소프트웨어 검증과 확인은 소프트웨어 시스팀의 높은 신뢰도를 보증하기 위한 활동이다. 즉, 더 신뢰성 있는 소프트웨어 제품 생성, 더 낮은 가격의 생명 순기(life-cycle), 요구사항과 일치하지 않는 사항들과 설계 에러들을 초기에 발견하여 개발 가격을 줄이는데 큰 의의를 갖는다. 본고에서는 대형 소프트웨어 개발에서 필요한 검증에 관하여 그 정의와 이제까지 검증 활동을 통하여 제시된 여러 사항들 및 일반적인 자동화된 검증시스팀에 대하여 살펴보고, 특히 General Research Corporation(Santa Barbara, California)에서 개발하고 Huges 항공사에서 프로젝트에 적용을 시켜 성공을 거둔 상용화된 검증시스팀에 대해 고찰하였다.

After the invention of the femtosecond pulse lasers, generating and detecting the coherent optical phonons in various materials became possible. In bulk GaAs, which is a polar material, the coherent LO phonons are known to be generated by the ultrafast screening of the surface space-charge fields. However, little is known about the generation mechanisms of coherent phonons in GaAs quantum structures. (omitted)

Code excited linear prediction speech coders exhibit good performance at data rates as low as 4800 bps. The major drawback to CELP type coders is their large computational requirements. In this paper, we propose a new codebook search method that preserves the quality of the CELP vocoder with reduced complexity. The basic idea is to restrict the searching range of the random codebook by using a searching technique of the regular pulse excitation. Applying the proposed method to the CELP vocoder, we can get approximately 48% complexity reduction in the codebook search.

Organic materials have potential advantages to be utilized as semiconductors in field effect transistors and light emmiting diodes. Gold, Aluminium, Silver, Chromium and Indium are used by electrodes. Gold is ohmic contact and the others are schottky contact. In this study, Pentacene and various electrode materials were deposited by Organic Molecular Beam Deposition (OMBD) and vacuum evaporation respectively. Those films were photolithographically patterned for measurements. These devices showed no degration after a 15 days of storage in laboratory environment.

본 고에서는 2010년 경에 고속 이동시 100Mbps, 정지시에 1 Gbps의 전송속도로 멀티미어 통신서비스를 제공하는 새로운 능력을 가짐과 동시에 3세대, 2세대, 기타 무선접속기술을 모두 아우르는 시스템을 B3G(beyond IMT-2000)으로 정의한 차세대 이동통신의 서비스 연구 동향을 ITU-R의 WP8F, EU의 WWRF(Wireless world Research Forum), WWI(Wireless-World-Initiative), 일본의 mITF(Mobile IT Forum) 서비스 연구 동향과 ETRI 서비스 연구 결과를 살펴보았다.

GaN는 wurzite structure를 갖는 wide bandgap III-V족 반도체로서, 청색 반도체 laser diode (LD), light emitting diode (LED)등으로 응용되는 물질이다. InGaN quantum well은 GaN계의 청색 LD, LED 구조에서 활성층으로 사용되기 때문에 이에 대한 광학적 연구가 활발하다. InGaN는 GaN위에 성장하면 strain에 의해 piezoelectric 효과가 크게 나타나는 것으로 알려져 있다. 이러한 piezoelectric potential에 의해 외부에서 voltage가 가해지지 않은 상황에서도 InGaN quantum well내의 electron, hole의 wave function이 비대칭 potential의 영향을 받게된다. The Remote Subscriber Switch system was developed for a purpose of expanding th service area of TDX-1, for a small group of remote subscribers. RSS system capacity of 512 subscriber, is connected directly to TDX-over 5 T1 carrier lines. This paper describes the RSS system architecture and major function of RSS.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation of aesthetics factors and purchasing contribution for cellular phone(CP). and to forecast the developing possibility of the CP market. In order to conduct this study, SKIM-8100, Anycall SCH-V500, and Cyon SV-520 were selected. Then, 20 aesthetics adjectives of the CP were extracted and analyzed by Semantic Defferential(SD) Method. Also, SPSS was used for the statistic methods.
