1967년 지역사회 발전과 지역간 경제력격차의 해소를 위해 설립된 대구은행은 설립 후 30년간 내실경영 및 경영혁신을 기반으로 1997년 총수신고 10조의 고지를 달성하였고 지방은행 선두자리를 확고히 한 바 있으며 일반은행권을 포함하여도 8위권을 유지하면서 지방금융기관으로서 자립기반을 구축한 바 있다. 그러나 1997 년 말 밀어닥친 IMF 외환위기의 충격으로 대구은행은 생존자체가 불투명해졌으나 지역사회의 뜨거운 성원과 은행 임직원의 지역밀착형 마케팅 활동을 통하여 위기를 슬기롭게 극복하여 부실여신의 조기감축을 통한 클린뱅크의 구현과 세계기준(Global Standard)에 부합하는 선진경영의 틀을 갖추어 나감으로써 독자생존을 위한 기반을 마련해 나가고 있다. 본 사례는 대구은행의 IMF 사태 시 위기상황을 소개하고, 위기상황에서의 생존을 건 구조조정 프로그램과 위기관리 과정을 소개한 후, 초일류 지역은행으로의 재탄생을 위한 기반이 되었던 지역밀착경영 (K-프로젝트) 및 이와 관련된 프로그램과 그에 따른 성과를 소개한다.

Reviewing the previous researches related to SW quality, we find that they are mostly quality evaluation models for SW quality improvement and maturity-design models for software project management evaluation. There are few studies for the appropriateness of SW quality management by Quality Control(QC) functions. Moreover, they are bound for government's SW R&D projects in the view of the third party. Therefore, we propose means for the objective evaluation of SW quality management's appropriateness by QC functions. For this reason, there are three research proposes in our study as follows. Firstly, we produce problems for the evaluation of the existing government's SW R&D project management's appropriateness. Secondly, to overcome the drawbacks for the evaluation of the appropriateness of SW quality management, new appropriateness evaluation methods are proposed. Lastly, we investigate the availability and effectiveness of the appropriateness evaluation methods for WBS projects.

The 'Grand Challenge' in the global level raises fundamental questions on the role of private firm as a profit maximizer. From the new perspective, firms are recognized as a social entity with social and environmental responsibility. Particularly, the importance of transition-orineted firms, which pursue an objective of socio-technological system transition, have increased. These environmental changes request a new understanding on the identification of firms and the evolution of sustainable business model from the technological innovation perspectives. This paper aims on the new understanding on the motivation of firms who participated on the sustainable system transition and the proposal of 'transition-oriented firms' concept. Based on literature survey, this paper reviews the role of firms in the process of socio-technological system transition, the cases of transition-oriented firm, the types of sustainable business models and their strategies.

Residential streets play an important role not only as a Place for moving but also as a place for social interactions among urban residents. Social interactions among urban residents are critical factor to draw sense of confidence and communality, and community spirit from the residents. Social interactions among community residents, however, are getting restricted severely by automobile traffic in the residential area. This study shows that the level of social interactions among the residents decreases substantially as traffic volume increases in the area. Other daily activities such as relaxing. playing with children, exercising, and doing small works in the street which can caused social interactions among the residents are also decreased as the volume of automobile traffic increases. Residents living in the area of heavier traffic volume perceive more strongly that automobile traffic is the major reason which deters them from interacting socially each other.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of physical self-efficacy by a participation of sport leisure activity on general self-efficacy and life satisfaction for women based on the survey data from 174 women participating in swimming program in indoor pools at the area of Daegu and Gyongbuk. With the empirical analysis of the data, this study found the following conclusion. First, physical self-efficacy were significant on all general self-efficacy factors. Thus physical self-efficacy were influenced on pride, interpersonal relations, overcome difficulties, endurance. Second, physical self-efficacy was significant on life satisfaction. thirdly, general self-efficacy was partly significant on life satisfaction. Thus pride, interpersonal relations were not influenced on life satisfaction but influenced on overcome difficulties, endurance. Fourth, in case of the women over 40 years of age, physical self-efficacy was not significant on life satisfaction, and only endurance of general self-efficacy factors was influenced on life satisfaction. Whereas in case of the women under 40 years of age, physical self-efficacy was significant on life satisfaction, and overcome difficulties, endurance general self-efficacy factors were influenced on life satisfaction.

