The Effects of the Attributes of the Eco-friendly Agricultural Products Traceability System on Perceived Value and Behavioral Intention (친환경농산물 이력추적시스템의 속성이 소비자의 지각된 가치 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigates the impact of the attributes of the eco-friendly agricultural products traceability system on perceived value and behavioral intention. Empirical subjects are those who live in Seoul and Gyeonggi province, over the age of 20 and have experience of buying eco-friendly agricultural products though department stores, discount stores and specialized eco-friendly product stores. After distributing 550 copies of questionnaire from April 10th, 2013 to May 9th, 2013, 470 copies(85.5%) are used for a final statistical analysis of the survey after excluding the copies with biased opinions or missing values. The results of this study show sufficient theoretical base for future research by verifying a causal relationships between the attributes of eco-friendly agricultural products traceability system such as reliability, safety and innovation, and consumers' perceived value and behavioral intention. Therefore, producers should correctly record producing history base so that consumers can continue to use the system. The traceability system can not only satisfy consumers by enhancing transparent management and producing systems for eco-friendly products but also guarantee us to eat all products we get without worries.

  • With the development of big data technology, data is rapidly entering a hyperconnected intelligent society that accelerates innovative growth in all industries. The convergence industry, which holds and utilizes various high-quality data, is becoming a new growth engine, and big data is fused to various traditional industries. In particular, in the medical field, structured data such as electronic medical record data and unstructured medical data such as CT and MRI are used together to increase the accuracy of disease prediction and diagnosis. Currently, the importance and size of unstructured data are increasing day by day in the medical industry, but conventional data security technologies and policies are structured data-oriented, and considerations for the security and utilization of unstructured data are insufficient. In order for medical treatment using big data to be activated in the future, data diversity and security must be internalized and organically linked at the stage of data construction, distribution, and utilization. In this paper, the current status of domestic and foreign data security systems and technologies is analyzed. After that, it is proposed to add unstructured data-centered de-identification technology to the guidelines for unstructured data and technology application cases in the industry so that unstructured data can be actively used in the medical field, and to establish standards for judging personal information for unstructured data. Furthermore, an object feature-based identification ID that can be used for unstructured data without infringing on personal information is proposed.

A Study on Determinants of High-growth Firms: Focusing on Technology Appraisal Indicators (고성장기업의 결정요인에 관한 연구: 기술평가지표를 중심으로)

  • This study analyzed the determinants of high-growth firms using the technology appraisal data of the Korea Technology Finance Corporation. This study is differentiated from previous studies for three reasons. First, it analyzed the determinants of firms that will grow into high-growth firms in the future, not the characteristics of current high-growth firms. Second, it analyzed high-growth firms by dividing them in two aspects: sales and employment. In other words, they were divided into three types: the case in which a firm achieves high growth in both sales increase and creation of jobs, the case in which a firm achieves high growth in creation of jobs but low growth in sales increase, and the case in which a firm achieves high growth in only sales increase but low growth in creation of jobs. Third, this study applied the technology appraisal indicators of Kibo Technology Rating System(KTRS) by the Korea Technology Finance Corporation as the explanatory variable. As a result of analysis, it was found that a firm achieved high growth in both sales and employment if the position in the technology life cycle was appropriate and the technology readiness level was high. However, it turned out that the management system of technical manpower had conflicting effects on high growth of employment and sales. In other words, a firm that had well managed its technical manpower achieved high growth in terms of employment, but rather showed low growth in terms of sales. This result suggests the inference that firms showing high growth in employment may appear mainly in the high-tech industry where management of technical manpower is important. Accordingly, as a result of adding dummy variables that represent whether or not firms are in the high-tech industry, it was found that the result supported the inference, as firms in the high-tech industry were highly likely to achieve high growth in employment.

Life History Research on the Vocational Identity of Mechanical Education Teachers in Technical High School (공업계 고등학교 기계과 교사의 직업정체성에 관한 생애사 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the vocational identity through the reflection of the major experience as the teacher through the life history of the technical high school. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, two technical high school mechanical and career teachers were selected as research participants and in-depth interviews were conducted with them. The data obtained through the in-depth interviews were analyzed through six steps. Six major experiences of the participants were identified as results of the research: (1) the experience of trying to train the specialist of precision machining in the beginning of teacher's life, (2) experience as a skill competition team teacher, (3) experience of innovating public education by introducing new industry field, (4) experience of constant learning new field and sharing with colleagues, (5) experience in the rapid change of the status of technical high school, (6) experience in the prevention of students' safety accidents and maintenance of the practice field. Through these educational experiences, each research participant was forming one's vocational identity as a mechanical teacher. The vocational identity of the research participants were identified as follows: (1) identity drifting phase, (2) identity stability stage, (3) transition stage of the teacher role, (4) suspended stage to preserve identity, (5) identification sublimation stage, (6) identification of the true meaning of the teacher, and integration of the identity. Through these six steps, their identities were formed, strengthened and changed at each stage.

