도서기호상의 판차표시 방법에 관한 연구

  • The book number, among various steps of book processing works, needs more careful attention and better-organized knowledge, and it is more sensitive than other parts of cataloging. This paper will give some suggestions on ways of constructing a book number, including the definition and the types of edition indication within a book number, and analyse some problems related to their application into real situation. Three possible ways of edition indication with in a book number were explained, and examples were given for each of them. Problems occurring when these codes were applied to books were analysed. In addition to the generally recognized meaning of the book number as a mean of differentiating similar works, the edition indication can make it possible for both the library staffs and the users to identify the characteristics of a work only with the book number. Searches for mere convenient and effective ways of edition indication might be related to the cost-effectiveness of book processing, and of library operation.

  • As a society rapidly advances in technology and industry, various demands for information arc increasing and becoming more specialized than every before. The college library can no longer restrict its service to the people or, the campus alone. There is no fundamental change in its place on a college campus, but it has an additional role to play: to meet the demands for information from the community outside of the campus. Thyre is no denying that there are public libraries meant to serve the comnlunity and some small spacialized libraries to support certain institutions. But it is also well known that these libraries are inadequate to satisfy the demands for information in a highly diversified and specialized soceity of today largely due to lack of facilities, funds. and personnel. Under these circdmstances, it is almost imperative that the college library open its door to the community. It was attempted in the article to point out the nccds of cooperation between the college library and the community for economic and intellectual advancement on thc campus and in the community. Various ways of making the college library available to the community werc also discussed.

  • Polyvinyl acetate (PVAc) prepared by emulsion polymerization has broad applications for additive such as paint binder, adhesive for wood and paper due to its low glass transition temperature which help to plasticize substrate resins. Since emulsion polymerization has a disadvantage that surfactant and ionic initiator degrade properties of the product polymer, poly (vinyl acetate-eo-ethyl acrylate) (VAc-EA) was synthesized using potassium persulfate as catalyst and polyvinylalcohol (PVA) as protective colloid to prevent the degradation. The copolymer latex product was internally plasticized and has enhanced adhesion, water resistance during VAc-EA emulsion polymerization. No coagulation and complete conversion occur with the reactant mixture of 10 mmol/L potassium persulfate, 10 mmol/L poly ( vinyl alcohol) (PVA 17). As the concentrations of PVA increase, the viscosity becomes increase.

  • The thermal decomposition of the paper sludge with poly (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) was using a thermal analysis techniques in the stream of nitrogen gas of 30ml/min at various heating rates from 4 to $20^{\circ}C/min$. The mathmatical, derivative and integral method were used to obtain values of activation energy of decomposition reaction. 1. The values of activation energy evaluated by derivative and Intergral method were consistent with each other very well. 2. The maximum value of heat of decomposition evaluated by DSC method was 10.120cal/g at weight ratio of paper sludge/ABS=20/80. 3. The thermogravimetric trace curve agreed with the theoretical equation.

Preparation and Characteristics of Acrylic Pressure-Sensitive Adhesives (아크릴계 점착제의 제조 및 점착특성에 관한 연구)

  • To prepare an acrylic type pressure-sensitive adhesive, quarternary polymers were synthesized from butyl acrylate (BA), 2-ethyl hexyl acrylate (2-EHA), methyl methacrylate (MMA), and 2-hydroxy ethyl methacrylate (2-HEMA). The quarternary polymers were identified by FT-IR and Molecular weight was measured by Gel Pearmeation Chromatography. Also, viscosity, solid content and peel strength were examined. The peel strength was 160 $g_{f}/25$ mm when the volume ratio of feed monomer to solvent was 1.3:1, and the ratio was relevant to commercial usage. The pot life of adhesive was 30 sec at the 50 m/min of heat treatment rate at, and it indicated that the minimum drying time was 30 sec. In weathering resistance test, peel strength of $160{\sim}180$ $g_{f}/25$ mm after 1000 h, with no residual remains on the adhesive surface.

  • This paper describes numerical analysis of the impulse turbine with fixed guide vanes, a high performance bi-directional air turbine having simple structure for wave energy conversion. The numerical analysis of the 2-dimensional incompressible viscous flow based on the full Reynold-averaged Navier-Stokes equations which was made to investigate the internal flow behavior. Numerical results are compared with experimental data obtained by T.Setoguchi laboratory. As a result, as suitable choice of design factor has been clarified with the understanding of the internal flow from the numerical analysis.

  • The radical copolymerization with propagation and depropagation is presented in order to estimate reactivity rate of monomers and $K_{11}$(the equilibrium constant for propagation and depropagation) in the copolymerization of ${\alpha}-methylstyrene-co-methylmethacrylate$ and ${\alpha}-methylstyrene-acrylonitrile$. The value of ${\alpha}-methylstyrene$ and methylmethacrylate and $K_{11}$ are found to be 0.48, 0.47 and 5.0 respectively. The value of ${\alpha}-methylstyrene$ and acrylonitrile and the $K_{11}$ are found to be 0.1251, 0.0577 and 23.8 respectively. The treatment rate constant of ${\alpha}-methylstyrene-co-methylmethacrylate$ and ${\alpha}-methylstyrene-co-acrylonitrile$ in the copolymerization is estimated to be 2.5, 80.72 regardless of monomer feed composition.

  • This paper studies on the instability behaviour of the Seoul southwest baseball dome. The nonlinear Snapping phenomenon of the structure is investigated about the load mode by the design load of analysis structure and these combined loads. The initial imperfection obtains the buckling mode through the eigenvalue analysis of the tangential stiffness matrix and uses this for the nonlinear analysis. However, the buckling of members or the local buckling, and etc don't consider in the research range of this research task. Also it is limited the overall buckling phenomenon.

  • Based on the potential-theory model for secondary current distribution, we could predict the thickness distributions of electroplating on patterned substrates with the different size of the auxiliary electrode. The substrates contain lithographic patterns at each sample geometry. Each sample geometry had different current distribution at the same condition except the size of the auxiliary electrodes. The size effect of the auxiliary electrode on thickness distribution of electrodeposition on patterned electrode was investigated in a series of experiments. Copper was galvanostatically deposited from an acid-sulfate solution in a reciprocating paddle cell. The thickness distributions of the workpiece scale measured by profilometry across the specimen were in good agreement with the current distribution predicted by boundary element method.

  • 본 논문은 침수된 전기설비에 인체가 접촉하였을 때 인체 각 부위에 미치는 전기적 특성을 연구하였다. 인체 저항은 C. J. Andrews 가 제시한 모델을 기초로 하였으며, 침수액의 저항은 100[${\Omega}$], 1[$k{\Omega}$], 10[$k{\Omega}$]로 변화시켰다. 침수액의 저항을 변화시켜 ATP draw로 시뮬레이션 하여 인체 각 부위에 흐르는 전압, 전류를 측정하여 비교 분석 한 결과 충전부 촉수 전의 가슴 - 허리 사이에는 침수액 저항값이 증가 할수록 전류값이 감소하였으나, 충전부 촉수 후에는 오히려 증가하는 경향이 나타났다. 인체 각 부위별 전압값은 침수액 저항이 증가 할수록 감소하는 경향을 보였다.
