Factors influencing the attitude towards the use of robot-based instruction in special education are explored using the technology acceptance model (TAM). Their interrelatedness is also analyzed. Research data were obtained via a questionnaire survey of elementary, middle, and high school special education teachers in North Chungcheong Province. The results reveal that three factors influence the attitude towards using robot-based instruction in special education: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and social influence. Of these, perceived usefulness exerts the strongest influence. Perceived ease of use was found to be influenced by personal innovation and social influence, and perceived usefulness is influenced by perceived ease of use and personal innovation. Efforts should be made to induce a receptive attitude towards the use of robot-based instruction among teachers for its stable acceptance.

Until Now, Many IT Service companies in Korea have grown up by giving the useful service of Information Technology System to customer in the domestic market. But nowadays, When Information Technology becomes a Smart Technology that give convergence between some industries, Intelligence, Mobility by combining so many industry technologies, business opportunities with smart technology increase bigger than ever. In accordance with the above directions, this study introduces the result of case study in the LG CNS Companies. This case involves a story that innovate a service model by smart technology, and create educational programs to change the way of employee working by Human Performance Tehnology.

In the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the necessity of training advanced engineering personnel with convergent creativity to handle technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and the internet of things (IoT) is increasing. In this paper, a new approach of engineering education based on academia-industrial cooperation and design-centered teaching technique for the students who need to learn practicable engineering skill with convergent creativity for the fourth industrial age is presented. It analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of the existing engineering education innovation activities, presents the practical necessities based on the experience of the educational system and the requirements of the educational environment, and analyzes the existing activities and the new roles. In particular, we discuss how to combine student-centered teaching methodology for effective design education, which is a key element of innovative engineering education. Most of the presented methods are verified by the authors' needs and effects in the education field.

이 연구에서는 대형위그선 개발에 따른 운항요원의 양성 방향에 관한 기초 연구를 수행하였다. 국제해사기구(IMO)는 2002년 12월 제76차 해사안전위원회에서 기존의 선박과 동일한 위그선의 충돌 회피규정 등 안전운항에 관한 잠정적인 가이드라인을 제정하였고, 지난 2005년 5월에는 위그선 운항요원의 운항지식, 운항기술 및 교육훈련 사항 등에 대한 가이드라인을 제시하였다. 위그선은 선박과 항공기의 복합형태인 새로운 운송수단임을 고려한 양성 교육과정 준비가 필요하다. 우리나라는 세계 최고의 조선 인프라와 기술력을 확보하여 대형위그선 건조는 기술적으로 실현가능할 뿐만 아니라 차세대 해상 수송혁신을 주도할 수 있다고 한다. 또한 최근 적재량 100톤급 대형위그선 실용화 사업이 해양수산부를 중심으로 순조롭게 추진되고 있다. 따라서 양 해양대학은 대형위그선 개발 시점에 맞춰 운항요원 양성을 통한 신규분야에 대한 블루오션 창출이라는 목표를 갖고 종합적인 연구와 체계적인 준비가 절실히 요구된다.

The purpose of this study is to develop and implement engineering education program by drawing out the educational needs creative engineering design ability. The importance and current level of creative engineering ability were surveyed and analyzed by using 29 sub - factors of creative engineering design ability presented by Kim Dae young et al(2006). from 234 engineering students in 6 universities. As a result, students recognized that all items of creative engineering design ability were important, and their level was generally recognized. The educational needs for creative ability and creative problem solving ability was high and the educational needs for creative engineering design project was relatively low. Based on these results, it is necessary to develop an educational program to enhance creative engineering design ability by considering learner's perception and professional and industrial recognition.

This study focuses on the role of supplier's organizational learning capacity in creating the outcomes of technological innovation based on buyer-supplier collaboration. In doing so, the study is carried out through mediating effect analysis using 221 small and medium enterprises among Korean manufacturers. As a result of empirical tests, buyer's indirect supports(knowledge, know-how, value, information sharing) have significant and positive effects on the outcomes of technological innovation, whereas direct supports(technical staff support, machine tools and test equipments support, education for facility utilization) show no statistical significance. In addition, a further test for mediation effects reveals that a full mediation exists between supplier learning capacity and buyer's direct support, while there is a partial medication effect for buyer's indirect support. The findings suggest that buyer's indirect support can take on more important role to enhance the outcomes of supplier's technological innovation.

The techno-park built-up project of Korea had begun in order to support regional enterprises since 1997. The number of techno-parks increased from 6 in 1997 to 17 in 2009 with various enterprise supporting services such as a new enterprise breeding, pilot production, and education and training. By way of renewing regional innovation promoting system, revising technopark law, and starting second step techno-park project, techno-parks have become centers for regional technology innovation, and cultivation of regional technology-based companies. Alternative policies for the development of techno-park projects are as follows: revitalizing the network among enterprises, universities, research institutes, and government; strengthening the ability to draw up projects in nurturing regional industry; and the establishment of fixed channels to support SME in the region.

As the open innovation paradigm spreads, the ability to search for new external knowledge and combine it with the organization's existing knowledge has been cosidered to play an important role in improving business performance of a company. This study empirically analyzed the influence of such organizational variables as empowering leadership, organizational learning culture, and interdepartmental cooperation on business performance of innovative technology SMEs focusing on the mediating effects of absorption capacity. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 15,227 INNOBIZ SMEs, and 326 usable questionnaires were collected and analyzed using the structural equation model. Statistical analyses showed that the direct influence of empowering leadership, organizational learning culture, and interdepartmental cooperation on business performance was not found, but indirect effects of three organizational variables on business performance proved significant using absorption capacity as a mediating variable. This result also indicates that empowering leadership, organizational learning culture, and interdepartmental cooperation are important antecedent variables of absorption capacity.

This study suggests a way to implement shared economic model of educational service in service era. As most shared economic models are innovating high-cost, low-quality structures in existing economies, there is a need for innovation models that improve high-cost low-quality structures to high-quality, low-cost structures in education services. Especially, since higher education and lifelong education are in urgent need of innovation, this study studied shared university model focused on higher education and lifelong education. In order to provide educational services at low cost and high quality, it is necessary to use idle resources, so it is necessary to introduce a shared economic model. Shared universities require a more efficient and effective supplier quality control, as the existing limited supplier group become widespread. Normative quality control is also needed to cultivate students as competent talent. In addition, in order to provide high-quality higher education services at a low cost, it is necessary to base the process quality management using advanced science and technology. Therefore, educational service quality management is a process of quality control that is well-balanced in terms of suppliers, customers, and processes.
