Since the Arab spring in 2010, SNS prompted discussions about the roles to organize collective actions. First of all, mobile media and SNS help to mobilize both on and offline social movement, second, to create new forms of collective actions, third, to organize social movement organizations across the world, fourth, to empower movement participants to develop new collective identities. On the other hand, the same technologies also hinder social movements from developing continuity and dedication. In addition, the problems of digital divide might aggravate the divisive process to organize collective actions across the world. This research is built on these ongoing arguments about the potentials and limitations of new media technologies. In particular, this research tries to move beyond the confrontational approaches to the media through the case study of Save The Jeju Island social movements on Facebook. The movement SNS on Facebook aims to provide as well as organize international SMOs and activists that might help deeper understandings on the potentials and limitations of online communication strategies for global social movements.

해외 선진국을 중심으로 전 세계적으로 경기침체와 저성장, 저고용이 일어나고 있으며, 고용구조의 변화, 여성 운동, 도시 인구 이동, 환경오염, 장애인 일자리, 저출산 고령화시대, 청소년 문제, 평화문제 등 많은 사회문제들이 생겨나고 있다. 이들 국가는 이러한 다양한 사회문제들을 해결하기 위해 사회 서비스를 제공하고, 사회적 가치를 추구하기 위해 사회적기업(social enterprises), 사회적기업가 등을 육성하고 있다. 이는 우리나라도 마찬가지이며, 국내에 '사회적기업육성법'이 도입된 지 11년이 지났다. 그러나 2018년 10월을 기준으로 사회적기업은 2,030개에 불과한데, 이는 우리나라에서 사회적기업을 창업하고 성공하는 것이 얼마나 어려운지를 의미하는 것이다. 따라서 사회적기업의 창업 결정과 성공요인을 연구하는 것은 향후 사회적기업을 육성하는데 있어 큰 의미가 있다. 사회적기업의 창업의지에 영향을 주는 요인에 관한 연구는 학문적으로 중요한 의미를 갖는데, 선행연구는 사회적기업의 성과분석과 육성방향, 사회적기업가 정신에 초점을 두어왔다. 그러나 사회적기업 창업 활성화에 관한 연구는 이제 시작 단계이며, 특히 사회적기업 창업에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 연구는 미비한 상황이다. 본 연구의 목적은 기존 연구의 공백을 채우고자 사회적기업 창업과 사회적기업에 관한 기존 선행 연구들을 바탕으로 경상남도 대학생의 사회적기업 창업 의지에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증분석하는데 있다. 이러한 요인들을 파악함으로써 앞으로 경상남도 사회적기업 창업의 활성화를 위해 정부와 대학의 전략적 역할에 관해 논의해 보고자 한다.

Since 100PPM Quality Certification System has been established by the Industrial Advancement Administration in 1995, 100PPM duality Innovation movement has contributed much to the enhancement of qualify competitiveness of Korea's parts industry. And in 2000, raised to a higher level, Single PPM qualify Certification System has been established by the Small and Medium Business Adminstration. The quality target is below the 10ppm(parts per million) in outgoing qualify and delivered goods plus field claim. Recently 1.818 companies is received Single PPM Quality Certification from Government. Single PPM Quality Innovation movement is perfection movement which is suitable for 21C's social-economical criteria to pursuit of zero defect. The purpose of this study is to suggest the Kano Model based Global Sustainable duality Innovation(GSQI) Index to improve current problems of Single PPM Quality Innovation Movement.

Park golf is establishing itself as a daily sport that the silver generation can enjoy physically and cost-free. Accordingly, we have examined the impact of park golf participants' passionate participation behavior on sports immersion and sports performance. The subjects were 243 park golf participants, and SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used for data processing. In addition, frequency analysis, reliability, confirmatory factor analysis, and correlation analysis were conducted. Path analysis was performed using SEM, and mediating effects were analyzed using bootstrapping. First, regarding the relationship between passionate behavior and sports immersion, harmonious passion did not affect sports immersion, and obsessive passion had a positive effect. Second, passion had a positive effect on sports performance. Third, sports immersion had a positive effect on sports performance. Fourth, sports commitment played a partial mediating role in the relationship between passion and sports performance. Therefore, if the environment of the park golf course is improved so that passion does not decrease, exercise immersion and exercise performance will improve.

This research examines the decentralization of al-Qaida and other Salafi-jihadist terrorist groups, which is a subject of intense debate in the West. Especially, this study focused on investigating the status and evolution of al Qa'ida and other two Salafi-jihadist groups, Boko Haram and the Islamic States. These terrorist groups are currently considered as the most active Salafi-jihadist terrorist groups leading today's decentralization from Al-Qaida central terrorism network. This study also aims to examine the contemporary threats posed by the two extremely violent jihadist terrorist groups and these groups's terrorist networks. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, this study conducted content analyses with a wide range of documents reporting about Salafi-jihadist terrorists groups. Also this study utilized GTD data set drwan from START centner to provide descriptive analyses regarding IS and Boko Haram's activities and threats. On the basis of analyses, this study argues that recently the threats posed by core al Qaida has been severely weakened. Further, the broader Salafi-jihadist movement has become more decentralized among four tiers: first, core al Qaida in Pakistan; second, formal al Qa'ida affiliated groups that have sworn allegiance to core al Qaida; a number of Salafi-jihadist groups that have committed to establishing an extremist Islamic emirate without sworn allegiance to al Qaida; third, individual followers and networks inspired by al Qaida and other Salafi-jihadist groups. In concusion and discussion, this study highlights the need for a long-term engagement counter terrorism strategy against Salifi-jihadist terrorists groups on behalf of the peace and security of the world society.

