Korean Academy of Film Arts (KAFA) is the film school run by Korean Film Council (KOFIC). KAFA was established in 1984, benchmarking American Film Institute (AFA) and in order to foster manpower for Korean Movie under the US's pressure of domestic movie market opening in Korea. The Korean Movie market was open to the world by 1987 and suffered from the low Korean-produced movie market share of around 20% in the domestic market from 1987 to 1998. During the last 30 years, KAFA plays the key role in the Korean movie making industry. Of 520 of number of their alumni, the number of directors is 101, 33 of cinematographers, 18 of producers and 21 of professors in universities' film departments. Korean Directors, Bong Joon-ho of (2013) and topped over 10 million domestic admissions to become the most-watched Korean films of all time. Now, with KAFA's relocation to Busan following with KOFIC, their new roles are promotion of the film industry in Busan, recruiting and educating new talented Korean and foreign student filmmakers, becoming an international film school.

The purpose of this study to provide implications for improvement of Korean voluntary sector, by analyzing of program managers' subjective evaluation of voluntary program management and of their view of the needs for outside supports. For this, researchers selected 600 agencies, which are found to have a staff in charge of voluntary programs, and sent a questionnaire by mail. Those agencies are consisted of the following three. areas: social services, civil movement, public sector. The response rate was 65%, and researchers analyzed 382 respondents out of 391, besides those who did not complete the form in full. One of the results was that program managers' subjective evaluation score of overall voluntary program management was 51 points in the perfect score of 100 points. The voluntary program management was consisted of the following six areas: recruiting, job placement, public relations, education(training), program development, and. information system Specifically, program development and information system appeared to be worse than the other areas, and this fact was true in all three types of agencies of social services, civil movements, and public sector. Moreover, program managers in public sector showed that outside supports for voluntary programs (or activities) was more desperately required. Based on the results, researchers concluded that, toward the improvement of voluntary programs, professionalization as well as legal supporting system, networking, and national supporting institution were required.

This study aims to establish operating methods for value-oriented and competitive operation of Dalseong Wetland Ecological Learning Center in Daegu, Korea, which will open in 2018. For this purpose, we surveyed 77 Ecological learning facility managers nationwide using 22 questions on the subjects such as the operating method, volunteer, budget, and profit. The managers of 50 ecological learning facilities (Type A) responded, and we extracted the responses by the managers of 12 ecological learning facilities (Type B) that had the similar size as the Dalseong Wetland Ecological Learning Center and conducted an additional analysis. The results of the survey indicated that it was advisable for Daegu Metropolitan City to operate the Dalseong Wetland Ecological Learning Center and that the staff at least 3-5 managers were necessary while the number of volunteers to regularly work at the center was estimated to be 25-30. Excluding labor costs, the annual operating budget was estimated to be between 150 million won and 200 million won if Daegu Metropolitan City operates the facility directly. This study is meaningful in that it provides reference data to establish realistic and detailed management plan of the Dalseong Wetland Ecological Learning Center based on the opinions of the surveyed managers of ecological learning facilities in Korea.

In this study, a TPACK-based STEAM program was developed and applied under the theme of excretory organs in the 'Structure and Function of Our Body' of the elementary science curriculum. The program was produced and conducted through curriculum analysis and learning goal detailing, learning environment analysis, teaching·learning method and technology selection, TPACK elements arrangement and teaching·learning material development, application and effectiveness verification. Teacher's TPACK considered in STEAM program design process is content knowledge (appearance and work of excretory organs), pedagogical knowledge (STEAM, problem-based learning, research learning, discussion learning, cooperative learning, scientific writing) and technology knowledge (3D printer and smart device application technology). The program consisted of a total of 8 hours of project learning activities and was applied to 29 students in the fifth grade as an experimental group. A program of the same theme developed mainly from textbooks was applied to 27 students in the fifth grade of a comparison group. As a result of the application of the program, the experimental group showed significant improvement in creative problem-solving ability and scientific attitude compared to the comparison group, and the class satisfaction with the STEAM program was also high. However, there was no significant difference in academic achievement ability.

The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of self-esteem in the effect of nursing caregivers' job enthusiasm on job satisfaction. For research analysis, 160 nursing caregivers' engaged in 2 institutions located in Gyeonggi-do, 3 institutions located in Seoul, 5 institutions located in Chungcheongnam-do, and 9 institutions located in Chungcheongbuk-do were surveyed from April 1 to September 2022. Data were collected non-face-to-face using Google links until the 30th. From the collected data of 140 people, 118 copies were used for the final analysis, excluding 22 incomplete responses. First, the effect of positive(+) effect on self-esteem of nursing care workers was confirmed. Second, it was confirmed that caregivers' job enthusiasm had a positive(+) effect on job satisfaction. Third, in the effect of caregiver's job enthusiasm on job satisfaction, it was confirmed as a partial mediating effect of self-esteem. In addition, the Sobel Test was conducted to confirm the significance of the mediating effect, and the significance of the mediating effect was also confirmed. This study has significance in that it suggests social welfare practices and policy interventions necessary to increase job enthusiasm and self-esteem for job satisfaction of nursing care workers, who are the main agents of caring for the elderly.

