  • In recent years, vocational training has shifted away from lectures and practice-oriented methods in light of rising demand for project-based classes in which trainees can produce results while simultaneously receiving feedbacks from field experts from the industry. Therefore, this study aims to suggest a salient role of the project-based classes of enterprise-customized training programs, which private vocational training institutions regard as vital, by identifying demands from trainees or the actual beneficiaries of these programs. To this end, a written survey of the trainees' perception of the enterprise-customized training programs was conducted along with a qualitative analysis of open-ended questions. Specifically, we analyzed the overall satisfaction level of these classes, their contribution to employment, degree of meeting the expectations, and areas for improvements to ultimately derive significant implications.

Their core skill-up experience in this period was assumed as the shift from' dependent worker' to 'independent worker' on the base of literature review. The results of this study were following : 1. The small and medium companies offered a few formal training for newcomers, production-site orientation through short job rotation, linking them with skilled workers and job manuals or job standards. 2. Authentic skill-up experiences were combined with a structured reprimand, peer learning, deep learning through reflection on one's own experiences. 3. There were a few handicap conditions that disturbed their skill-up activities: the skilled worker don't open their skill toward new corner; the ex-participants in company had no time to learn anything meaningful to up-grade their competency.

  • Recently, with the development of mobile devices and social media services, contents recommendation schemes have been studied. They are typically applied to the job curation systems. Most existing university education content recommendation schemes only recommend the most frequently taken subjects based on the student's school and major. Therefore, they do not consider the type or field of employment that each student wants. In this paper, we propose a university educational contents recommendation scheme for job curation services. The proposed scheme extracts companies that a user is interested in by analyzing his/her activities in the job curation system. The proposed scheme selects graduates or mentors based on the reliability and similarity of graduates who have been employed at the companies of interest. The proposed scheme recommends customized subjects, comparative subjects, and autonomous activity lists to users through collaborative filtering.

  • The global intelligent transport systems (ITS) market is experiencing rapid growth, and domestic ITS companies' efforts to extend its business abroad are steadily increasing. However, due to the burden of costs associated with the overseas expansion and the lack of strategy for local market, domestic companies' contracts for global businesses are far short of the technology. Although the government is actively promoting Korean enterprises' participation to overseas business, it has obvious limits due to the lack of its specialized strategy. This study established a customized export model for the countries in which Korean companies want to enter, and developed a strategy to advance into the local market.