  • 생활이 풍족해질수록 사람들은 음식이나 음료를 통하여 미각을 즐기는 경향이 강해지고 있다. 미각이 발달한 사람들은 다른 감각이 발달한 사람들보다 소비 욕구가 왕성하여 상품정보에 밝은 편이고 신제품에 대한 호기심도 많아 주요고객으로 환영받을 수 있는 가능성이 매우 높다. 이러한 점을 고려할 때 미각은 소비성향의 척도가 될 수 있으며, 이것이 상품개발에 중요한 지표가 될 가능성이 있다. 그러나 맛에 민감하다거나 둔감하다고 표현되는 개인의 미각물질에 대한 감도는 개인마다 일정치 않다. 이것은 미각물질에 따라 개인의 상대적인 역치의 고조나 미각 강도의 대소가 다르거나 감도가 다른 미각물질에 대한 수용구조에 개인차가 있기 때문이다. 이처럼 개인차가 있는 미각을 표준화된 방법으로 측정하는 것은 그리 쉬운 일이 아니다. 미각강도 측정을 위한 Time-Intensity curve는 1958년 음식물의 특성에 대해 관심을 가졌던 Nielson에 의해 개발되었는데 최근에 Takagi와 Asakura가 Time-Intensity curve분석과 기록을 위해 microcomputer를 이용한 방법을 개발하였다. 그들의 방범은 Time-Intensity curve를 모니터에 보여주고 data를 floppy discs에 기록하여 software로 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구는 이것을 좀더 편리하고 단순하게 만들기 위해 감각의 강도를 전기적 저항의 interface를 통하여 computer에 입력하는 대신에 mouse를 이용하여 입력하는 방법을 개발하였다. 새로이 개발된 Time-Intensity curve를 이용하여 커피성분 중 설탕과 프림의 농도에 변화를 주어 맛의 좋고 싫음의 미각강도를 측정하는 실험을 하였다. 그 결과 상품개발의 중요한 지표가 되는 미각의 강도를 측정할 수 있었고 이것은 향후 commercial한 상품의 개발에 유용한 지표가 될 것이라고 본다.시사한다. 본 연구에서는 한국 연구 조직에서 일하는 외국인 연구자들의 동기 및 성과에 영향을 미치는 많은 요인들을 확인할 수 있었다. 상관관계, 분산분석, 회귀분석 등을 통해 활용 성과에 미치는 영향 요인들을 도출하였다. 설문 분석을 통하여 동기 및 성과 사이에는 강한 상관관계가 존재하는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며 이는 전통적인 동기 이론들과 부합한다. 대부분의 변수가 동기 및 성과에 동시에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었으며 그중에서도 조직 협력 문화, 외국인 연구자의 의사소통 및 협력성, 외국인 연구자의 연구 능력 관련 변수들 및 연구 프로젝트의 기술수명주기, 외국인 연구자의 기존 기술지식의 흡수 등이 가장 중요한 변수로 나타났다. 이는 우리가 주로 중국 및 러시아 과학자들을 활용하여 상업화하는 외국인 연구인력 활용 패턴과도 일치하는 결과이다. 즉 우호적인 조직문화를 가지고 있는 연구 조직에서, 이미 과학기술 지식을 많이 가지고 있고 연구 능력도 높은 외국인 과학기술자를, 한국에서 기술이 태동 또는 성장하고 있는 연구 분야에서 활용하는 것이 가장 성과가 좋다는 사실을 확인시켜 주고 있다. 국내에서 최초로 수행된 본 연구는 외국인 연구 인력의 활용 성과가 매우 높으며, 우리의 과학기술혁신시스템을 보완하는 유효한 수단으로써 외국인 연구 인력이 중요한 대안이 될 수 있음을 발견하였다. 외국인 연구 인력을 잘 활용하기 위하여 문제점 및 개선방안을 활용 환경, 연구 인력이 중요한 대안이 될 수 있음을 발견하였다. 외국인 연구 인력을 잘 활용하기 위하여 문제점 및 개선 방안을 활용 환경, 연구 인력관리. 인력 교류사업, 외국인 과학자 지원 창구 등으로 나누어서 정리하였다. 연구시설, 주거시설 등의 하드웨어적 환경에 대한 개선도 중요하지만 연구 인력의 관리 능력 제고, 인력 교류 사업의 개선, 정보 제공 등 소프트웨어적인 활용 능력을 제고하는데 정책적인 관심을 기

