  • As knowledge management is recognized as an important factor for organizational performance, organizations are increasing their investment in knowledge management policies and technologies. The purpose of this study is to suggest positive and negative causes on the intention to share knowledge through a using knowledge management system(KMS) and to suggest the effect of organizational sharing climate. Research models and hypotheses were presented through previous studies, and 417 samples were obtained through the survey for employees of organizations that adopted a KMS. As a result of the analysis, usefulness and ease of use of the KMS had a positive effect on the intention to share knowledge, and task conflict and ambiguity had a negative effect. The knowledge sharing climate was found to be an antecedent for the technology acceptance model and task stress. In addition, task stress moderated the effect of usefulness and ease of use with the intention to share knowledge using KMS. The results suggested the direction to be pursued at the organizational level for the continuous use of KMS.

  • Today's organizations make a large investment in information technology (IT) that supports knowledge management. The perceived importance of transactive memory systems (TMS) is increasing in the aspect of team performance. This study aims to understand the mediating effect of knowledge sharing and usage from the perspective of the relationship between IT support for knowledge management and TMS for team performance. To this end, this study analyzes the survey responses obtained from 224 members of 37 different teams using IT support for knowledge management. The results are as follows. First, the effect of IT support on knowledge management was significant in TMS. Second, the mediating effect of IT support on knowledge management through TMS was higher than its direct effect on knowledge sharing and usage. Third, IT support for knowledge management had a greater effect on knowledge sharing than on knowledge usage. Fourth, the effect of TMS appeared to be ordered by tacit knowledge sharing, explicit knowledge sharing, tacit knowledge usage, and explicit knowledge usage. Fifth, the relationship of team performance with knowledge sharing and usage was significant in the order of tacit knowledge usage, tacit knowledge sharing, and explicit knowledge usage.

  • To ensure continued existence, an organization must develop ways to share the knowledge that is possessed within the organization with the people who need, or who will need, that knowledge. Improving the efficiency of knowledge sharing is a highly desirable goal, but the issue of how best to motivate individuals to share their most valuable knowledge is not yet completely resolved. This paper aims to provide a sharing model on job related knowledge. Also, it intends to look for the factors that facilitate knowledge sharing among individuals in an organization. The research model is based on the technology acceptance model and it includes the perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude and intention to share constructs. Also, two external variables namely organizational culture and system quality were added. However, the actual use was excluded. In the research model, all hypotheses were found to be significant except one, which is the hypothesis that perceived usefulness will positively affect the intention to share.

  • This paper is related to the method for sharing some remote devices through USB/IP on the connected system environment. Sharing the remote devices is actually based on the connection technology using USB which is one way of access methods on virtualized server environment. The users who receive server computing unit might want to connect to remote allocated server with the local devices. We can solve the problem of the access methods related to the sharing devices through USB device emulation. This paper discusses the implementation of USB emulation which is based on personalized services on virtualized server environment. Like this, this paper will share devices on the level of USB device. This research can write to the device directly due to virtualizing the device level.

  • National Research Data Commons aims to build a system that can be used jointly by arranging analysis resources such as computing infrastructure, software, toolkit, API, and services used for data analysis together with research data to maximize the use of research data. do. The sharing and utilization system for publications and research data in the R&D process is well known. However, the environment in which data and tightly coupled software and computing infrastructure can be shared and utilized is insignificant and there is no management system. In this study, a data model is designed to systematically manage information on digital research resources required in the data-oriented R&D research process. This will be used to register and manage digital research resource information in the National Research Data Commons Service.

  • Recently, organizations are demanding strict information security behavior from their employees. Strict information security policies and techniques can cause information security related stress. The purpose of this study is to present the negative effects of information security related techno stress and role stress that reduce knowledge sharing behavior and person-organization fit. The survey was conducted to people working in organizations with information security policies and system, and the research hypothesis was verified by structural equation modeling using 309 samples. As a result of the study, person-organization fit had a positive effect on knowledge sharing behavior, but role stress had a negative effect. And, techno-stress negatively affected the person-organization fit. Additionally, role ambiguity had a moderating effect between person-organization fit and knowledge sharing behavior. The implications of the study were to confirm the negative effects of information security related techno stress and role stress, and to suggest directions for minimizing negative behavior of insiders.

  • 'Trust' is 'believing and relying on people or things', and at the same time, it is the foundation and essential condition of existence of a specific community or society. How blockchain technology creates trust can be found in the fact that it is a technology shared by all participants. As a shared technology, blockchain itself shows three characteristics: transparency, immutability, and availability. Because it is shared, it is transparent, and because it is shared, it is immutable, which is difficult to modify or delete. In addition, since it is shared, the entire system operates normally even if some failure occurs. The significance of trust created based on this blockchain technology can be summarized in three aspects as follows. The first is to understand the problem of trust in connection with technology. Second, understanding the relationship between information and trust begins to pay attention. Third, based on the expanded information processing capability, it is possible to establish a large-scale, concrete relationship without central mediation.

  • As network communication increases by using public WiFi to check e-mail and handling Internet banking, the danger of hacking public routers continues to rise. While the national policy is to further propagate public routers, users are not eager to keep their information secure and there is a growing risk of personal information leakage. Because wireless routers implement high accessibility but are vulnerable to hacking, it is thus important to analyze hacking to tackle the attacks. In this study, an analysis is made of the encryption method used in WiFi and cases of hacking WiFi by security attacks on wireless routers, and a method for tackling the attacks is suggested.
