현존세계 최고의 금속활자인쇄본 "직지"가 만들어 진 곳에 세워진 청주고인쇄박물관이 지난 1월 1일자로 조직이 확대 개편되고 관장의 직급도 4급으로 상향 조정되었다. 학예기능의 강화를 위해 학예연구실장의 직급도 5급으로 조정되었다. 4급 관장으로 첫 부임한 남봉익 관장은 박물관의 조직이 확대되고 직급도 격상된 만큼 "직지"의 위상강화는 물론 이에 관련된 연구, 홍보를 강화하고 "직지"를 통한 지역경제 발전과 인쇄문화 발전에 기여할 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠다고 포부를 밝혔다. 남 신임 관장을 만나 조직개편의 배경과 앞으로의 계획 등을 들어보았다.

본 논문에서는 실시간 동정 환경에 효과적인 L-CAA 에이전트 구조를 제안한다. L-CAA 에이전트 구조는 변화하는 환경에 대한 적응성을 높이기 위해, 선행 연구를 통해 개발된 행위 기반 에이전트 구조인 CAA에 강화 학습 기능을 추가하여 확장한 것이다. 안정적인 성능을 위해 L-CAA에서 행위 선택 메커니즘은 크게 두 단계로 나뉜다. 첫 번째 단계에서는 사용자가 미리 정의한 각 행위의 수행 가능 조건과 효용성을 검사함으로써 행위 라이브러리로부터 실행할 행위들을 추출한다. 하지만 첫 번째 단계에서 다수의 행위가 추출되면, 두 번째 단계에서는 강화 학습의 도움을 받아 이들 중에서 실행할 하나의 행위를 선택한다. 즉, 강화 학습을 통해 갱신된 각 행위들의 Q 함수 값을 서로 비교함으로써, 가장 큰 기대 보상 값을 가진 행위를 선택하여 실행한다. 또한 L-CAA에서는 실행 중인 행위의 유지 가능 조건을 지속적으로 검사하여 환경의 동적 변화로 인해 일부 조건이 만족되지 않는 경우가 발생하면 현재 행위의 실행을 즉시 종료할 수 있다. 그 뿐 아니라, L-CAA는 행위 실행 중에도 효용성이 더 높은 다른 행위가 발생하면 현재의 행위를 일시 정지하였다가 복귀하는 기능도 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 L-CAA 구조의 효과를 분석하기 위해, 대표적인 동적 가상환경인 Unreal Tournament 게임에서 자율적을 동작하는 L-CAA기반의 UTBot 들을 구현하고, 이들을 이용하여 성능실험을 전개해본다.

Korea's water management system is typically a multi-ministerial system, so its efficiency is declining. In order to propose current state and improvement plan of the water management in Korea, this study discussed the improvement of central and local water management. The water management problems are lack of water policy coordination system, conflicts between ministries due to function of water quantity, water quality and agricultural water, redundant investment and inefficiency, insufficient recognition of water autonomy, concentrated central management and deepening regional disparities, lack of financial resources, etc. Hence, improvement to solve the problem includes strengthening the coordination of water management functions between ministries, transferring water management functions of central ministries and strengthening local capacity, and desirable role allocation of central and local governments. In addition, improvement at the local include efforts to change awareness of the water detailed and get water autonomy, integrate management of the watershed, strengthen the local community, secure financial resources, etc.

Many countries divide infant formula into special nutrient food and they are in control of thorn very carefully. CODEX prescribes that the components which can be added to infant formula must be exist in the breast milk and the additives must be scientifically proved to be safe. Therefore infant formula manufacturers make efforts to develop infant formula to be similar to human milk based on research of human and bovine milk components. Domestic infant formulas are rich with functional components in comparison with foreign formulas ; such as immunity, anti-allergy, growth factor, developments of brain and digestion organs etc. At this point, progress of bioscience technology and introduction of various new technologies lead micro components in human and bovine milk to be separated and purified. Therefore many functional components are commercialized and infant formula companies use these. Various functional components are added to infant formula ; DHA and arachidonic acid as brain growth components, nucleotide and lactoferrin as immunity increment and oligosaccharides fur digestion. And new infant formula is being developed by using bone growth factor and dehydration components f3r atopy and allergy decrement.

This study aimed to verify the effects of a 4-week program of ankle-strengthening exercise and toe-taping walk exercise on the basic lower body strength and walking to examine the benefits of the two exercises. The subjects involved 30 women in their 20s enrolled in university A. The subjects were equally divided into three groups - ankle-strengthening exercise group, toe-taping walk exercise group, and control group. The subjects were instructed to massage and do ankle-strengthening exercises using a towel, massage ball, and CRT, for 60 minutes, 3 times a week. They also taped their hallux valgus using a kinesiology tape and walked for 20 minutes with white tape applied. To sum up, the 4-week ankle-strengthening exercise and toe-taping walk exercise were identified to have a partial statistical significance on the basic lower body strength (muscular strength, power, and balance) and walking (length of gait line, plantar pressure, and COP) of women in their 20s. Therefore, the study confirmed the effects of ankle-strengthening exercises and toe-taping walk exercise on the lower body exercise function, and it is considered that further studies should be conducted on more various effects of the exercises by subdividing them into different pain locations and orthomechanic findings.

We have designed a 32-bit microprocessor with fixed point digital signal processing functionality. This processor, combines both general-purpose microprocessor and digital signal processor functionality using the reduced instruction set computer design principles. It has functional units for arithmetic operation, digital signal processing and memory access. They operate in parallel in order to remove stall cycles after DSP or load/store instructions, which usually need one or more issue latency cycles in addition to the first issue cycle. High performance was achieved with these parallel functional units while adopting a sophisticated five-stage pipeline stucture.

최근 특별한 기능을 갖는 단백질의 수요가 늘어남에 따라 단백질의 기능성을 개량하려는 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 이들 중 대표적인 것이 단백질을 단백질 분해효소로 처리한 가수분해물을 환자의 영양강화제와 같은 의약품이나 기능성이 요구되는 식량소재로서의 이용이다. 단백질의 효소적 가수분해에 있어서 회분식 공정은 장치가 간단하고 조작이 단순하며, 고 농도의 기질을 사용할 수 있지만 많은 양의 효소가 필요하며 높은 에너지와 노동력이 요구된다. 그리고 최종생성물의 저해작용으로 인해 수율이 적고 최종생성물의 기능적인 성질을 조절할 수 없는 단점이 있다.

본 논문에서는 체감형 기능성 게임의 여러 요인들 중에 하지근력을 실질적으로 강화시키기 위해서는 어떠한 요인들이 필요하며, 그 요인들을 어떻게 구성 하였을 때 가장 큰 효과를 줄 수 있는지 요소들에 대한 구성에 대해서 분석하여 체감형 기능성 게임을 개발 하는 업체들에게 실직적인 효과를 줄 수 있는 요인들을 제시하는데 목적이 있다.

Due to the development of technology related to a weapon system and the info-communication, the battle system of a warship has to manage many kinds of human intervention tactics according to the complicated battlefield environment. Therefore, many kinds of studies about M&S(Modeling & Simulation) have been carried out recently. The previous M&S system based on an agent, however, has simply used non-flexible(or fixed) tactics. In this paper, we propose an agent modeling methodology which has reinforcement learning function for spontaneous(active) reaction and generation evolution learning Function using Genetic Algorithm for more proper reaction for warship battle. We experiment with virtual 1:1 warship combat simulation on the west sea so as to test validity of our proposed methodology. We consequently show the possibility of both reinforcement and evolution learning in a warship battle.
