Problems and countermeasures of the private security industry according to the current situation

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze and interpret the current situation of private security companies·guards for the past three years, security companies by size, general·special (new education), and qualification system provided by the Police Agency, Security Association, etc. It provides a theoretical foundation for private security and provides a new perspective for interpreting private security. As a result, through the current situation, this private security has a concentration of metropolitan area and facility security, an abnormal personal protection company contrast, the number of personal protection institutes, there is a special security shift to regular jobs, and the current continuous education On the other hand, the education of special security guards has been shown to be limited. In the qualification system, the utilization of security instructor qualifications and the utilization and public relations of personal probation officer qualifications will appear. The current state of typical private security is as follows. The first is the balanced development of private security and the clarity of business divisions. Second, the quality of private security education and educational institutions must be high. Third is the recognition of the qualification system and active public relations.

The Study for the Improvement of the Informal Science Education Program of the Gwachon National Science Museum Based on the Participant Satisfaction (교육프로그램 참가자 만족도 조사로 본 국립과천과학관의 비형식 과학교육프로그램 운영 방향 연구)

  • This study is to investigate the direction for management of informal science education center by survey of participants' satisfaction and implication. The place to study was Gwacheon National Science Museum in Kyung-gi province. $4,322m^2$ for the education space can make education done effectively. And attendees of their own education program are over 10,000 per year. 87 students who attend education program and 78 of their parents joined the survey of participants' satisfaction. The results of this study show that most of the participants want informal science education center to be able to make up for school education in part of promoting scientific literacy, heuristic method and scientific attitude. Things to be improved were feedback about student activity, segmentation of the education program for each grade, public relations exercise of program and advanced method of teaching based on each subject of classes. As ideas for improvement, it seemed that making long term program for continuous participant, limiting participant appropriately, developing guide manual of teaching, improving publicity of program were required.

A Study of American Geography Educators' Knowledge on Korea and Perception on Sovereignty Education (미국 지리교육자의 한국에 대한 지식과 주권교육 중요성 인식에 관한 연구)

  • This study examines American geography educators' familiarity and knowledge of Korea, their perception on sovereignty education, and their knowledge on Korea's sovereignty issues using the survey conducted at the annual conference of the National Council for Geographic Education (NCGE) in the United States in 2010 and 2012. This study also analyzes how much these knowledge and perception influence on values of sovereignty education and Korea's sovereignty issues and further investigates proper educational approaches on territorial issues in Northeast Asia. Knowledge on the geography of Korea of American geography educators is higher than their knowledge on Korean culture. Both experiences attending educational programs about Korea and visiting Korea further enhance their knowledge on the geography of Korea and Korean culture. They agree the importance of sovereignty education in geography education and believe that sovereignty education should promote students' sense of patriotism and encourage students to be global citizens who promote public interests. However, they value less on teaching on the economic value of their own country's territory and students' ability to understand territorial conflicts with other countries. American geography educators' perception on sovereignty education improves their familiarity with and knowledge of Korean territorial issues. This study identifies that providing opportunities to learn about Korea and Korean territorial issues can maximize geography educators' accessibility to Korean territorial issues, regardless of their interest in territorial issues. These findings help Korean government develops better strategies for formulating and implementing future international public relations practices for Korean territorial issues.

  • 본고에서는 ESCO 사업의 추진 성과와 에너지 효율 향상을 위한 정책수단으로서 ESCO 사업의 특성을 살펴보고 지자체의 역할을 모색한다. ESCO 기업, 경기도내 ESCO 관련 정책담당자, ESCO 수요자인 건물 등을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사 결과를 토대로 ESCO 시장 전망과 ESCO 사업의 장애요인을 분석하였다. 그리고 지자체 ESCO 사업 활성화를 위해 중앙정부 ESCO 정책과 연계한 지자체 우선순위 도출 및 전략 수립, ESCO 사업의 장애요인 해소를 위한 교육 홍보 및 인센티브 제공, 기금 및 전담조직 설치 등 세 가지 정책 방향을 제시한다.

S/W공급자 및 수요자에게 매매장소 및 관련정보를 제공하고, S/W의 홍보.전시.교육.판매기능을 부여하여 유통구조의 개선은 물론 S/W에 대한 일반국민의 가치인식을 제고하므로써 S/W산업 육성기반 확립과 정보이용의 활성화를 도모하게 될 동 유통센터의 설립추진 개요를 소개한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to deal with fire fighting safety education primarily among the fields of child safety education. So, first of all, this study considered the theoretical background of fire fighting safety education. And this study analyzed the present state and cases of safety accidents in elementary schools. And by focusing on the fire fighting science class for elementary schools which Gyeonggi-do Goyang fire station is executing now, this study analyzed the educational outline, present state, educational goal, and content of fire fighting science class, and conducted the satisfaction survey through questionnaire over the elementary school students participating in fire fighting science class and the fire fighting officers in charge of fire fighting science class. On basis of this research, by developing the new field of fire fighting education and publicity into the program which can diffuse the fire fighting-related chemical experiment based on the science of chemistry and physics in the future and so provide the pleasure and surprise of experiencing directly not only natural fire fighting education and publicity but also learning and the common sense of fire fighting, this study tried to present the alternatives about the measures for activating the fire fighting safety education in elementary schools.

