A Study on the Continues Use Intention of Artificial Intelligence RPA in the Financial Industry (금융업의 인공지능(AI) RPA 지속사용의도에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the factors that influence the intention to continuously use the RPA program used in the financial industry for those working in the financial industry. In particular, the purpose of this study is to understand the will to accept and the perception of acceptance conflict by considering the characteristics of individuals in the relationship between work and information technology. As a result of the study, it can be confirmed that the RPA system based on intelligent process automation including artificial intelligence should be further strengthened in the transformation of a digitalized enterprise rather than the RPA based on simple task automation that is currently most used. In general, the phenomenon of cognitive dissonance was prominent for the adoption of new technology, but the phenomenon of cognitive dissonance did not appear for the continued use of RPA in the financial industry. Able to know. In the future in the financial industry, it is thought that the change in the labor organization will be accelerated as the suitability of repetitive tasks and technologies is increased.

  • In recent years, the ROK military is promoting Defense Innovation 4.0 with the goal of fostering strong military based on science and technology equipped with artificial intelligence(AI) to prepare for the upcoming population cliff. In particular, at the present time of increased threats of North Korea, the South Korean military is seeking to deal with a decrease in military service resources through the introduction of a Scientific Guard System using advanced technology. TICN which is a core basic communication system to ensure the integrated combat capability of the ROK military is, however, limited to use as a based network for the emerging Scientific Guard System due to the narrow transmission bandwidth with widely spread poor reception area. To deal with this problem, this paper proposes TVWS-based Scientific Guard Systems with TVWS-based wireless network construction technology that has been available for free in Korea since 2017. The TVWS-based Scientific Guard System proposed in this paper, when compared to the existing wired network-based Scientific Guard Systems, has various advantages in terms of minimizing operational gaps, reducing construction costs, and flexibility in installation and operation.

  • Due to the development of information and communication technology, the great change on economics has grown and the biggest change is the e-commerce. With the methods of electronic financial frauds becoming advanced, reported phishing incidents have greatly increased. The Fraud Detection System(hereafter FDS) has taken effect to prevent electronic financial frauds, but economic losses still occurring. This Paper aims to analyze the financial environment, financial information technology environment, financial information technology security environment and some features of the institutional changes. In order to supplement the defect of FDS, it gives some recommendations for the improvement of the effective FDS Management System and information sharing on frauds with some public institution and a major consideration for collection or utilization of personal information.

  • 지리정보의 중요성이 널리 인식되고 사회 각 분야에서 지리정보에 대한 수요가 날로 증가되고 다양해지고 있지만 GIS의 개발, 설치, 유지, 보수의 어려움에 따른 고가의 비용과 시장에 대한 적응력부족으로 GIS의 광범위한 활용이 저해 받고 있는 실정이다. 또한, 개인을 위한 GIS 서비스나 응용프로그램의 하나의 기능 컴포넌트로서의 GIS 서비스가 GIS의 주류로 발전할 것으로 예측되고 있지만 이를 지원하기 위한 GIS 개발, 배포 모델과 기반기술이 결여되어 있다. 그러나, 사용자가 월 정액요금을 지불하고 인터넷 또는 인트라넷을 통하여 ASP (Application Service Provider)에 의해 원격 중앙 서버에 설치, 관리되고 있는 소프트웨어 응용프로그램을 사용하는 형식은 혁신적인 소프트웨어 개발과 배포 모델로서 차세대 컴퓨터 환경의 기초로 각광 받고 있으며 이를 GIS에 적용할 때 GIS의 광범위한 응용과 원활한 유통을 크게 추진할 것으로 기대된다. 그러므로, 현시점에서 GIS ASP를 위한 합리적인 모델과 이에 근거한 소프트웨어 플랫폼에 대한 연구와 개발이 절실히 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 ASP 환경 하에서 더욱 신속하고 편리한 GIS 개발, 통합, 배포를 가능하게 하고 보다 나은 질의 GIS ASP 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 마이크로소프트의 ASP 플랫폼인 .NET 기반의 3 계층 GIS ASP 모델을 중심으로 하는 GIS ASP 소프트웨어 플랫폼의 설계를 제시하였다.

  • In current role-based systems, security officers handle assignments of users to roles. This may increase management efforts in a distributed environment because of the continuous involvement from security officers. The role-based delegation provides a means for implementing RBAC in a distributed environment. The basic idea of a role-based delegation is that users themselves may delegate role authorities to other users to carry out some functions on behalf of the former. This paper presents a user-level delegation model, which is based on Extended Role-Based Access Control(ERBAC). ERBAC provides finer grained access control on the base of subject and object level than RBAC model.

  • ERP in the past, primarily centering on large enterprises and the introduction of competition in the global e-business, but along with the proliferation of small and medium-sized enterprises are now in earnest, or to take advantage of the introduction of the ERP plan. However, the introduction of the ERP cost and the effort required to develop, because many never previously introduced ERP expect that the introduction of cost and performance comparisons with the measurement is necessary. Until now, however, the introduction of a framework of analysis followed the introduction of ERP primarily to measure performance of a major improvement. This research, in addition to improving the performance of these tasks have been overlooked until now for the system's user satisfaction BSC (Balanced Scorecard) models and techniques using AHP-specific understanding of the Company (Group executives, middle managers groups, and user groups) Importance of priorities you want to analyze. In summary, the key findings of this study follows. First, ERP user satisfaction measurement for the balanced scorecard indicators in terms of the redevelopment. Second, the information system user satisfaction to the user layer (Layer 3), grouped by the measure. Thirdly, the user satisfaction of the important topics for attention as quantified by measuring the hierarchy. This model is for satisfaction levels as quantitative of future users of the new system, information systems and the introduction of a new model of development based on the evaluation data will be able to take advantage of.

