Recently the construction of simulation environment is an important issue in all fields. In case of the training for operating machines such as airplanes or spaceships which cause a huge cost, simulators could be helpful to reduce the costs and training efforts by simulating real situations. When people get a driver's license, too many trainees have to wait for their turns because of the limited number of cars and the small space of training sites. To solve this problem, we have designed and developed the basic design for the simulators. We suggest the Computer 3D Simulation Model for a driver's practice. The concept of this simulator is from a 3D Racing-game which suits for a driving exercise. We provide users with handle-controlled simulation settings to let users feel reality as if they drive in real through this simulator. We also use a 'force-feedback' system which gives handle vibration when users collide against obstacles or exceed lanes. Users can be absorbed in the simulation program and feel the sense of the real. This paper is the study about modeling the driving exercise model of 'computer 3D simulation', and producing and utilizing the simulator through this modeling.

문제: 오늘날 간호사는 과거와 달리 현대적 보건의료 요구를 해결할 수 있는 체계적인 이론과 기술을 습득하도록 훈련된 고급 전문 인력이고, 간호행위를 생산하기 위해서는 서비스의 생산원가 뿐만 아니라 전문 인력으로서의 훈련 및 유지비용 등도 투입되어야만 가능하게 함으로서 2008년 7월부터 시행한 중환자실 간호등급에 따른 간호수가 책정으로 인해 중환자실 내에서 이루어지고 있는 많은 간호행위 중 수가를 받을 수 있는 부분이 생기게 되었고 간호행위의 중요성과 더불어 간호를 시행 후 받을 수 있는 수가에 대한 간호사들의 입력에 대한 의무도 늘어나게 되었다. 이에 빈번히 누락되고 있는 간호수가 관리를 통한 경제적 손실을 방지해야 할 필요성을 느껴 개선활동을 하고자 한다. 목적: 2008년 7월부터 시행한 중환자실 간호등급에 따른 간호수가 책정으로 인해 중환자실내에서 이루어지고 있는 간호 행위의 중요성을 인식하고 구체적인 문제 분석과 간호 현장에서의 개선안을 도출함으로써 경제적 손실을 방지할 수 있는 간호수가 누락률을 감소시키고자 함이다. 의료기관: 대구파티마병원 내과 중환자실. 질 향상 활동: 업무개선의 방법으로 환자 개인별 간호수가 입력 누락 방지 체크 리스트 사용 및 처방 전달 시스템의 간호수가 재입력 화면을 이용하여 입력의 용이성 도모하였고 입력된 간호수가를 처방 전달 시스템 간호수가 조회 프로그램을 이용해 익일 누락여부를 매일 모니터링 하였다. 교육 및 홍보활동으로는 간호수가 입력누락 방지를 위한 간호수가 입력 지침을 제작하여 전체간호사는 년 2회, 신규간호사는 개별 교육을 실시하였으며, 월별 간호수가 누락통계를 실명 공고 하여 간호수가 다 빈도 누락 간호사는 추가 개별교육을 실시하였다. 개선효과: 간호수가 입력 프로세스 개선을 통해 간호수가 평균 누락률이 개선 전 6.5%, 개선 후 1.2%로 5.3%의 누락 감소율을 보였으며 역치 5%를 달성하였고 간호수가 누락금액은 개선 전 2,992,752원, 개선 후 590,787원으로 2,401,965원의 누락 효과 비용을 구할 수 있었다. 본 QA활동으로 중환자실 간호수가 전산입력에 대한 체계적인 교육부재와 신규간호사들의 잦은 전산누락이 있어왔으나 표준화 된 체크리스트 지침과 입력확인 작업으로 전산입력 누락률이 감소하는 효과를 가져왔다. 추후 심평원 청구 작업을 하는 부서와 연계되어 실제 청구 누락률에 대한 비교와 간호사 근무연수와 간호수가 입력 누락률에 대한 상관관계 조사를 제언 해 본다.

Recently, interest in fencing is getting increased in Korea due to good results in international fencing competitions and its exposure to the media. However, one of the difficult factors in entering fencing is the cost of initial equipment purchases. Solving this can contribute to expanding the base of fencing. For this reason, this study designed and developed a system that can replace the function of the remote control with a mobile application using Bluetooth communication and learn the function of the fencing scoreboard and fencing terms in French. Through interviews, fencing leaders and club members were asked to find out what was necessary in this study, and to mention the pros and cons of the test operation. It is expected that the fencing scoreboard will be lightweight and small, and it will help to spread fencing through cost reduction.

CNS(Compact Nuclear Simulator)는 원자력발전산업에 종사하는 조직구성원을 교육훈련 시키는 필수도구로써 원자력 시뮬레이터의 유형 중에 중형규모에 속한다. 원자력 시뮬레이터는 다양한 기능과 복잡성을 갖는 이질적인 응용 소프트웨어가 요구되기 때문에 개발기간이 길고 비용이 많이 든다. 본 연구는 이를 극복하기 위한 일환으로 상용도구의 과감한 활용, 소프트웨어 생명주기의 준수, 단순 명료한 시뮬레이션 응용 소프트웨어 구조개발을 수행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 CNS 응용 소프트웨어 유형과 기능, 공유메모리 변수를 사용한 응용 소프트웨어 구조개발의 경험을 살펴본다. 또한, 본 연구를 통하여 얻은 CNS 응용 소프트웨어 개발효과와 향후 유사한 시뮬레이터의 개발방향을 토의한다.

