  • The purpose of this study, due to recent increase of digital outdoor media, is to analyze the consumer experience of interaction with digital media. Through this study it was found that experience factor consisting of cognitive, emotional, and interactional factors has a mediating effect on brand preference and brand reliability which in turn influence consumers' purchasing intention. On the other hand, it was verified that the consumer satisfaction of the experience does not directly influence purchasing intention, but only through the mediation of brand reliability. This research has implications on the academic field as well as in work-level practices, as a study based on an actual operating digital media, not a laboratory simulation that verifies the importance of digital media experience in forming brand equity through immediate influence on brand preference and brand reliability.

  • Even though users choose goods they want to buy in on-line shopping malls, real purchase is often performed in off-line shopping malls. It is called reverse showrooming. It means that users' analysis of goods based on images and description of internet shopping malls has limitation. Thus, large-scale online shopping malls provide a customized shopping information. However, in that case, the provided information is a simple list of goods users bought or retrieved. Thus, a system to analyze various needs of users and apply the result into on-line shopping mall is necessary. In this paper, an analysis system is proposed. The system contains a module to analyze user defined preference and a module to analyze users' reviews. The former designates two goods and collects preferences of individual users. the latter analyzes reviews about purchased goods based on database dictionary stored in advance for analyzing reviews. The system implemented shows that it is possible to recommend some goods that meet each users's needs

When participating for leisure or hobbies, they were selected based on design and color. The relationship between the selection criteria and purchase satisfaction was not satisfied in terms of price when they were selected based on activity or utilization of other uses. As for the selection criteria according to the body type, clothing was selected based on price and fashion for large triangles and squares, and elasticity for inverted triangles. As for the preferred color by age, only those in their 40s preferred blue and other age groups preferred achromatic color. In future studies, it is thought that a study on the preference of each marine leisure sports item should be conducted.

  • Global e-commerce websites offer personalized recommendation services to gain sustainable competitiveness. Existing studies have offered personalized recommendation services using quantitative preferences such as ratings. However, offering personalized recommendation services using only quantitative data has raised the problem of decreasing recommendation performance. For example, a user gave a five-star rating but wrote a review that the user was unsatisfied with hotel service and cleanliness. In such cases, has problems where quantitative and qualitative preferences are inconsistent. Recently, a growing number of studies have considered review data simultaneously to improve the limitations of existing personalized recommendation service studies. Therefore, in this study, we identify review and rating mismatches and build a new user profile to offer personalized recommendation services. To this end, we use deep learning algorithms such as CNN, LSTM, CNN + LSTM, which have been widely used in sentiment analysis studies. And extract sentiment features from reviews and compare with quantitative preferences. To evaluate the performance of the proposed methodology in this study, we collect user preference information using real-world hotel data from the world's largest travel platform TripAdvisor. Experiments show that the proposed methodology in this study outperforms the existing other methodologies, using only existing quantitative preferences.

  • In the existing system that recommends through review data analysis, it does not reflect personal preference details such as user's characteristics or product purchase tastes, in this paper, we propose a system that provides customized recommendation information to various users by selecting the criterion that the user thinks most importantly when searching for the product and purchasing the product, and analyzing it. This is because the user's personal preference is reflected by arranging the product list based on the criterion that the user occupies the largest portion of the product purchase, so that it is more efficient than the recommendation through the recommendation system.

  • While variety of content on the internet has increased with the development of IT and person's needs about suitable information are increasing rapidly, studies for personalized service have been actively performed. In the study, we proposed the Hypertension and Diabetes risk analysis system according to personal food intake preference using the analysis method of buying preferences in product recommendation system. For the analysis of food intake preference, the Pearson correlation coefficient is used to calculate similarity weights between each reference analysis data and sample data and then reference data should be grouping into the similarity weights and calculating risk of hypertension and diabetes each group. To evaluate the significance of this system, 1,021 subjects are applied the system. Hypertension and diabetes groups' risk is significant higher than normal group statistically so, it is confirmed that food intake preference and the diseases were relevant. In this paper, we verify the validity of hypertension and diabetes risk analysis system using a personal food intake preference.

The key issue in the analysis is to take into account moderate effect of housing investment demand between different types of housing attribute choice and financial policy. The results of the study are as follows. First, convenience, education location, and neighborhood level have a significant effect on the purchase intention of the housing. Second, government policy have no significant influence on the purchase intention of the house. Third, the moderating effects of real estate investment outlook are that the neighbors level and interaction variables have a statistically significant effect on the purchase intention of the house. Since the government's financial policies do not affect the decision to buy a house, in reality, excessive regulation may reduce the quality of housing welfare for the first time home buyers. As a result of this study, the financial policy of the government does not affect the decision of the purchase of the house. In reality, the excessive regulation may reduce the quality of the housing welfare for the first time home buyer. Only an analysis which combines these aspects of consumer's choice can adequately describe and explain the actual change in demand in the residential market.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate how the types of perceived brand image related to the main concept building brand equity affect 'brand preference' and 'behavioral intentions'. The perceived brand image is set as the brand image type perceived by the consumer from the image pursued by the corporate brand, while in addition to brand preference, behavioral intentions are set as purchase intention and recommendation intention for the result variables. The result shows that the types of perceived brand image were extracted as 'factor 1(challenge spirit)' and factor 2(reliability) and through the cluster analysis 3 groups under each type were identified. Also, a significant difference between the influence of each type of perceived brand image on 'brand preference', 'purchase intention' and 'recommend intention' was indicated. In addition, the differences of perceived brand image types were found to be higher in order of 'challenge spirit type', 'reliability type', 'integrated type'. The empirical implementation of this study lies in the fact that it classifies the concept of brand image not as a broad theoretical model, but as a model directly related to real consumer perception, and that it gives practical suggestion for brand image management related to advertising.
