Development of Acid-Base Educational Content for Emergent Thinking (창발적 사고를 위한 산-염기 교육 콘텐츠 개발)

  • 본 논문은 화학에서 사용되는 2가지 산, 염기 모델에 대한 이해를 높이고자 각 모델의 핵심 알고리즘가 반영된 단계별 교육용 콘텐츠를 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 Arrhenius와 Brønsted-Lowry 모델이 갖는 핵심 알고리즘을 탐색하였으며, 이러한 핵심 알고리즘을 반영된 단계별 교육용 콘텐츠를 JAVA를 이용하여 개발하였다. 개발된 교육용 콘텐츠는 총 5단계로 구성되어 있다. 1단계는 화학에서 다루어지는 입자들이 개별적으로 무작위하게 운동함으로 표현하였으며, 2단계는 화학반응이란 이러한 무작위적 운동 중 입자 간 충돌에 의해 반응이 개시됨을 보여주었다. 3단계에서는 단일입자에 대해 정반응과 역반응을 동시에 고려한 진행되는 상황을, 4단계는 여러 입자가 동시다발적으로 정반응과 역반응에 참여한 상황을 구현하였다. 마지막 5단계는 정반응과 역반응의 공존의 비율이 다른 상황을 통해 평형상수의 의미를 고찰하도록 하였다. 창발적 사고의 핵심은 여러 입자를 생각하는 확률적 사고와 이러한 여러 입자가 개별적으로 움직인다는 사고가 반영되어야 한다. 이 연구에서 개발한 교육콘텐츠를 활용한다면 학생들이 보다 창발적 사고를 하는데 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

  • This study explored the application of the NFT-based Learn-and-Earn model in metaverse vocational education and training. Through expert interviews, Delphi analysis, and AHP analysis, the study evaluated considerations and importance of L&E model operation, NFT technology application, course history and certification management, teaching media copyright management, and platform-related issues. Based on the results, the study suggested the need for performance measurement, infrastructure establishment, institutional arrangement, and ethical issue response when utilizing the L&E model.

  • M-learning (Mobile learning)을 기반으로 한 코스웨어나 모듈 설계 시 학습자의 적극적 참여와 의미 있는 상호작용의 기회 제공과 실제적 환경에서의 교육활동을 지원하는 것에 초점을 맞추어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 M-learning을 기반으로 실제적 상황에서의 학습을 위한 지능적 튜터링 모델인 AEFIRIP (Activation, Externalization, Focusing, Interpretations, Reflection, Information Processing)모델을 활용하여 독서교육 튜터링 시스템을 설계하였다. AEFIRIP 모델은 모바일 학습에 초점을 맞추어 실제적 상황에서 다양한 모바일 장비를 활용할 수 있도록 설계되었으며 CSCL(Computer Supported Collaborative Learning)학습의 일환으로 활용 가능하다. AEFIRIP 모델은 6단계의 구조화된 모바일 튜터링을 통하여 학습 활동을 위한 반자동화된 튜터링을 제공하며, 개별화 학습을 가능케 한다. 본 시스템은 M-learning에서 학습자의 독서 단계에 따라 개별화된 튜터링을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 자극 에이전트, 도움 에이전트, 요청 튜터링 에이전트, 튜터링 대화 에이전트, 개인 튜터링 에이전트, 튜터링 포인터 에이전트의 6단계의 튜터링 에이전트를 구안하였다. 본 시스템의 활용을 통하여 학습자는 실제적 환경에서 모바일 장비를 통하여 독서 활동과 관련한 튜터링을 제공받으며, 학습자와 교사 간 다양한 상호작용이 가능하다.

