A Study on the Effective Ways of Charity Campaigns - focused on a Classification of Charity Case Studies (기부캠페인 활성화 방안에 대한 연구 -유형별 사례분석을 중심으로)

  • People believe donations are done by others who have the leisure time and money to do so. In addition, people distrust charity organizations because they aren't sure if the money is used properly which makes them hesitant to donate. In order to gain general public's trust and involvement, people need to start campaigning about trusting and donating to organizations. Looking into many different successful charity case studies, we can find how these different cases are attracting people and building their trust. Therefore, I propose the proper and effective ways to campaign for charity organizations through analyzing different case studies. The result shows that a campaign is most effective when arising amusement and curiosity in the general public. Also trust gets built in the minds of the public once the charity organizations became more transparent.

  • 본 연구보고서는 기부사용내역 불투명성 등으로 인해 감소 추세에 있는 기부금의 감소문제를 분석하고 이를 해결하기 위한 방안을 모색함. 연구의 목적은 Block Chain을 활용하여 기존의 기부시스템 개선 및 새로운 기부시스템 도입에 있음. 기부문화 활성화를 위해서는 기부금 사용에 대한 신뢰성 확보가 필수적. 따라서 기부금 사용내역을 투명하게 관리하는 시스템이 필요함. 이를 위해 블록체인을 기반으로 한 새로운 기부시스템 (New Donation System) 연구를 진행하였음. 새로운 기부시스템이 구축되기 위해서는 기부자, 기부단체, 정부가 서로 연계하여 블록체인을 기반으로 한 기부코인을 도입하고 이를 활용하는 금융 메커니즘의 적용이 필요함. 기부코인을 활용한 새로운 기부시스템이 도입된다면 우리나라의 기부시스템은 기존보다 진일보할 것이며 기부문화도 재활성화될 것으로 기대함.

  • 국가경제력은 세계 10위권을 오르내리지만, 세계기부지수는 81위에 불과한 것이 대한민국의 현실이다. 본 논문은 소셜미디어와 퍼네이션(Fun+ Donation)이 국내의 열악한 기부문화를 활성화 시킬 수 있는 핵심 요소로 보고, 이 둘을 결합한 문화 비즈니스 콘텐츠를 제안한다. 가칭 "'우리'가 만드는 스타"는, 소셜미디어를 활용해 대중이 직접 스타가 될만한 신인을 뽑고, 신인들이 자선 콘서트에 참여해 자신의 재능을 성장시키며 동시에 국내 개인기부문화 정착에 앞장서는 새로운 형태의 문화 비즈니스 콘텐츠이다. 이 콘텐츠가 국내 개인기부문화 정착, 다양한 공연문화 생산 및 제공, 국내문화의 세계화에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

  • This study is meaningful in that it presents specific user experience improvement measures to promote donation participation by analyzing in-depth the MZ generation's donation platform user experience. Through this, we can identify key elements that promote donation behavior and improve the platform based on this to encourage donation participation among the MZ generation. The research results emphasized that the MZ generation values transparency and reliability, and prefers simple donation procedures and automatic transfer functions. Additionally, it was revealed that visual elements and experiential activities play an important role in strengthening donation motivation. These research results provide important implications for non-profit organizations and can contribute to revitalizing the donation culture and encouraging more people to continuously participate in donations. Furthermore, it is significant in that it provides important implications for creating a better environment in which non-profit organizations can realize social responsibility and contribute to the development of the community by improving the user experience of donation platforms.

  • This paper proposes a simple, approachable game via mobile application in order to change the attitudes of the general public towards donation. This game can become one of many representative online activities of NGOs(Non Government Organization). Also, as it is a song game, the public can enjoy it rather than feeling pressure. This study is expected to energize the industry of donation applications and contribute to the settlement of a popular giving culture through NGOs, corporations, and SNS(Social Networking System).

  • According to a statistical survey, despite the continuous improvement of the economic level, the participation rate of donations is decreasing. As a cause of this phenomenon, the problem of reliability of donation organizations is a big part. In order to increase viewers' intention to donate, this study developed a donation campaign linked data service that shows information that can increase the credibility of donation organizations and storytelling of donation recipients. Specifically, a user scenario of a data service that is properly operated in conjunction with a donation campaign that is broadcast shortly was defined, and a user interface was designed by reflecting the characteristics of the TV platform. In addition, a prototype based on the DVB-MHP standard was developed to analyze the effect of the data service utilization on viewers' intention to donate.

