첫째, 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 제품 구매시 제품유형과 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 명성 그리고 인터넷 쇼핑경험의 세 변수는 소비자의 지각된 위험에 각각 어떤 영향을 미치며, 탐색재와 경험재, 인터넷 쇼핑몰 명성의 정도 그리고 인터넷 쇼핑경험의 유무에 따라 어떤 차이점이 존재하는가\ulcorner 둘째, 소비자의 지각된 위험의 수준과 브랜드와 가격의 상대적 중요성 지각과는 어떤 관계가 있는가\ulcorner 셋째, 브랜드와 가격의 상대적 중요성 지각정도에 두 매개변수인 제품 정보량과 제품 친숙도가 어떤 역할을 하는가\ulcorner 등이다.bition of severity of convulsions, decrease of seizures threshold, decrease of audiogenic seizures in rats of different strains and normalization of cerebral blood flow (measured by hydrogen test) were demonstrated in rats after i.c.v., intraperitoneally and orally administration, respectively. The antiepileptical effects by the combination of compounds from ginseng; were compared with the iuluence of Rg1, Rb1, Rc and with the well known antiepileptical drugs such as carbamazepine, valproic acid. The base for the research is obtained by using the WAG/Rij strain (Luijtelaar, Coenen, Kuznetcova), an excellent genetic model for human generalized absence epilepsy. The improving action of gensinosides was effectively demonstrated on the model of electrical kindling of amygdala of WA

Companies should resolve consumer dissatisfaction and increase brand loyalty by actively identifying the factors of consumer dissatisfaction and proactively responding to expected complaint behavior to induce repurchase. This is a management goal that should be pursued in common regardless of the size of the company. The specific purpose of this study is to find out whether the degree of dissatisfaction differs depending on whether or not consumers' expected performance before purchase and the actual perceived performance after purchase is compared, whether the degree of dissatisfaction affects the type of complaint behavior, which is a subsequent behavior, and whether the attributable behavior has a moderating effect in this process and whether the persistence of the result and the controllability of the cause act as a factor that determines the attribution position. In particular, compared to general companies, venture companies are more likely to overload the information processing ability of managers and are likely to make various irrational errors in decision making, so this study has important academic and practical implications. As a result of the analysis, the negative inconsistency group had the highest degree of dissatisfaction, and the higher the degree of inconsistency, the higher the dissatisfaction. The attributable behavior of unsatisfied consumers had a moderating effect on the degree of dissatisfaction, and the dissatisfaction was significantly higher in the external attributable group than the internal attributable group, which was statistically significant. On the other hand, the persistence of the result had a statistically significant effect on the attribution position, but the controllability of the cause was not. The degree of attributable behavior and dissatisfaction did not affect the type of complaining behavior, showing limited influence. Along with the interpretation of these results, this study presents various implications, especially for small and medium-sized/venture companies that provide new durable products.
People have competing desires. Hence, people not only chase others' choices due to the need for assimilation but also avoid others' choices due to the need for differentiation. This study attempts to uncover under which conditions consumers assimilate with or differentiate from others' choices. Specifically, the study extends previous research about the effect of others' choices by focusing on the effect of a choice situation (purchase vs. usage) based on the conformity theory and the uniqueness theory. It was found that purchase (vs. usage) situation makes people more conform to others in case of identity-irrelevant product (e.g., USB memory stick). Also, the effect of the choice situation was moderated by the perceived identity-relevance level in case of identity-relevant product (e.g., jeans).
The purpose of study is to investigate the customer oriented transaction environment for the customers' convenience, the plan of public policy in regard to the customer oriented T-Commerce, and the consumption pattern of customers' commercial transaction, necessary for the marketing strategy by analyzing the demand for the T-Commerce with the purchase intention and maximum willingness to pay according to the demographic factors, the pattern of commercial transaction, and the technology innovation types. The results showed that there were statistically significant relations between consumer's willingness price to pay for the T-commerce and the consumer's technology adoption types, monthly internet shopping amounts, and weekly TV-home shopping hours. The simulations on a basis of multiple regression analysis for the T-commerce were illustrated by those factors.
The purpose of this study is to investigate how the types of perceived brand image related to the main concept building brand equity affect 'brand preference' and 'behavioral intentions'. The perceived brand image is set as the brand image type perceived by the consumer from the image pursued by the corporate brand, while in addition to brand preference, behavioral intentions are set as purchase intention and recommendation intention for the result variables. The result shows that the types of perceived brand image were extracted as 'factor 1(challenge spirit)' and factor 2(reliability) and through the cluster analysis 3 groups under each type were identified. Also, a significant difference between the influence of each type of perceived brand image on 'brand preference', 'purchase intention' and 'recommend intention' was indicated. In addition, the differences of perceived brand image types were found to be higher in order of 'challenge spirit type', 'reliability type', 'integrated type'. The empirical implementation of this study lies in the fact that it classifies the concept of brand image not as a broad theoretical model, but as a model directly related to real consumer perception, and that it gives practical suggestion for brand image management related to advertising.