This study conducted social network big data analysis to investigate consumer's perception of Japanese sporting goods related to Japanese boycott and to extract problems and variables by recognition. Social network big data analysis was conducted in two areas, "Japanese boycott" and "Japanese sporting goods". Months of data were collected and investigated. If you specify the research method, you will identify the issues of the times - keyword setting using social network analysis - clustering using CONCOR analysis using TEXTOM and Ucinet 6 programs - variable selection through expert meetings - questionnaire preparation and answering - and validity of questionnaire Reliability Verification - It consists of hypothesis verification using the structural model equation. Based on the results of using the big data of social networks, four variables of relevant characteristics, nationality, attitude, and consumption behavior were extracted. A total of 30 questions and 292 questionnaires were used for final hypothesis verification. As a result of the analysis, first, the boycott-related characteristics showed a positive relationship with nationality. Specifically, all of the characteristics related to boycotts (necessary boycott, sense of boycott, and perceived boycott benefits were positively related to nationality. In addition, nationality was found to have a positive relationship with consumption behavior.

스마트폰의 보급이 급증하면서 모바일 인터넷 서비스, SNS 등 새로운 ICT 서비스의 이용이 크게 확대되고있다. 이로 인해 정치, 경제, 사회 문화 등 다양한 분야에서 많은 변화와 발전이 일어나고 있다. 그러나 이에 따라 인터넷 침해 사고와 개인정보 유출사고, 악성 댓글과 같은 인터넷 윤리 문제도 심각한 수준에 이르고 있다. 이러한 도전과제를 해결하기 위해 본고에서는 한국인터넷 진흥원이 중점적으로 추진하고 있는 인터넷 침해사고 대응을 비롯한 주요 정보보호 활동을 설명하고, 개인정보보호법 시행에 따른 추진활동 등을 통한 안전한 인터넷 이용환경 조성 노력을 기술한다. 아울러 건전한 인터넷 이용분화 조성을 위한 범국민 운동 및 교육, 그리고 사업자의 자발적 정화노력 동에 대해 살펴본다. 또한 인터넷 윤리 및 정보보호 문화 조성을 위한 국제협력 활동, 개도국 인터넷 정책 수립 지원을 위한 패키지 개발과 보급 활동 동에 대해 설명하고, 이어 인터넷 정보보호와 윤리 문화 선진화와 글로벌 선도 국가로서의 도약을 이끌어내기 위한 한국인터넷진흥원의 역할에 대해 제시한다.

Since the era of industrial revolution, the waste volume has continued to grow; waste management has thus become one of the major global environmental challenges facing humanities today. Waste treatment and management issues trigger NIMBY movements, and disputes among states, governments, and social actors over the issues have been accelrating. At the level of states and sub-states, various measures including institutions, laws, regulations, market-oriented methods, consensus and collaborative governance have been introduced to address various problems associated with waste. More recently, science and technology has been applied to the waste treatment and management under the notion of circular economy. However, societal support for addressing waste problems still remains inadequate, calling for new approaches and alternative pathways. In this context, this study examines two cases of urban incineration plants designed by Hudertwasser, Austria-born artist and architect: Spittelau, Austria, and Osaka, Japan. Through these case studies, I demonstrate how creative and innovative culture-technology convergence can shed new light on challenging environmental issues such as an urban waste problem.

This study historically examined nine representative community-related elements such as Hyangyak, Doore, Pumassi, Dongje, Gwallye, Wedding, Funeral, Ancestral Rites, Saemaul Undong, etc. in our society. This study aimed to create a better Korean society by revealing the relationship between well-aging and well-dying. This study investigated and analyzed 45 recent papers published between 2016 and 2021. As a result of the analysis, out of 45 cases, 22 cases are connected to the Joseon Dynasty, and 15 cases are related to modern society. When divided into life and death, 6 out of 9 items were bound to life, and 3 items encompassed life and death. And based on the relationship between well-aging and well-dying, it was specified as Type A-D. In conclusion, this study allows our society to achieve social integration and share the interests of the community through the principle of reciprocity and solidarity. This study can contribute from the perspective of convergence to becoming a true community that can share the interests of the community.

This study examines the employment relations of TNC subsidiaries in Central and Eastern Europe(CEE). Specifically, this study analyzes the employment relations of Volkswagen subsidiaries, which has led the restructuring the CEE's automobile industry since the collapse of socialist regimes, and Hyundai subsidiaries, which has sought to cast employment relations through Greenfield Investment as a latecomer. After the collapse of socialism, with the massive inflow of foreign direct investment and the social legacy of weak labor unions, CEE has been included in the global production network as low-wage production base. Both VW and Hyundai have entered the CEE with their own characteristics and global strategies that have been developed in their home countries and have developed the local production. In the process, both have formed local employment relations, combining low-wage, unstable employment, and weak labor unions of CEE under their own strategy. In recent years, however, it has been doubtful of the sustainability of employment relations based on the advantages of low-wage production bases, as the pools of low-wage workforce decline and new union movements occur in CEE. These changes in CEE are an indication of the inherent contradiction of low-wage production base strategies.
