를 사용한다. 그리고 데이터를 추출하기 위해 XSQL 페이지를 사용하고, 이를 파싱하고 XSL 변환을 거친 후 XSQL 서블릿의 XMLHttpRequest 객체를 사용하여 저장한다. 구현된 시스템을 사용함으로써 업무담당자는 SQL＊Plus 도구를 이용하여 작업을 처리하지 않아도 되며 시스템이 제공하는 익숙한 Web 환경 인터페이스를 사용하여 데이터 이동을 편리하게 처리할 수 있게 되었다.