The purpose of the study was to examine the relationships among gender, shopping motivations, flow experience, and purchases using structural equation modeling. Shopping motives were included in the study: self-refreshment, idea seeking, social interaction, product acquisition, and value seeking. Data from 452 male and female respondents were employed to test the model. Empirical findings supported that the proposed model was a good fit to data. Gender played an influential role in shopping motives. All motives except for product acquisition motive significantly influenced flow experience. Flow experiences enhance the purchasing. This study contributed the literature by providing a conceptual foundation of how gender and shopping motivation influence flow experience.
Overview of Research: Product availability is one of important competences of store to fulfill consumer needs. If stock-outs which means a product what consumer wants to buy is not available occurs, consumer will face decision-making uncertainty that leads to consumer's negative responses such as consumer dissatisfaction on store. Stockouts was much studied in the field of academia as well as practice in other countries. However, stock-outs has not been researched at all in Marketing and/or Distribution area in Korea. The main objectives of this study are to find out determinants of consumer responses such as Substitute, Delay, and Leave(SDL) when consumer encounters out-of-stock situation and then to examine the effects of these factors on consumer responses. Specifically, this study focuses on situational characteristics(e.g., purchase urgency and surprise), store characteristics (e.g., product assortment and store convenience), and consumer characteristics (e.g., brand loyalty and store loyalty). Then, this study empirically investigates relationships these factors with consumers behaviors such as product substitution, purchase delay, and store switching.
shows the research model of this study. To accomplish above-mentioned research objectives, the following ten hypotheses were proposed and verified : ${\bullet}$ H 1 : When out-of-stock situation occurs, purchase urgency will increase product substitution but will decrease purchase delay and store switching among consumer responses. ${\bullet}$ H 2 When out-of-stock situation occurs, surprise will decrease product substitution and purchase delay but will Increase store switching among consumer responses. ${\bullet}$ H 3 : When out-of-stock situation occurs, purchase quantities will increase product substitution and store switching but will decrease purchase delay among consumer responses. ${\bullet}$ H 4 : When out-of-stock situation occurs, pre-purchase plan will decrease product substitution but will increase purchase delay and store switching among consumer responses. ${\bullet}$ H 5 : When out-of-stock situation occurs, product assortment will increase product substitution but will decrease purchase delay and store switching among consumer responses. ${\bullet}$ H 6 : When out-of-stock situation occurs, competitive store price image will increase product substitution and purchase delay but will decrease store switching among consumer responses. ${\bullet}$ H 7 : When out-of-stock situation occurs, store convenience will increase product substitution but will decrease purchase delay and store switching among consumer responses. ${\bullet}$ H 8 : When out-of-stock situation occurs, salesperson services will increase product substitution but will decrease purchase delay and store switching among consumer responses. ${\bullet}$ H 9 : When out-of-stock situation occurs, brand loyalty will decrease product substitution but will increase purchase delay and store switching among consumer responses. ${\bullet}$ H 10 When out-of-stock situation occurs, store loyalty will increase product substitution and purchase delay but will decrease store switching among consumer responses. Analysis: Data were collected from 353 respondents who experienced out-of-stock situations in various store types such as large discount stores, supermarkets, etc. Research model and hypotheses were verified using multinomial logit(MNL) analysis. Results and Implications:
is the estimation results of l\1NL model, and
shows the marginal effects for each determinant to consumer's responses(SDL). Significant statistical results were as follows. Purchase urgency, purchase quantities, pre-purchase plan, product assortment, store price image, brand loyalty, and store loyalty were turned out to be significant determinants to influence consumer alternative behaviors in case of out-of-stock situation. Specifically, first, product substitution behavior was triggered by purchase urgency, surprise, purchase quantities, pre-purchase plan, product assortment, store price image, brand loyalty, and store loyalty. Second, purchase delay behavior was led by purchase urgency, purchase quantities, and brand loyalty. Third, store switching behavior was influenced by purchase urgency, purchase quantities, pre-purchase plan, product assortment, store price image, brand loyalty, and store loyalty. Finally, when out-of-stock situation occurs, store convenience and salesperson service did not have significant effects on consumer alternative responses.

This study utilized representative data and categorized consumer groups by the style of purchase behavior, and examined the differences in consumers' evaluation for their consumption life and socio-demographic variables. The results of this study are summarized below First, the level of satisfaction for consumption life and evaluation of consumption level were in medium. The evaluation for society's consumption behavior was negative and did not agree that consumers' own behaviors are rational, but others' are conspicuous. The trend of consumers' conspicuous behavior and fashion-focused behavior were severe, but consumers' rationality was low. Second, males were more likely to be in rationality, but females were in both rationality and fashion-focused behaviors. Single consumers were more likely to follow fashion-based behavior, but married consumers prefer name-brand products and more likely to show conspicuous consumption. Low education was more related with convenience-focused behavior and rationality, but high education was more related with fashion-focused behavior and irrationality. Young consumers were more likely to show fashion-focused behavior, but old consumers follow convenience-focused behavior. Third, the level of satisfaction for consumption life was the highest in rational consumers, but low in consumers focused on name-brand products and on conspicuous consumption. The evaluation of consumption level was low in rational consumers and consumers focused on convenience, but high in consumers focused on name-brand products and on fashion. Rational consumers were more likely to evaluate society's consumption behavior negatively, and consumers focused on convenience were more likely to disagree for the discrepance in the evaluation of consumption behavior between consumers themselves and others.
