While smart learning have been introduced for more learning effect, this study is to understand instructor's smart learning acceptance using technology acceptance model(TAM). This study developed the extended TAM model, including external pressure for smart learning and smart self efficacy for smart devices as study variables and attempted to examine the research model through the empirical analysis. The research model has the 7 variables including smart self-efficacy and external pressure. For the empirical study, the survey was conducted for the one month, March, 2016, and the total 143 data among the collected 167 responses were used for the empirical analysis. As the result of the analysis through the structural equation model, the 9 paths among the total 10 paths show the significant relationships between the variables. Through using the result of this study, it is to provide suggestions for the improvement of smart learning environments.

This study explored an appropriate research model that could explain and predict the spread of fintech, a new financial services in Korea. We reviewed two theoretical frameworks, theory of planned behavior(TPB) and technology acceptance model(TAM), which are frequently cited to explain human behavior and new technology adoption, respectively. Then, we proposed a decomposed theory of planned behavior(DTPB) as a research model and examined the model through PLS path modeling. As a result, every path except PEOU-ATT path in TAM is significant, and the explanatory power toward behavioral intention(R2=0.573) is also significantly greater in the proposed model. Accordingly, the proposed DTPB is appropriate to explain the spread of fintech in Korea. Finally, suggestions for the following studies are discussed.

본 연구는 Virtual Space의 수용에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 파악하고자 하는 연구이다. 이 연구는 정보기술수용 모형의 확장모형인 TAM2(Venkatesh & Davis, 2000)를 적용하여 연구하였으며, 실제 Virtual Space를 사용한 경험이 있는 사용자를 대상으로 설문하여 SPSS와 AMOS를 이용하여 TAM2 모형을 검증하고자 하였다. 연구결과 정보기술 수용에 대한 대상이 조직 내부의 이용자로 연구했던 TAM2와 다르게 외부변수 중 직무관련성과 결과 품질에 대한 변수가 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 주관적 규범, 이미지, 결과 논증가능성 등은 유용성에 정의 영향을 주었으며, 특히 외부 변수 중 주관적 규범은 매우 큰 영향을 주고 있는 것으로 나타나 새로운 정보기술의 수용에 있어 중요한 요인으로 분석되었다. 본 연구 결과의 시사점과 한계점 및 향후 연구방향을 결론에서 제시하였다.

본 연구는 최근 공공부문에 급속히 확산되고 성과 관리시스템을 수용하는데 있어 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 실증분석으로 검증하기 위한 연구 이다. 정보시스템 형태로 구현된 BSC(Balanced Scorecard)기반의 성과관리시스템을 수용대상으로 하고 있어 Davis(1986)의 TAM (Technology Acceptance Model)을 기본 틀로 Venkatech et al.(2003)의 UTAUT(the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology)를 접목하여 연구모형으로 활용하였다. 설문조사는 BSC시스템을 도입하여 사용 중인 공공부문 기관(회사)을 대상으로 251부의 유효표본을 확보하였다. 구조방정식 모형의 경로분석을 통한 가설검정 결과 13개의 가설 중 9개의 가설이 채택되었다. 교육훈련, 정보시스템 지원, 최고경영자지원, 개인의 혁신성은 노력에 대한 기대에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 사용 자들이 새로운 기술 수용에 있어서 보다 쉽게 사용 할 것으로 기대하는데 교육훈련, 정보시스템 지원, 최고경영자지원 등 조직차원의 다양한 지원과 사용자 개인의 혁신성이 요구되는 것으로 해석된다. 성과에 대한 기대의 경로분석 결과 BSC시스템 수용 요인들 중에서 최고경영자지원과 개인의 혁신성만이 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과는 공공부문의 실제 BSC시스템 구축에 대한 사례연구들에서도 지적된 사항이기도 하다. 한편, 노력에 대한 기대는 성과에 대한 기대에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 기존의 TAM 관련연구들의 결과를 지지하는 것으로 공공부문 BSC시스템 수용에 있어서도 노력에 대한 기대가 높을수록 성과에 대한 기대가 높은 것을 보여준다.

After introducing iPhone in Korea, the craze for iPhone was perceived to be extraordinaire phenomenon and the mobile businesses and researchers paid attention to it. This research purposes to explore more predictive model that explain to adopt the smartphones in Korea. This research show that all of models, TPB, TAM and the integrated model, are significant to explain intention to use the smartphones. TPB explains the higher than TAM, and the integrated model explains the slightly higher than TPB. These results suggest that researcher explore and build the more predictive model that comprise social influences and personal attributes than TAM that is employed broad to study new information communication systems and devices.

Given the increasing of adoption of use of Mobile Wireless Technology(MWT), this study aims at investigating the key influencing determinants of individuals' MWT adoption and use. Based on the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM), the research model proposed new constructs and casual relations, Perceived Safety(PS), Perceived Costs(PC), Company's Willingness to Fund(CWF), and Experience(E) as a moderator. The model was tested using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) using AMOS 5.0 analysis on the sample collected from 387 MBA and Executive MBA students of several domestic and foreign universities. The results show that not only the variables, except Perceived Usefulness, in the original TAM model, but also new variables in the research model had a significant influence on other variables. The implications of the findings suggest a new theoretical framework for future IS/IT research and offers suggestions that the developers of MWT should consider regarding the technology

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that determined the adoption of digital textbook among elementary and middle school teachers, and to propose and validate a revised Technology Acceptance Model. The study was grounded in the innovation diffusion theory and the attribute factors proposed in the theory were used in the model. More specifically, observability, compatibility, and subjective norms were proposed as external factors and usefulness, easy of use, intention to use were proposed as internal factors in the proposed model. It was found that (a) observability, compatibility, and subjective norms were the main external factors that influenced the teachers' intention to use digital textbook and (b) the revised TAM was validated.

The aim of this study was to search for the effects of health self-efficacy and technology self-efficacy on user's behavioural intention by the extended TAM focused on smartphone base ubiquitous health system. In this research, in view of small sample size, PLS - SEM methodology was applied to this study in order to the proposed research model. As a result of analysis, the statistical fitness of proposed research model was confirmed through GoF value and the path coefficient was calculated for the hypotheses test. Finally, the implications of analysis result showed that when the use of smartphone device could be easily accessed in the side of technology self-efficacy, the possibility of user's behavioural intention also might be higher.
