Aside from serving as a body that monitors and criticizes the government through reviews and comments on public issues, newspapers can also form and spread public opinion. Metadata contains certain picture records and, in the case of local newspapers, the former is an important means of obtaining locality. Furthermore, advertising in newspapers and the way of editing in newspapers can be viewed as a representation of the times. For the value of archiving in newspapers when a documentation strategy is established, the newspaper is considered as a top priority that should be collected. A newspaper archive that will handle preservation and management carries huge significance in many ways. Journalists use them to write articles while scholars can use a newspaper archive for academic purposes. Also, the NIE is a type of a practical usage of such an archive. In the digital age, the newspaper archive has an important position because it is located in the core of MAM, which integrates and manages the media asset. With this, there are prospects that an online archive will perform a new role in the production of newspapers and the management of publishing companies. Korea Integrated News Database System (KINDS), an integrated article database, began its service in 1991, whereas Naver operates an online newspaper archive called "News Library." Initially, KINDS received an enthusiastic response, but nowadays, the utilization ratio continues to decrease because of the omission of some major newspapers, such as Chosun Ilbo and JoongAng Ilbo, and the numerous user interface problems it poses. Despite these, however, the system still presents several advantages. For example, it is easy to access freely because there is a set budget for the public, and accessibility to local papers is simple. A national library consistently carries out the digitalization of time-honored newspapers. In addition, individual newspaper companies have also started the service, but it is not enough for such to be labeled an archive. In the United States (US), "Chronicling America"-led by the Library of Congress with funding from the National Endowment for the Humanities-is in the process of digitalizing historic newspapers. The universities of each state and historical association provide funds to their public library for the digitalization of local papers. In the United Kingdom, the British Library is constructing an online newspaper archive called "The British Newspaper Archive," but unlike the one in the US, this service charges a usage fee. The Joint Information Systems Committee has also invested in "The British Newspaper Archive," and its construction is still ongoing. ProQuest Archiver and Gale NewsVault are the representative platforms because of their efficiency and how they have established the standardization of newspapers. Now, it is time to change the way we understand things, and a drastic investment is required to improve the domestic and international online newspaper archive.

Even though domestic construction companies are expanding into overseas construction markets, the profitability of overseas project are decreasing and finally some biggest domestic construction companies recorded heavy deficit one after another in 2013. Contract management, which is very deeply related to profitability, is the most difficult area to domestic construction companies, especially in Middle East and Asia where they have the highest market share and a high level of contract management is required. The purpose of this study is to assess their contract management competences to help them improve contract management skills and strategies. First, we defined the overseas project contract management process and selected competences from the each process stage. Then, we conducted a survey with overseas project experts. For considering their competences from various angles, we divided survey groups into domestic construction groups and other groups (Contract consultancy agencies and Construction research institutes) to understand the internal and external perspective of the domestic construction companies' contract management competences. The results of survey was analyzed by using paired samples t-test, Borich Needs Assessment Model and Independent t-test. We expected that the results of this study could contributes to establish strategies for enhancing the domestic construction companies' contract management competencies.

This study reviewed important elements that should be considered in developing natural disaster plan in libraries and archives. In Korea, research on natural disaster planning in libraries and archives was rarely conducted. Therefore, it was necessary to study and analyse overseas literature for natural disaster preparedness planning. The key elements for establishing a natural disaster preparedness plan commonly identified in overseas research can be divided into six factors. 'The disaster preparedness committee and roles of staff' should be designated for starting disaster preparedness, and 'Risks' vulnerable to disaster should be assessed and managed in advance. A 'Handbook for immediate response' should be produced for all employees to respond promptly in the event of disaster, and 'Recovery and business continuity plan' should be reviewed for strategic recovery based on disaster scale and return to work after disaster. Also, in order to strengthen the capacity of all staff related to disaster preparedness and to improve plan for disaster, 'Training' is needed, and 'Cooperation activities' between related organisations should be taken into consideration in order to obtain various perspectives for disaster preparedness and to cope with and recover from large-scale disasters. This study can help Korean libraries and archives to establish natural disaster preparedness plan for serious natural disaster that can likely occur in the future.

This study is the first step for ICT-based service model development for exhibition service innovation. To obtain the goal of this research, we derived the core problems of current exhibition industry service through previous literature, open-ended question and focus group interview. And then, we provided prioritization of twelve new services utilizing six assessment items(importance, duplication, urgency, ease of execution, prevalence, publicness) to derive policy priorities. We analyzed two portfolios that combination of four assessment items - importance/urgency and ease of execution/prevalence. Through surveying and analyzing the result, this paper serves that the priority facts are 'The work invisible barrier installation services', 'Exhibition history management and referral services', and 'Exhibit labels and descriptive text information service utilizing Augmented Reality'. In particular, 'The work invisible barrier installation services' is the most important service not only the assessment criterion of duplication and publicness but also overall measurement score points.
This study aimed to investigate subtypes, risk factors, symptoms and the interventions to inpatients with delirium. The data of 108 inpatients who had the diagnosis of delirium during their hospital stay were collected from Electronic Medical Record at a university hospital and were analyzed by SPSS for Windows V. 26.0 program. As a results, Patients had a high proportion of elderly, male, orthopedic, and with fractures or amputations. The subtypes of delirium were hyperactive (51.9%), hypoactive (6.5%), and mixed (41.7%). Among the risk factors, depression and use of psychotropic agent were more common in those with hypoactive delirium. Among delirium interventions, behavioral symptom management and aggressive behavioral intervention were mainly implemented for those with hyperactive or mixed types, and emotional support was mainly implemented for those with hypoactive or mixed types. The delirium related intervention was more likely given immediately when the patients showed aggressive behaviors. Therefore, intervention strategies and protocol development are required for early detection of delirium in inpatients.
Among OECD countries, Korea is the only country which has continuously recorded total birthrate below 1.3 person for over 10 years. Since 2006, the Korean government has promoted the population policy in full scale. But, the fertility rate which became low has not shown any sign to go up again. Thus, Korea can be understood as having fallen into 'low fertility trap'. Such a low fertility can cause serious problems such as weakening of national competitive power and even survival of the country. In Korea, due to studies and finding jobs among young women, their childbirths are kept being postponed. In some cases, poor working conditions where women work can cause physical conditions not appropriate for pregnancy. Thus, it is very important to let childbearing women, pregnant women take care of their health. Accordingly, conscious of this low fertility era, this study examined major international organizations and countries' health promoting strategies-with focus on motherhood and suggested some methods to effectively improve health for motherhood.

The currently implemented Positive List System, sales manager training, and pesticide sales record systems focus on the safety of determined pesticide use, but the proposed agrochemical pharmacist (AP) system aims accurate diagnosis and reasonable prescription. In this study, 81% of famers claimed expert assistance for purchasing and applying pesticides, and 42~86% of sales managers insisted on the strengthening expertise in diagnosis and prescription. In the institutionalization of AP, a special implementation guideline is essential to embrace the present sales managers with long experience. Sales managers of commercial and agricultural cooperatives recognize the qualifications of agrochemical pharmacists as a strategy to differentiate themselves from competitors, and increase sales through market positioning of "pesticides prescribed by trustworthy agrochemical pharmacists", not sales managers anymore.