  • The aim of this study was to search conditions activating the regional consortium for regional culture education in schools. Results of this study are follows: the regional consortium consists of parents of students, communities, schools, school boards, public institutes, and NGO groups. The consortium contribute the educational support and development for student activities in schools. Furthermore the consortium make an offer to coordinate and facilitate the delivery of information, resources, and services to students, educators, employers, and the community. Therefore, the consortium might be best described as "matchmakers" that help ensure that our customers are able to easily connect with providers of the services they need. The consortium will be made up of a network of service providers from across its region that all collaborate in helping to connect the local education and school communities.

Current Status and Activation Plan of Hospice Palliative Care in Korea - Based on Hospice Palliative Care Facilities Survey (국내 호스피스.완화의료 현황 및 활성화 방안 - 호스피스.완화의료 기관 조사를 바탕으로)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the current status of hospice palliative care facilities in Korea. Based on the result, we attempted to suggest activation plans of hospice palliative in Korea. Methods: To conduct a survey, we obtained a list of hospice palliative care facilities from related agencies and academic societies. A survey was conducted from February, 2009 to March, 2009. The survey was consisted of general characteristics of organizations, manpower, facilities & equipments, and so on. In addition, we used data from Statistics Korea to estimate the number of beds required and the bed occupancy rate. Results: Total number of facilities responded to the questionnaire were 53. Forty-two facilities were general hospitals and 6 facilities were clinics among the total 53 facilities, and 18.8% of facilities were located in Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggido. Overall bed occupancy rate was rather low as 21.9%, and there were 4 provinces where bed occupancy rates were 0%. Deaths in hospice palliative care facilities during 2008 were 6.3% of total deaths from cancers. As for the questions about the financial status of facilities, 86% of facilities were answered financial insufficiency. Also more than half of the facilities gave financial insufficiency as the reason for shortage of human resource supplies and inability to achieve the standard for authorization by the government. Facilities answered in order to activate the hospice palliative care, governmental support is needed, mostly in financial support (71.2%), donation tax deduction (43.1%), and setting up a public utility foundation (23.5%). Conclusion: This study showed low rates of hospice palliative care use and bed occupancy in Korea. Regional variance in bed occupancy rate was significantly high. As a roadblock for these problems, most of the facilities cited financial insufficiency. Therefore, there must be some action plans to boost financial support to activate hospice palliative care in Korea. Finally, efforts to improve these circumstances including lack of understanding about hospice and palliative care, are needed as well.

A Study on the ProBono Activation Plan for Sustainable Beauty (지속가능한 미용전공 프로보노 활성화 방안에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the beauty Probono activities and to find ways to revitalize the related activities. In this study, the research models and hypotheses were set up, and the results of the main analysis were obtained by conducting the questionnaire analysis of 701 beauty majors in the metropolitan area. First, it was found that the participation of Beauty Probono is to utilize beauty technology and knowledge, mainly through volunteer club activities. Second, Satisfaction with beauty Probono activities was highly correlated with recruitment of service organization. The reliability of the service organization tended to be higher as the level of institutional operation and satisfaction through participation were higher. Third, satisfaction with beauty Probono activities was high, and the more trust in organization, the higher the sustainability of activities. The beauty Probono activation plan suggested the development of various public relations channels, strengthened education for volunteers, and transparent management of the volunteer organization. However, this research has limitations in the limitation of research subject, and it is expected that the study of various aspects of beauty student major students will be continued in the future.

  • Social Media has been vitalized according to development of technology, it make the crowd-funding which have a form of new donation culture. The crowd-funding has been known as form that is supported for getting investments of ongoing or new project by much public in area of cultural art. Nowadays it receive attention from the movie content production. There are so many successful case such as , in abroad while it is hard to find distinct case in Korea' the movie content production market. Since the movie <26 years> informed public of 'the crowd-funding', recently was successfully complete first and second fund-raising and third fund-raising is in progress. It is upraised as a representative successful case.