  • 본 논문에서는 사람들이 이용하고 있는 스마트폰에서 사용되는 대학홍보 응용프로그램을 개발하여, 기존에 개인 PC에 접속하여 얻을 수 있었던 정보를 휴대가 간편한 스마트폰을 통해 손쉽게 얻을 수 있도록 하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 스마트폰 응용프로그램을 이용하면 손쉬운 조작으로 교내정보 및 학과정보를 얻을 수 있고, 도서관에 있는 도서를 검색하고 도서관 열람실 현황 등을 알 수 있으며, 대학내 종합정보시스템 접속을 통해 학생들의 수강신청 및 학점관리 등을 할 수 있다. 또한 본 응용프로그램에서는 재학생 및 교직원들 간의 실시간 대화기능을 제공하여 동기, 선 후배, 교직원들 간에도 대화를 나눌 수 있도록 하여, 이용자 간의 정보교류 및 유대관계를 형성토록 함과 동시에 유비쿼터스 시대에 부합하는 교육환경에 한 발 더 다가 갈 수 있도록 하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서 제안하는 응용프로그램은 스마트폰을 휴대하고 있는 재학생 및 교직원의 편리한 정보접근은 물론, 신입생, 학부모, 그리고 해당 대학에 관심 갖는 모든 사람들에게 시간 및 공간의 제약 없이 대학 내에서 발생하는 모든 정보를 제공하기 위함이다.

크라우드펀딩을 통한 자금유치 성공법: 자코토 교육법을 중심으로

  • 자본시장법 개정과 벤처 창업 활성화를 위해 크라우드펀딩(Crowdfunding)의 역할이 매우 중요해지고 있다. 크라우드펀딩은 자금 수요자가 자신의 사업이나 자금조달 목적을 홍보하여 불특정 대중(crowd)으로부터 자금공급 여부에 대한 집단지성(collectiveintelligence)을 이끌어내고, 온라인상의 전문중개기관(intermediation)을 통해 소액의 자금을 조달(funding)하는 행위이다(김세련, 2017). 본 연구는 2017년 4월부터 약 1년간의 질적연구로 주식 및 채권 발행을 통한 증권형 크라우드펀딩을 준비하여 성공한 기업 5곳의 면담 자료와 실제 현장에서 강사로 교육을 하면서 관찰한 참여관찰일지를 전사 및 코딩하였다. 이를 기반으로 첫째, 크라우드펀딩에 성공한 기업들의 특징을 밝혀내고 둘째, 크라우드펀딩에 관한 사전교육이 성공에 영향을 미치는지 확인하였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 궁극적으로는 크라우드펀딩을 통해 성공적으로 자금 유치를 하기 위한 교육법을 밝혀내고자 하였다. 기존 교육방식에 자코토 교육철학을 접목시켜 자코토 교육법이 크라우드펀딩을 통한 자금유치 성공에 긍정적인 영향을 준다는 것을 밝혀낸다. 자코토의 교육법은 어떤 '설명'도 하지 않고 프랑스어를 완벽하게 배우도록 한 자코토의 실험이 누구나 알려는 의지를 갖는다면 새로운 것을 배울 수 있다는 지능의 동일성에 근거하여 학생들에게 알려는 의지를 불러일으키고 빠져나갈 수 없는 고리를 강제하여 스스로 앎을 얻도록 한 것을 말한다.

A Study on the Influence of Workers' Aspiration for Academic Needs on Participation in University Education (근로자의 학업욕구 열망이 대학교육 참여에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study intended to present strategies and implications for attracting new students and customized education to university officials through research on the participation of workers' academic aspirations in university education. Thus, variables were derived by analyzing prior data, and causal settings between variables and questionnaires were developed. Subject to the survey, 331 workers interested in participating in university education were collected through interpersonal interviews. The collected data were dataized, and reliability and feasibility verification and frequency analysis were conducted. Finally, we validate the fit of the structural equation model and the causal relationship for each concept. Therefore, the results of the validation show the following implications. First, university officials should be motivated by a mentor and mentee system with experienced people who have switched to a suitable vocational group through university education. It will also be necessary to develop and disseminate programs so that they can continue to develop themselves for the future. To this end, it will be necessary to help them understand their aptitude and strengths through consultation with experts. Second, university officials should strengthen public relations so that prospective students can know the cases and information of the job transformation of the admitted workers through recommendations. It will also be necessary to develop university education programs that can self-develop, accept various ideas through "public contest", and provide accurate information about university education to workers through re-processing. Third, university officials should provide workers with a program that allows them to catch two rabbits: job transformation and self-improvement through university education. In other words, it is necessary to stimulate the motivation of workers by providing various information such as visiting advanced overseas companies, obtaining various certificates, moving between departments of blue-collar and white-collar, and transfer opportunities. Fourth, university officials should actively promote university education programs related to this by participating in university education and receiving systematic education and the flow of social environment. Finally, university officials will need to consult and promote workers so that they can self-develop when they participate in college education, and they will have to figure out what they need for self-development through demand surveys and analysis.

  • 국내 전력소비량은 1961년 전원 개발을 본격적으로 추진한 이래 세계12위 규모로 성장하였다. 그러나 전력사용 증가에 따른 전기화재, 감전 및 설비사고 등 전기재해 역시 계속 증가하여 전체 화재사고 중 전기로 인한 화재비율이 선진국과 비교하여 크게 높은 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 전기안전에 관한 국민의식 제고를 목표로 전기안전 교육을 위한 애니메이션(3D 및 2D 프로그램)을 제작하여 전기 안전문화를 조성하는 홍보매체로 활용할 수 있도록 연구를 수행하였다.