  • 급변하는 항만의 교통특성과 이용자들의 정보서비스 욕구에 발맞추어 해상교통관제 운영기법이 변화하고 있으며 차세대 다기능 해상교통정보시스템과 같은 새로운 기술이 개발되는 등 해상교통물류체제의 혁신이 이루어지고 있다. 이에 따라 세계 각국은 해상교통관제구역을 항행하는 선박의 질서유지 및 안전사고 예방과 사고 발생 시 신속한 대응조치를 위하여 해상교통관제사의 인력양성 및 인력관리에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 국내에서도 선진해양교통행정을 위하여 분산된 해상교통관제 기능일 일원화 되어감에 따라 새로운 해상교통관리 체제의 효율적인 운영을 위하여 해상교통관제사들의 지속적인 훈련의 필요성이 대두되고 있지만 교육제도의 인지, 여건, 장비보급의 부족, 다양한 상황에 대한 교육시나리오의 부족으로 인하여 시뮬레이터를 이용한 교육이 효율적으로 이루어지지 못하는 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 해상교통관제사들의 교육을 위한 국내 외 규정을 분석하고 교육현황 및 해상교통관제사들의 요구사항을 파악하여 해상교통관제시뮬레이터를 이용한 교육의 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

A Study of Relationship between Organizational Characteristics and the Usage Level of Quick Response Technologies (기업특성과 Quick Response Technologies의 사용 수준과의 관계 연구)

  • 급변하는 국내외의 교역환경 변화에 따라 의류산업에도 새로운 경영 전략 수립이 요구되고 있다. Quick Response(QR)는 의류제품을 생산하는 기업의 경쟁력을 증가시키기 위해 소개된 새로운 경영 전략으로서, 유통 채녈 사이에 정보와 상품의 흐름을 효울화시켜 최대의 소비자 만족을 제공한다. 본 연구의 목적은 QR technologies의 사용현황을 밝히고 기업 특성과 QR technologies 사용수준과의 관계를 조사하였다. 종족변수는 QR technologies의 사용 수준이며, 선별된 독립변수들은 기업크기 (firm size), 기업전략 (organizational strategy), 제품종류(product category) , 패션변화(fashion change), 주기 적변화(seasonal change)였다. 조사대상은 미국 전역에서 무작위로 추출된 306개의 의류업체를 대상으로 하였으며, 1차 우편과 2차 전화로, 설문지를 통해 자료수집을 하였다. 설문 응답률은 47%(n=103)였고, 자료의 분석은 기술통계(i, e., 빈도, 퍼센트)와 비모수통계기법을 사용하였다. 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 QR technologies는 소량주문(small lot orders) , 단기 사이클 재단 계획 (short cycle cut planning)과 고객의 견이 반영 된 생산계획 (Production planning with customers)이였다. 가장 적게 사용되고 있는 QR technologies는 전자 재주문(electronic reorder)과 단위 생산 시스템 (unit production system)이 였다. QR technologies 사용수준에 관계가 있는 것은 기업크기 (firm size), 기업전략 (organizational strategy), 패션변화(fashion change) 임으로 나타났다. 의류업체의 크기가 클수록, 혁신적 선도기업 일수록, 패션변화가 큰 제품을 취급할수록 QR technologies의 사용수준이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 의류업체는 자원과 생산하는 제품종류에 따라 경영전략과 QR technologies의 사용수준이 다양하였다.

A Study on the Factors of the Next Generation OPAC Functionalities Adoption in Academic Libraries (대학도서관의 차세대 OPAC 기능 수용 요인에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to explore the status of next generation OPAC functionalities adopted by Korean academic libraries, and factors affecting their functionalities adoption. So 181 OPACs among 191 Korean academic libraries' OPACs are surveyed using a checklist consisting of 27 next generation OPAC functionalities. The relationships between the next generation OPAC functionalities adopted by academic libraries' OPAC and 6 factors of library, i.e., establishment, region of universities, volumes in library collection, total library expenditures, total target users, and automation solutions are analyzed by using SPSS Statistics 21. It is found that all factors except establishment of universities significantly affected the adoption of the next generation OPAC functionalities, and further detailed analysis for each factors is provided.

  • The aim of this study is to suggest the direction of implementing the new defense logistics systems for the network centric warfare in the future. For this purpose, we reviewed SARL(Sense and Response Logistics) which receives great attention from the U.S. Department of Defence as the future logistic concept of network centric warfare, coupled with recent development in information technologies which give technical revolution in the future logistics information system. Also, we analyzed problems underlying logistics information system currently used in the Korean Armed Forces. Finally, we suggested the direction of implementing the new logistics information system for the network centric warfare, expecting to reduce total logistics cost, speed up logistics velocity, and enhance the efficiency of the combat support.
