Comparison of Success Rates of Supply Chain Contract using Simulation (시뮬레이션을 이용한 공급사슬 계약 성사율 비교)

  • This study compares and analyzes wholesale(or price-only) contract, revenue-sharing contract, quantity-flexibility contract, and channel-rebate contract in a decentralized supply chain consisting of one supplier and one retailer. By setting the parameters of each coordination contract based on the previous results, we conduct simulations using @RISK for several combinations of these parameters. Under the supply chain coordination, we evaluate the probability of successfully signing a contract and the participant in favor of each contract. As a result, the quantity-flexibility contracts is most advantageous for the retailer and the channel-rebate contracts is most advantageous for the supplier. It revealed that revenue-sharing contracts can be used more flexibly because they can be selected in the widest range to redistribute profits between supplier and retailer.

  • 전 세계적으로 자율운항선박 관련 연구가 활발히 수행되고 있으며, 자율운항선박 관련 개발 기술에 대한 시험평가 기술의 개발도 그 필요성이 부각되고 있다. 이와 같은 자율운항선박 관련 개발 기술에 대한 시험평가와 관련하여 현재 다부처사업으로 진행 중인 자율운항선박 기술개발사업에서는 자율운항선박에 탑재되는 장비 또는 알고리즘의 성능을 검증하기 위한 플랫폼으로 시뮬레이션 기반 테스트베드(Simulation-based testbed for autonomous ship, S-TAS)를 개발하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 시뮬레이션 기반 테스트베드의 활용을 위하여 자율운항시스템 구성요소 중 안전운항시스템과 경제운항시스템을 검증하기 위한 시뮬레이션 기반 시나리오 운용기능을 설계하였으며, 향후 개발되는 자율운항시스템을 위한 시나리오 운용 기술의 개발 및 연구를 수행할 예정이다.

  • 현대는 시뮬레이션을 통하여 많은 모의 훈련을 대체하고 있다. 시뮬레이터는 고유의 훈련 임무를 수행하기 위하여 기획, 제작 되어진다. 하지만 현대와 같은 종합적인 입체훈련 체계는 고유의 훈련 임무 이외에 개개의 시뮬레이터의 임무가 가상의 종합 시뮬레이션 환경에 참가한 통합 훈련 체계의 필요성을 야기하게 되었다. 또한 각각의 시뮬레이터의 기능은 보다 세분화 되었으며 높은 성능을 요구하게 되었다. 현재 KA-32 헬기 시뮬레이터 영상 프로그램을 제작하고 있는 한국소프트스페이스(주)는 독립적인 시뮬레이터들에 HLA(High Level Architecture)를 적용하여 하나의 종합 훈련 시스템을 구축하였다. 고유의 임무를 지닌 시뮬레이테는 각각의 임무를 가상의 종합 훈련 환경에 참가하여 서로간의 훈련 효과를 극대화 시켜화 시켜준다. HLA 기반의 종합 훈련 시스템의 RTI(Run-Time Infrastructure)는 Pitch 사의 pRTI를 사용하였으며, 가상의 종합 시뮬레이션 환경의 핵심이 되는FOM(Federation Object Model)은 호환성을 및 모든 객체의 표현을 위하여 RPR FOM(Real-time Reference FOM)을 사용하였다. 본 종합 훈련 시스템에서는 각각의 시뮬레이션간에 최고의 성능을 내기 위하여, 기능 세부화 하여 구성하였다. Terrion 사의 FLAMES는 종합 훈련 시스템의 시뮬레이션 진행/설정 및 분석을 담당하며, Mantis는 훈련 상황을 사실감 있는 3 차원 영상으로 참가자에게 전달하여 준다.

A Novel Design Method of Direct Coupled BPF(Band Pass Filter) Based on EM Simulation of Individual Resonator (개별 공진기의 EM 시뮬레이션에 기초한 새로운 직접결합 대역여파기 설계 방법)

  • The BPF designed by the formula based on strip line shows the center frequency shift and distortion in filter response and this becomes more significant with higher frequency. In this paper, the novel design based on EM simulation is proposed. In the design, the filter is decomposed into individual resonators and, for each resonator, the reactance slope and the inverter values are measured and tuned to desired design values for a inverter BPF prototype. The filter composed with such resonators shows the desired filter response without further tuning. This is because possible effects of discontinuities and dispersion are included in the filter parameter extraction. The method can generally apply to all filters that can be transformed into inverter BPF prototype. The procedure is verified by designing a 5th-order SIR filter and quite general to adapt into the design of a parallel coupled line filter, and hair-pin filter.

A study of internal reflectance enhancement for crystalline silicon solar cell adopted with Bragg mirror structure using TCAD simulation