A Study on freedom of information in the Government 2.0 era (거버먼트 2.0 기반의 정보공개제도 개선방안에 대한 연구)

  • The concept of Government 2.0 is spreading rapidly in many countries and is fundamentally changing existing freedom of information system which has passively responded to information demands. This study aims at discussing possible strategies for a new freedom of information system that is based on the Government 2.0 notion which presents revolutional approaches to public sector information's creation, management, and usage. For the purpose of the study, precedence studies and researches about both freedom of information system and Government 2.0 are analyzed. Furthermore, mutual relationships between them are discussed. Through this discussion, social and economic benefits from freedom of information systems which are based on Government 2.0 are explored. As a case study, Data.gov services in the US, the UK, and Australia which are recognised as a feasible plan to set up Government 2.0 are analyzed. Their three common characteristics- revaluating public sector information's reuse, establishing exclusive agencies, and providing raw data-are discussed. Then, various mashup services which use Data.gov services' raw data are also studied. Issues related to the freedom of information system in South Korea are examined. As a result, a policy framework for establishing Government 2.0 based freedom of Information system is discussed in terms of three aspects, law, technology and organization.

A Study on Quality Management Activities and Employee Trusts in Small Venture Companies (중소벤처기업의 품질경영활동과 조직원 신뢰 간의 관계에 관한 연구)

  • In this article, we try to study the relationship among quality management activities, employee trust, and employee satisfaction in small venture companies in Korea. Based on the previous studies, we build a couple of hypotheses about communication, process management, business policies, innovative changes, employee trust and employee satisfaction. From our empirical study, we find that communication and innovative changes have an positive effect on employee trust. Also, employee satisfaction is positively influenced by employee trust. Our study provides the following implications for organization management. First, for employee satisfaction, in an organization, it is very important to build employee trust among higher managements, firms, business processes, evaluations, and employees. Second, in order to build employee trust, besides establishing clear management policy and managing business processes, our study shows that improving communications among employees and customers and having continuos innovative changes such as improving current business processes, problem solving, establishing standards and maintaining high productions are important.

Study on the Cooperation of Merce Cunningham and Robert Rauschenberg (머스 커닝햄과 로버트 라우센버그의 협업 연구)

  • The inter-disciplinarity in arts is not confined to recent issues. It has been sought to exceed the boundaries of each genre for the novelty and vision different from before. Among those efforts, this thesis focuses on the collaboration of Merce Cunningham and Robert Rauschenberg who were leading artists in 1960s. Their collaborative works marked with innovative concepts ever in performing arts. They pursued new possibilities in both dance and painting through reformist experiments of chance operation, or improvisational encounters of the unexpected. After the end of their collaboration, they developed their own artistic creations such as Cunningham's shifting from theater to video dance executed in virtual space of computer and Rauschenberg's new "Combines" series. This study examines how the two artists practically embodied the concepts of chance, impermanence and formlessness, centering around their meaningful collaborations from 1954 to 1964.

A Study on the Vernacular Trends of Typography (타이포그래피의 풍토적 경향에 관한 연구)

  • Technically, the connotation of Typography is more than embodiments which are associated with records, keeping and expressions in languages. Therefore, it reflects a variety of social aspects based on cultures. The tendencies of modem Typography that have been confusing originate from the reaction caused by, what's called, cynical Rationalism - as a kind of characteristic. Nowadays, modem Typographic is required that it experience a new turning point with challenge and innovation. In association with the fact, it tends to be more local, compromised, dialectal, multi-cultural and anti-aesthetic. Moreover, there are multilateral tendencies concerned with generations and wealth & poverty. Consequently, the situation of modem Typographic which was regarded as an immovable role is now needed to change. The vernacular trends of Typographic changing with newer aspects is not always optimistic - it may be failure. However, at least, the experiments of it have expanded the range of modem Typographic. Therefore, the ultimate goal will be to obtain, what's called, potential data some of which are unknown to us.
