This study is a descriptive research study to confirm the digital literacy of nursing students and to understand the relationship between communication ability and self-efficacy. From March 15, 2022 to April 30, 2022, this study was conducted with 204 nursing students located in D city. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficient using SPSS 22.0. Digital literacy and self-efficacy (r=.394, p<.001), digital literacy and communication ability (r=.567, p<.001) showed a significant positive correlation. Among the sub-factors of digital literacy, all factors except compliance ability showed a significant positive correlation between self-efficacy and communication ability. Therefore, it is judged that this study will be used as basic data for digital literacy education of nursing students by identifying the digital literacy of nursing students and confirming the relationship between communication ability and self-efficacy.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the mediating effect of self-management in the relationship between the grit of skin care workers and its impact on self-efficacy and job performance. Research participants were 344 workers at skin care shop and hospitals in Seoul and Gyeonggi province, and data were collected through a structured questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis(CFA), correlation analysis, structural equation model, and mediation effect analysis using bootstrapping method using SPSS, AMOS 26.0 Statistical programs. The conclusions drawn through a series of research procedures are as follows. First, the grit of skin care workers showed a significant positive(+) influence on self-management, self-efficacy, and job performance. Second, Self-management of skin care workers showed a significant positive(+) relationship with self-efficacy and job performance. Third, self-management of skin care workers was found to have a mediating effect in the relationship between grit and job performance. Therefore, it is judged that there is an urgent need to apply human resources management and education programs that can increase self-management, self-efficacy, and job performance through cultivating the grit of beauty industry workers.
The present study examines the the role of subjectively perceived factors of the attitude toward job-seeking activities in forming an intention to use a web. An integrative research model is presented and tested empirically. It includes the following two aspects of belief in Davis' TAM: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use. Specially, internet job-seeking efficacy, or the belief in one's capabilities to organize and execute courses of Internet actions required to achieve given goals, is a potentially important factor in efforts to gain more favorable attitude toward Internet uses. Survey data were collected to develop a reliable operational measure of Internet job-seeking efficacy and to examine its construct validity. An four-item Internet job-seeking efficacy scale developed for the present study was found to be reliable and internally consistent. Also, many previous studies have established that perceived usefulness is an important factor influencing user acceptance and usage behavior of information technologies. However, very little research has been conducted to understand how that perception forms and changes over time. The current work presents and tests the determinants of perceived usefulness. The present study found that higher internet job-seeking efficacy is an important concept which is significantly related to job-seeking activities by positively influencing intention and performance as well as usefulness on the Internet.
The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of self efficacy, emotional labor, and social support on job center workers' psychological burnout. The data in the study were collected from 132 workers who work for job center in Busan, Ulsan, Gimhae, and Jinhae, and Self-Estimate Inventory, Emotional Labor Scale, Social Support Scale, and Maslach Burnout Inventory were used. Correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were applied for data processing. The results of the study are as follows. First, the study found a correlation between job center workers' self efficacy and psychological burnout, with higher self efficacy being less burnout. This shows that self efficacy has an meaningful influence on job center workers' psychological burnout. Second, it also found a correlation between job center workers' emotional labor and psychological burnout, with higher emotional labor being more burnout. However, multiple regression analysis indicates that frequency of emotional display, attentiveness to required display rule, and emotional dissonance which are sub-factors of emotional labor have a negative influence on psychological burnout. Third, it found a correlation between job center workers' social support and psychological burnout, with higher social support being less burnout. Among sub-factors of social support, material support and evaluative support have a meaningful influence on psychological burnout statistically. Fourth, it showed that self efficacy has a high influence on psychological burnout. This research suggests to provide basic materials which are a great help to study job center worker's psychological burnout, and proposes to arrange various program for developing human resources of job center as a public employment organization.

This study was conducted to clarify the mediating effects of self-efficacy and organizational commitment on the level of depression associated with emotional labor and occupational stress of call center representatives. The survey subjects were 486 representatives working in four call centers in D city. Data collection was conducted using structured, self-addressed questionnaires from January 5th to 25th, 2017. The results showed that the depression level of the representatives was significantly higher in the emotional labor and occupational stress groups and higher in the low self-efficacy and organizational commitment groups. The correlations between variables revealed a positive correlation between depression, emotional labor, and occupational stress, but a negative correlation between self-efficacy and organizational commitment. Path model analysis revealed that emotional labor and occupational stress had positive effects on depression, while self-efficacy and organizational commitment was negatively influenced. In addition, self-efficacy and organizational commitment had a mediating effect on emotional labor and depression, while organizational commitment had a mediating effect on occupational stress and depression. Therefore, to reduce the depression level of call center representatives, it is necessary to reduce the emotional labor and occupational stress factors, as well as to have a mental health mediation plan to increase self-efficacy and organizational commitment.