최근 많은 중소기업이 자사의 경쟁력 확보, 업무혁신, 원가절감 등의 이유로 ERP의 필요성을 인지하고 ERP 도입을 추진하고 있다. 그러나 기존의 ERP 구축 방법론들은 대기업의 ERP 도입에 맞추어 개발되었기 때문에 중소기업이 이를 적용하기 위해서는 많은 문제점의 극복과 기술력을 필요로 한다. 중소기업이 성공적으로 ERP를 도입하기 위해서는 중소기업에 특성화된 ERP 구축 방법론이 필요하며, 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 ISO 12207 소프트웨어 생명주기 프로세스의 활동을 조정한 중소기업을 위한 ERP 구축 프로세스를 제시한다. 제시한 구축 프로세스는 ISO 12207을 기반으로 하며 ERP 패키지 도입에 따르는 고비용 부담, 전문인력 부족, 경영자 및 종업원의 ERP 도입에 대한 적극적 의식 결여, ERP 도입의 거부감 등 중소기업이 ERP를 도입할 때 발생할 수 있는 문제를 해결하기 위한 활동이 추가되었다.

본 연구에서는 데이터 분석도구인 R을 활용하여 튜터링 학습법 참여 학생의 성취도를 검증하였다. 분석도구 R은 대용량 데이터의 고급 분석과 통계 계산을 위한 스크립트 언어로 빅데이터의 자료 분석에 다양하게 활용되고 있다. 대학의 학습 활동 측면에서의 튜터링 학습법은 학습 능력이 우수한 선배 또는 동료인 튜터와 학습 받고자하는 튜티가 1:1 또는 1:N의 관계를 이루고 학습 활동을 진행해 나가는 과정이다. 튜터링 학습법 운영 후 실시하는 참여 학생 만족도 조사 결과에 의하여 튜터링 학습법이 학력 수준 차이를 극복하는데 도움이 되고 있다는 정성적인 근거는 있으나 정량적인 분석 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 튜터링 학습법에 참여한 공학정보학부 튜티들의 성적 결과를 분석도구 R을 활용하여 분석하여 튜터링 학습법이 학업성취도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것을 검증하였다.

기업에 있어서 성과측정은 무엇보다도 중요한 경영활동으로 미래의 기업 전략 수립을 유도할 수 있는 역할을 발휘하고 있다. 기업의 경영방식은 바뀌어 가고 았지만 기업의 성과를 측정하는 방법은 여전히 재무적 성과 측정 방법에만 너무 의존하여, 이미 행해진 성과 향상을 위한 의사결정들의 결과는 보여주지만 장기적 전략개발을 위한 적절한 지침을 보여주지는 못하고 있다. 이에 따라 보다 포괄적이며 과학적인 성과 측정 방법이 나타나고 있으며 이 중 BSC 가 많은 기업에서 사용되고 있거나 수용과정에 있을 만큼 그 유효성을 인정받고 있다. 하지만 이러한 BSC마저도 문제점을 내포하고 있으며, 본 연구에서는 BSC의 문제점을 극복하기 위해 시스템다이내믹스 (System Dynamics) 방법론을 통한 Dynamics BSC 모델을 전략 및 경영활동에 유용하게 활용될 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

안전조치 측면에서 관심의 대상이 되어온 중수형 원전의 건식저장고 및 사용후 핵연료 이송 검증을 위한 안전조치 접근방법이 국가 계량관리 검사의 이행을 위하여 개발되었다. 이는 IAEA 사찰장비를 활용하지 못하는 우리나라의 현실을 반영하여 자체 개발된 비파괴검증장비가 이용되며, IAEA 안전조치 기준을 만족시킬 것으로 기대된다. 건식저장고에 대한 국가 계량관리 검사기준은 자체 개발된 비파괴검증장비와 봉인에 의존하는 기준이 제안되었으며, 검증활동은 시설운영자의 부담경감을 위하여 IAEA 사찰이 실시되는 기간동안 동시에 실시되도록 되어 있다. Transfer campaign 검증을 위하여 3명의 국가 계량관리 검사관이 검증활동에 참여하게 되며, 이를 통하여 이송작업의 연속성 유지 및 시설운영자의 부담경감 등이 달성됨과 함께 사참량의 감소가 기대된다. 본 논문은 국가 계량관리 검사의 시작과 함께 현실적인 어려움을 극복하면서, IAEA의 안전조치 기준을 만족하는 안전조치 접근방법을 제시하고 있으며, 안전조치 목적을 보다 적합하게 달성할 것으로 기대된다.

본 논문에서는 현 스마트 폰 게임시장에서 개발사의 수익 창출 한계를 진단하고 이를 극복하기 위한 수익 창출 모델을 제안한다. 논문에서 제안하는 수익 창출 방식은 게임을 단순히 유저의 재미추구와 시간 소모가 아닌 이윤 추구 활동으로 바꾸는 것이다. 특히 본 모델에서는 이윤 추구 활동 중 광고와 쿠폰 발행 분야에 집중하고자 한다. 이를 위해서는 기업들과의 제휴가 필수적이고 이를 효과적으로 지원할 수 있는 시스템이 구축되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 프레임워크 제작을 통해 본 논문이 제안하는 수익 창출 모델이 실현 가능성이 있으며 산업계에도 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 보이고자 한다.