This study attempted to provide the basic data for developing a system to identify the role of medical technologists and ensure an efficient response for quick and accurate diagnostic tests in the COVID-19 era. The research method involved using focus group interviews for a survey and analysis of 15 medical institutions. Eleven sample collection institutions, 10.4 medical technologists, 2.1 minutes of collection time, 5.4 hours of test time, 9,670 tests, 6.2 member test workforce size, and 7 screening center operating institutions were surveyed. The results of the focus group interview analysis revealed that there were no standardized guidelines covering working hours, area, and environment to protect sample collectors and testers in relation to the COVID-19 tests. Also, legal protection measures were insufficient in the event of accidental infections and there were no personnel regulations related to COVID-19. In addition, the professional training of sample collectors and molecular diagnostic testers was required for reliable COVID-19 testing. In conclusion, it is necessary to provide professional education through special test short-term training institutions to cope with emergency infectious diseases such as COVID-19. Legal systems should be put in place to protect the workforce and ensure stability.

효선제가 국가 공신의 상을 그려서 걸었다는 중국은 기린각. 로큰롤의 성립 발전에 기여한 인물을 기리기 위한 미국의 로큰롤 명예의 전당. 이제 과학인들도 명예의 전당에 오를 수있게 되었다. 과학기술의 발전 및 과학기술인의 자긍심을 높이자는 취지로 시작된 명예의 전당은 고려 말에서 현재에 이르기까지 뛰어난 과학자를 선정하여 논문 등 연구성과를 보존, 전시하는 사업이다. 우선 과학기술부와 한국과학문화재단은 이달 중으로 서울과학관 내에 200평의 공간을 마련하기로 하고, 2006년 경기도 과천에 국립과학관이 완공되며 1층 전시공간을 1000평으로 확대할 계획이다. 이번에 선정된 14인은 인물선정위원회가 과학기술 단체 기관 등이 추천한 과학기술인을 대상으로 국가발전 기여도와 세계적 영향력 등을 평가하여 결정한 인물들이다. 또한 매년 4명 정도를 추가로 선정해 2006년까지 30명 선으로 늘릴 예정이다. 과학기술인 명예의 전당은 과학기술 존중의 분위기를 조성할 것으로 기대된다. 1차로 선정된 14인 가운데 현존하고 있는 안동혁, 최형섭, 이호왕 박사를 만나보았다.

이기환소방방재청장의 인터뷰는 당초 2011년 9월 7일(수) 오후 5시 청장집무실에서 있을 예정이었다. 그러나 청장의 공식일정이 늦어지는 관계로 중구 태평로에 위치한 서울파이낸스센타 지하 중식당에서 저녁식사와 같이 진행하게 되었다. 금번 인터뷰는 이기환 소방방재청장과 강병화 방재협회장(5월 21일 취임)이 취임 이후 처음으로 가지는 두 기관 간의 공식적인 만남임을 고려하여 상호 관심사를 폭넓게 논의하였다. 이를 위하여 소방방재청에서는 청장을 비롯하여 재난상황실장 최규봉, 대변인 성기석, 비서실장 최낙영의 4명 그리고 방재협회에서는 강병화 회장을 비롯하여 부회장 여운광, 편집위원장 박성제, 교육홍보실장 김영희의 4명이 참석하였다. 따라서 방재청장 인터뷰는 공식적으로 묻고 답하는 대담 형식보다는 다수가 편안하게 환담을 하는 간담회 형식으로 진행이 되었다.

정부가 농업농촌정책의 기조로 삼고 이번 정부가 국정과제로 채택하며 농업의 미래로 간주되고 있는 6차 산업화. 6차 산업화를 강조하며 미래 농업의 대안으로 제시되고 있는 가운데 성공적인 6차 산업 모델로 낙농체험목장이 각광받고 있다. 정부 주도적인 사업이 아닌 민간 주도적인 사업으로 낙농진흥회라는 준정부기관이 사업주체로 있기는 하지만 농가들이 주도적으로 사업을 진행, 발전시켰다는 점에서 더욱 주목받고 있는 것이다. 낙농체험목장이 낙농진흥회 인증으로 첫 사업을 시작한 이후 10년이 흘렀다. 2004년 1개로 시작된 낙농체험목장은 전국 30여개 인증목장으로 양적 성장을 하고 있다. 그러나 5,000호가 넘는 목장에서 오직 30여개만 낙농체험목장으로 인증을 받았다는 점, 미래를 고민하며 낙농체험목장을 대안으로 생각하고 있는 목장이 늘어나고 있다는 점에서 낙농체험목장은 새로운 전기를 맞아야 한다. 낙농체험목장 10년, 미래를 준비하는 '한국형 체험목장'을 고민해 보고 명과 암을 살펴본다.

최근 들어 음성에 대한 일반인들의 관심이 높아지면서 음성이상을 호소하며 이비인후과 외래를 방문하는 환자가 점차적으로 증가하는 추세에 있다. 그러나 이러한 음성이상을 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 기준이 국내에는 거의 없는 실정이다. 이에 저자들은 본 연구에서 기왕력 상 폐질환이나 신경계질환, 후두질환을 앓은 적이 없으며 음성조율 기관에 이상이 없고 정상적인 청력을 가진 10세에서 69세까지의 무작위 추출된 정상 한국인 남자 112명과 여자 122명을 대상으로 Aerophone II voice function analyzer를 이용하여 공기역동학적 검사 중 최대발성지속시간(maximum phonation time), 평균호기류율(mean airflow rate), 발성율(phonation quotient), 발성시 기류량(phonatory flow volume) 및 성문하압(subglottal pressure)의 정상 한국인의 남녀 년령별 평균치를 측정하고자 하였다.
