본 논문에서는 새롭게 떠오르고 있는 대중음악계의 K-Pop이라는 트렌드 속에서 전문대학이 이 특정한 분야의 학과 또는 전공을 개설하려고 하는 시도에 대한 제안적인 연구이다. 실용음악과와 방송연예과 등 기존의 유관 학과 및 전공과의 유사점과 차별성을 잘 활용하여 교과과정을 만든다면 K-Pop 전공이 대학에 개설되는 것이 불가능한 일은 아닐 것이다.

어느 민족이나 어느 나라이든 경영에 몰두하는 기업체에 종사하는 사람들은 교과서를 신뢰하지 않는다. 특히 경영학 개론서마다 그려놓은 장미빛 청사진은 호의를 베풀면 호의로 답하는 세계로 정리해 놓고 있다. 더나가서 경영으로 성공한 인사들은 남보다 더 부지런히 생각하고 일하며 사람을 관리하는 기술에 탁월한 이들에게 후한 점수를 주는 모습으로 그려져 있는 경우마저 없지 않다. 이런 이론적 기술때문에 기업체 경영자들은 실전 경영학 현장에서 혼란과 부조리가 일어나면 당황하기 마련이고 또 좌절을 경험하기도 한다. 이러한 부조리와 괴리는 경영학 교과서 상황과 아주 다른 실제 상황으로 전개 되는 경우가 흔하기 때문에도 이를 무시하거나 도외시하는 경우가 비일비재한다.

The digital textbook project which embarked by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has focused on experiments and practices from the school designated by the government. However the previous research about digital textbook provides static interaction models and teaching-learning models analogous to web-based learning based desktop PC even the framework of the digital textbook is based of Tablet PC. This paper provides learning and teaching models for next generation digital textbook which based digital inking techinques for sketcth interface and AR(augmented reality) interactions between teacher and learner. The proposed method of this paper is applied to educational contents and we found positive effect which is supported by statistical experiments. The results of this study in the future and the future development of digital textbooks in effect will be an effective development plan.

Subjects consisting of 335 middle school students were analyzed using arousal seeking tendency scales to determine the effect on student's scores on scales for physical education intrinsic motivation and physical education attitude. The data were subjected to frequency analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis as statistical methods. The results were as follows. In the subscales of arousal seeking tendency, novelty seeking positively influenced interest, efforts, and competence. In the subscales of arousal seeking tendency, novelty seeking positively influenced physical education attitude, but thrill seeking negatively influenced health and fitness only. In the subscales of physical education intrinsic motivation, interest and efforts positively influenced physical education attitude, while both competence and tension partly influenced it. These findings indicate that improving both attitude and intrinsic motivation of middle school students toward physical education would require a method of teaching and learning that encourages students′ novelty seeking in the subscales of arousal seeking tendency.

Due to the global economic crisis and jobless growth, the problem of employment is becoming an important social issue. Fostering potential entrepreneurs with systematic education can be an alternative for resolving the jobless growth problem. Therefore, this study presents entrepreneurship subjects which are needed for designing a curriculum of the systematic entrepreneurship education. This study develops a questionnaire based on prior researches, and executes the survey of two focused groups comprised with a group of researchers lecturing subjects related with entrepreneurship and a group of executing an entrepreneurship consulting. The result of the study can be applied to design and run the curriculum in the universities, which consider introducing stage of entrepreneurship education. This study help a entrepreneurship department to bear the curriculum, and a direction of specialization.

This study provided implications for applying learner-centered teaching methods in the field of management education by adopting flipped learning and team-based learning to Business Communication classes and operating the classes according to its characteristics. Business communication capability, especially related to drawing up a document or a written report, is considered one of the crucial factors for making individuals valuable in an organization. For the identification of the subject outputs, a total of 64 students from the first and second semesters in 2018 were sampled, and the Wilcoxon signed rank test and paired t-tests were carried out. The results show that all types of communication capabilities have significantly increased at the end of each of the semesters. Also, the overall satisfaction level proved to be higher at the end rather than at the beginning of each semester. This study is especially meaningful because the results suggest concrete ways to apply learner-centered teaching methods for business education.

The purpose of this study is to identify the effects on nursing students' interpersonal relationships and communication self-efficacy when their group activities were performed in interpersonal relationships and communication curriculum. This study employed one group pre test-post test study design. This course consisted of a total of 13 sessions, and was conducted for 100 minutes per session every week from September to December in 2012. Questionnaires were from Relationship Change Scale of Shlein and Guerney and Communication Self-efficacy developed by Ayres. Also, data were collected through the whole 161 cases, analyzed by descriptive statistics, and paired t-test along with PASW 18.0. As a result of this study, the scores of interpersonal relationships and communication curriculum self-efficacy were significantly increased. In light of these results, the application of this curriculum has an effect on interpersonal relationships and communication self-efficacy among nursing students. Accordingly, this study can be provided as basic data in order to develop and utilize the curriculum that can improve communication skills of nursing students in nursing education.

The purpose of this study is to explore the direction of home economics education in order to strengthen students' competencies. We explored the direction of competency-based home economics class, and teaching and learning methods for strengthening subject competencies, then develop class case. The main research results of this study are as follows. First, in order to cultivate subject competencies, students should be the center of the education, class and evaluation by integrating of the curriculum-class-evaluation, so that they can grow into the subject of life. Second, to enhance subject competencies, case example of the home economics was presented focusing on integrating curriculum-class-evaluation. It is expected that this study will be able to integrate curriculum-class-evaluation into the concrete realization of subject competencies in home economics education.

This study aim to arrange ISD from the competency context and from the Dual major base of junior colleges related to Dept. of Administrative Professional. By analysing the curricula of the Korean capital area junior colleges of secretarial service, extracted some ability factor and classified it on the basis of NCS and competency grouping. From this, the basic direction of Standardizing Competency can be determined and it applied to develop ISD. Thus the Multi ground base of ISD can be constructed which served on developing a convergence human resource. It may give an implication and practical methodology for the junior colleges of secretarial service related Dept. to make a framework for developing a multi ground based ISD which can be designed from the multiple competency and from more than two complex major.