  • 고효율 태양전지에서 후면 반사 방지막은 장파장대(900nm~1200nm) 빛의 내부 반사를 증가시켜 광흡수도를 개선한다. 태양전지 후면에 박형 절연층 구조를 구성함으로써 특정 파장에서 높은 반사도를 얻을 수 있는 Bragg mirror 구조를 이론적으로 계산할 수 있다. Bragg mirror 구조를 이용하여 태양전지의 후면 반사층(Rear reflector layer)을 형성함으로써 태양전지 내부의 광흡수도를 개선할 수 있다. 후면 반사 방지막(Rear anti-reflection coating)으로 사용되는 Al2O3와 SiOxNy 또는 이러한 두 가지 물질의 겹층 구조를 구성하여 장파장대 빛의 반사도 차이에 의한 광흡수도 개선 정도를 광학 시뮬레이션을 통해 계산하였다. 광학 시뮬레이션은 TCAD를 이용하였으며 두 가지 겹층 구조에서 각 반사 방지막의 두께에 따른 단락 전류(Jsc)의 개선 정도, 후면 반사층 두께의 최적화 조건을 계산하였다. 후면 반사방지막을 제외한 기본적인 태양전지 구조는 n-type PERC 구조를 사용하였으며, 후면 반사방지막만의 광학적 특성을 살펴보기 위해 전극은 광학적으로 투명하다고 가정하였다. 반사방지막 두께의 범위는 Al2O3(5-30nm), SiNx(150-300nm), SiOxNy(150-300nm)에서 수행하였으며, 각각 1nm, 2nm 간격으로 진행하였다. Al2O3/SiOxNy 구조에서는 단락 전류가 32.45-32.87mA/cm2 값을 가진다. Al2O3/SiNx 구조에서는 단락 전류가 32.59-32.87mA/cm2 값을 가진다. 결론적으로, 후면 반사방지막의 겹층 구조를 통해 광흡수도를 증가 시킬 수 있으며, TCAD 시뮬레이션을 통하여 입사되는 태양광 스펙트럼에 최적화된 구조를 설계할 수 있다.

  • We present a microscopic understanding of the chemical erosion due to combustion product on the nozzle throat using molecular dynamics simulations. The present erosion process consists of molecule-addition step and equilibrium step. First, either $CO_2$ or $H_2O$ are introduced into the system with high velocity to provoke the collision with graphite surface. Then, the equilibrium simulation is followed. The collision-included dissociation and its influence on the erosion is emphasized and the present molecular observations are compared with the macroscopic chemical reaction model.

  • The performance simulation of a desiccant rotor, which is a core component of a desiccant cooling system, was conducted on the basis of a theoretical solution of the heat and mass transfer process in the rotor. The simulation model was validated by comparing simulation results with experimental data; reasonable agreement was observed. The effect of the rotation speed on the performance of the desiccant rotor was investigated for various operation conditions: temperature (50 to $70^{\circ}C$), humidity ratio (0.01 to 0.02 kg/kg DA), and flow rate of regeneration air. The optimum rotation speed was determined from the maximum moisture removal capacity (MRC) of the desiccant rotor, and it was found to vary with the operation conditions. Further, the correlation for the optimum rotation speed was determined by regression analysis.

  • In this paper, we proposed a methodology of vulnerability analysis for armored fighting vehicle based on modeling and simulation. The SES/MB framework serves hierarchical representation of the structure for a complex systems and is easy to conduct modeling for the armored fighting vehicle which consists of various components. When the armored fighting vehicle is hit by the shots from threat, the vulnerability of the armored fighting vehicle is decreased by damaged or penetrated level of armors and components. The penetration is determined by the result of comparing a penetration energy through penetration analysis equation and defence ability of armor and components. And the defence ability is determined in accordance with type and defined property of normal component and armor component, all components have a weighted values for the degree of importance. We developed a simulation program for verification proposed methodology. Thus, the program analyzes vulnerability for armored fighting vehicle SES/MB framework using importance.

A Simulation of Advanced Multi-dimensional Isotachophoretic Protein Separation for Optimal Lab-on-a-chip Design (최적화된 Lab-on-a-chip 설계를 위한 향상된 다차원 프로틴 등속영동 시뮬레이션)

  • In this paper, a computer simulation is developed for isotachophoretic protein separation in a serpentine micro channel for optimal lab on a chip design using 2D Finite Element Method. This 2D ITP model is composed of 5 components such as hydrochloric acid as Leader, caproic acid as terminator, acetic acid and benzoic acid as two proteins, and histindine as background electrolyte. The computer model is based on mass conservation equation for 5 components, charge conservation equation for electric potential, and electro neutrality condition for pH calculation. For the validation of the 2D spatial ITP model, the results are compared with the Simul5 developed by Bohuslav Gas Group. The simulation results are in a good agreement in a ID planar channel. This proves the precision of our model. The 2Dproteinseparation is conducted in a 2D curved channel for Lab on a chip design and dispersions of proteins are revealed during the electrophoretic process in a curved shape.

The Effect Analysis on the Container Terminal Productivity according to Combination of YT Pooling and Dispatching Rules (이송장비 풀링(Pooling)과 우선순위 규칙(Dispatching rule) 조합에 따른 컨테이너 터미널 생산성 효과분석)

  • Today, container terminals are fiercely competing to attract an increasing number of containers. As a way to improve terminal productivity, this study proposes two dispatching rules for yard truck allocation priorities. First, Multi-Attribute Dispatching Rule(MADR) is an allocation method to calculate the weighted sum of multiple factors affecting container terminal productivity and priority them. Especially, the workload of the quay crane was considered one of the factors to reduce the residence time of the ship. Second, Cycling Dispatching Rule(CDR) is the effective way to increase the number of double cycles that directly affect terminal productivity. To identify the effects of combinations of pooling and dispatching, a comparative experiments was performed on 8 scenarios that combined them. A simulation environment has been developed for experiments and the results have demonstrated that the combination of terminal level pooling and Multi-attribute Dispatching could be an excellent combination in KPIs consisting of GCR and delayed departure of ships, etc.