This study was conducted to determine the effects of middle-aged women's social support and self-efficacy on their aging anxiety, with the ultimate goal of providing basic information for devising educational and interventive programs to help reduce aging anxiety. Participants of this study were 210 middle-aged women living in B Metropolitan City. Data were collected from May 10 to 28, 2018, and statistically processed using t-tests, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Participants showed significant differences in aging anxiety depending on age, education, monthly income, marital life satisfaction, leisure time activities, and number of friends. In addition, aging anxiety had significant negative correlations with social support and self-efficacy, and the main factors affecting middle-aged women's aging anxiety were found to be self-efficacy, marital satisfaction and social support. Of these, self-efficacy had the greatest effect, explaining 42.7% of the participants' aging anxiety. To help middle-aged women reduce their aging anxiety, it is necessary to provide them with programs that improve social activity participation, raise self-efficacy and promote relationships with family and communities. It is also recommended that these women be provided with educational and interventive programs that help them adjust to aging and develop a positive awareness of it.

This study is a descriptive survey research conducted to examine the influence of learning efficacy on nursing students' self-confidence. Research subjects included a total of 231 university students in D city, and the data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. The study results were as follows: Learning experience was high in the order of vital sign check, intramuscular injection, and subcutaneous injection. Recognition of importance was also high in the order of vein therapy, intramuscular injection, and vital sign check. Self-confidence was high in the order of vital sign check and wearing of protective equipment. As for the learning experience, there were significant differences depending on the students' school year. As for the correlation among all variants, 'learning experience of nursing skills', 'self-confidence', 'learning self-efficacy', and 'self-efficacy' had a positive correlation with each other. Based on these study results, it is necessary to develop an educational strategy that ensures students' education of self-efficacy and improvement of their learning experience to enhance their self-confidence.

This study was attempted to establish a model to investigate the relationship between career decision self-efficacy, department satisfaction, and job preparing stress of college students and to investigate the relationship between these factors. The subjects of this study were 355 college students aged 18 years or older in G-do, and the collected data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 24.0/AMOS 24.0 program. The fit index of the structural regression model met the acceptance criteria (χ2/df=2.89, SRMR=.04, RMSEA=.07, CFI=.96, TLI=.95). As a result of the study, first, it was found that career decision self-efficacy and department satisfaction directly affect job stress. Second, career decision self-efficacy was found to directly affect department satisfaction. Third, career decision self-efficacy was found to have an indirect effect on job stress through department satisfaction. Of the two variables influencing job stress, department satisfaction was found to have a greater relative influence on job preparing stress. Based on these research results, it is necessary to develop a strategy to increase career decision self-efficacy and department satisfaction, which has been found to affect job stress in order to reduce job preparing stress of college students.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between sense of calling and service quality of personal assistants for people with disabilities. The subjects of this study were personal assistants for people with disabilities belonging to four disability activity support organizations in K-city, Gyeongsangnam-do, and a total of 308 questionnaires were used for the final analysis. The dsta were collected from March 13, 2023 to to April 28, 2023. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, Pearson's coefficents, Baron & Kenny multiple regression analysis using SPSS WIN 24.0. The results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the correlation between sense of calling, self-efficacy, and service quality of personal assistants for people with disabilities, it was found that there was a positive correlation in all sub-variables. Second, in the relationship between sense of calling and service quality, self-efficacy was found to have a partial mediating effect. And self-efficacy was found to have a partial mediating effect in the relationship between prosocial orientation, which are sub-factors of sense of calling, and service quality. These results suggest that it is necessary to increase sense of calling and self-efficacy in order to improve the service quality of personal assistants for people with disabilities, and suggestions are made.

The purpose of this study is to study the mediating verification of self-efficacy in the effect of self-management of hair beauty experts on job performance and beauty continuity intention. The subjects of the study were surveyed and used for analysis of 256 beauty experts working as hair beauty experts in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The SPSS 28.0 and AMOS 28.0 statistical package programs were used for the analysis method, and descriptive statistics of mean, standard deviation, kurtosis, skewness, confirmatory factor analysis and reliability analysis, correlation, and mediating effect analysis were analyzed using bootstrapping techniques. The results of the study showed that the self-management of hair beauty experts had a significant positive (+) effect on self-efficacy, job performance, and intention to continue beauty. The self-efficacy of hair beauty experts had a significant (+) effect on job performance and beauty continuity intention. It was confirmed that there was a mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between self-management and job performance of hair beauty experts.