목적 : 국내외 건강도시 네트워크 관련 조직의 운영 현황을 분석함으로서 대한민국 건강도시협의회를 중심으로 한 국내 건강도시 네트워크의 활성화 방안과 지원 방안을 모색하고자 함. 방법 : 국내외 관련 자료의 수집을 위하여 38개 건강도시 담당자를 대상으로 2009년 4월 1일부터 4월 30일까지 1개월간 설문조사 및 담당자 면접조사를 실시함. 조사 결과는 SWOT 분석에 의하여 발전 방향을 제시하고자 함. 결과 : 국내 건강도시 응답률은 82.4%였음. 국내 건강도시는 사업 담당자의 역량 강화를 위한 교육 및 정보 교류를 위한 프로그램을 진행하고 있었고, 건강도시사업계획서를 76.3%가 작성하였음. 건강도시의 규모는 중소도시(시) 31%, 농어촌(군) 22%, 대도시(구) 47%로 조사됨. 건강도시사업 담당부서는 71%가 보건소이었으며, 건강도시업무 전담인력 보유 도시는 19%였음. 건강증진기금을 재원으로 활용하는 도시는 34%에 불과하였음. 국외 현황으로는 브라질에서는 건강도시 관련 석사과정을 운영하고 있었으며, 국가별로 추진 방법이 상이함을 알 수 있었음. 결론 : 우리나라는 2007년도부터 건강도시협의회가 설립되어 운영되고 있고, 정부에서는 2008년도부터 교육훈련 비용 및 전담인력을 지원하고 있었음. 그러나 사업을 추진 중인 자체단체는 아직 예산의 부족과 전담인력의 부족, 그리고, 보건소를 중심으로 한 사업 추진으로 인하여 본 청사와의 갈등 등이 있었음. 향후 건강도시사업을 위한 지침서 개발, 정부의 예산 지원 등이 필요한 것으로 나타났음.

Currently, in Korea, to obtain a jet type rating, you must receive training on a small business jet model. The reason is because of the law in the Aviation Safety Act Enforcement Rules 『Appendix 4』 that states, "You must receive at least 2 hours of flight training." In the end, it is acquiring type rating as a small business jet aircraft with relatively low operating costs. The qualifications acquired in this way are different from those for aircraft operated by airlines. However, if you have an initial jet type rating, you can acquire an airline aircraft qualification just by training on a simulator, so airlines want you to have at least a small-jet type rating. However, in the United States and Australia, there is a system in place to acquire initial jet type rating through simulator training without actual flight training.

This study aims to analyze the acceptance factors for expanding the adoption of AI by SMEs and draw practical and policy implications. To this, we conducted an empirical analysis of AI acceptance factors among 315 SMEs in various industries such as manufacturing, service, and information and communication sectors located in Korea. Based on the UTAUT, we examined the influence of decision-making reliability, perceived awareness, policy support, education and training, perceived cost, perceived risk, and system complexity, and found that decision-making reliability positively affects performance expectancy and social influence, perceived awareness positively affects performance expectancy and effort expectancy, policy support positively affects social influence and facilitating conditions, and education and training positively affects effort expectancy and facilitating conditions. Perceived cost had a negative effect on social influence and facilitating conditions, and perceived risk had a negative effect on performance expectancy and social influence. System complexity had a negative effect on effort expectancy but no effect on facilitating conditions. These results are expected to be widely utilized as basic research for the diffusion of AI in industry and provide practical and policy implications for promoting the adoption of AI in SMEs.

This study conducted surveys and in-depth interviews to explore the perception of sports psychology counseling among athletes. The participants included a total of 8 individuals: 307 athletes surveyed, 4 athletes who had received counseling, and 4 who had not. The survey investigated athletes' perceptions and management of psychological training, the perceived necessity of seeking advice for everyday concerns, willingness to use and perceived need for sports psychology counseling, prior experiences, and pre-engagement considerations. According to the survey results, 69.1% of athletes recognized the importance of mental training, but only 33.2% actually underwent psychological training. Furthermore, while 67.8% expressed a desire to receive education on psychological training from professionals, only 19.9% reported having searched for related information. When asked about their willingness to pay for sports psychology counseling services, 55.7% expressed willingness. Reasons for wanting to receive counseling, reasons for not wanting to receive counseling, and preferences or considerations for counseling sessions were listed as well. In the in-depth interviews, participants were classified into those who had received counseling and those who had not, delving deeply into motivations for seeking counseling or reasons for not doing so, perceptions during counseling sessions, considerations, preferred types of counselors, and program preferences. Based on this research, discussions and recommendations were provided with the perspective of utilizing sports psychology counseling as foundational data for providing high-quality services to users.

The purpose of this study is to investigate operating practices of human resources nourishing institutions and analyze the degree of satisfaction to the e-learning learners in Busan. This study adopted a questionnaire method in research of 70 human resources nourishing institutions and 758 e-learning learners in Busan area for empirical analysis. Techniques used in analyzing data was frequency analysis. SPSS for windows programs were applied in the analysis. The major findings of this study are as follows. First, it is found that there is a widespread affirmative perceptions in the fields of both operating practices and satisfaction on e-learning. Second, however, it is also found that more efforts needed to be made in some areas such as method for effective e-learning and the management of programs, and more concerns should be need to the age group of fifty-over. These groups are short of understanding and acceptance of e-learning environment.

It requires long time and high cost for an apprentice engineer to reach the level of getting various experiences of engine space machinery and preparing for emergency situations. Therefore reducing the time and cost, several types of simulator that give the very similar surroundings to the ship engine room, relevant to STCW-95 are used for systematic education and training to get many experiences and good judgement in emergency. Since most simulators that are operated in Korea were imported from foreign countries, it is difficult to directly implant the amendments of STCW Convention and reflect International Maritime Organization (IMO) model courses. This study describe a development of marine auxiliary boiler simulator that makes the apprentice engineer easier to understand the relationship between equipments in steam system such as auxiliary boiler, exhaust gas boiler, and steam turbine.