Korean Teachers' Conceptions of Models and Modeling in Science and Science Teaching (과학 탐구와 과학 교수학습에서의 모델과 모델링에 대한 교사들의 인식)

  • Science inquiry has long been emphasized in Korean science education. Scientific modeling is one of key practices in science inquiry with a potential to provide students with opportunities to develop their own explanations and knowledge thereafter. The purpose of this study is to investigate teacher's understanding of models in science and science teaching. A professional development program on Models (PDM) was developed and refined through three times of implementation while teachers' conceptions of models and modeling were examined. A total of 29 elementary and secondary teachers participated in this study. A survey based on model use of scientists in the history of science was developed and used to collect data and audio recordings of discussions among teachers and artifacts produced by the teachers during PDM were also collected. Three ways of ontological and two ways of epistemological understanding of models and modeling were found in teachers' ideas. After PDM, a quarter of the teachers changed their ontological understanding whereas very few changed their epistemological understanding. In contrast, more than two thirds of the teachers deepened and extended their ideas about using models and modeling in teaching. There were no clear relationships between teachers' understanding of models and ways and ideas about using models in science teaching. However, teachers' perceptions of school conditions were found to mediate their intention to use models in science teaching. The findings indicate possible approaches to professional development program content design and further research.

The Development of a Competence Model for Career and Vocational Education for Middle School principles (중학교 학교관리자의 진로직업교육에 관한 역량모델 개발)

  • This study is to develop a competence model for school principals that provides effective career and vocational education (CVE) at middle schools. This model can be used as an indicator for identifying the expertise levels of principals in CVE and to help them develop the necessary skills. Research methods included literature review, basic research, the Delphi technique, analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and surveying. The results were as follows. The competence model for CVE for middle school principals consisted of three competence groups, nine competence elements, and 67-item behavior indicators. First, the three competence groups included the competence to build a school system for CVE, the competence to support CVE at school, and the competence to create a school environment for CVE. Competence to support CVE at school turned out to be most important in the AHP analysis. Second, competence elements included goal management, performance management, the creation of educational culture, support for educational activities, support for school curriculum, support for students, human resources management, resource management and community management. According to the AHP analysis, support for school curriculum was the most significant among the nine competence elements. Third, the behavior indicators were identified items in three areas: 18 items for individual propensity, 18 items for knowledge, and 31 items for performance.

  • Construction Industry has become bigger, sophistication and specialization. At the same time, the concerns of Construction Management for achieving the goal of quality, cost & air are getting higher. Therefore it is demanded technology to conduct the CM works continuously in the Industrial world and be in process of education to train specialists. Studies are also been doing for it. But infrastructure circumstances are insufficiency comparing with the interests of construction industry. It is needed the scheme of education system to improve the above mentioned problem and to raise education quality standards. Consequently, the study is for E-learning education system. Because this system can help to save cost and to overcome the limits of time and spaces for existing off-line education. The study will present e-learning system architecture model to activate Construction Management education considering the distinctive features of CM.

  • Along with the development of technology in the fourth industrial revolution, the fields that can apply artificial intelligence technology are rapidly increasing. In order to improve computational thinking, overseas countries such as the U.S. and the U.K. are already using various AI education platforms to provide artificial intelligence education. Therefore, there is an increasing need for elementary school pre-service teachers in Korea to strengthen their AI education capabilities along with the existing software education. However, it may be difficult for learners with low levels of programming experience and AI education experience to choose an AI education platform that can sustain their learning motivation. Therefore, in this study, the factors related to learning motivation in the AI education platform were explored using the ARCS model. Through this, we present the factors required by the AI education platform for motivation and sustain of learning.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 제3의 산업혁명을 이끌고 있는 3D프린터에 대해 미래 중추적 역할을 담당할 3D프린팅 교육생의 3D프린터 사용의도를 기술수용모델(TAM)에 기반하여 검증하기 기초연구이다. 본 목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울의 3D프린팅 교육기관 교육전문가 조사를 실시하였으며, 차후 교육 대상자를 설문조사하여 3D프린터에 대한 기술수용의도를 파악하고 분석하고자 한다. 또한, 분석한 결과를 통해 미래 제조업 창업의 핵심 역할을 담당할 3D프린터 사용 활성화를 위한 연구기반을 마련하고자 한다. '3D프린팅 넥스트 레볼루션'의 저자 크리스토퍼 바넷은 언젠가는 3D프린팅이 우리의 삶을 혁명적으로 바꿀 것이라고 예상하고 있다. 3D프린터를 통해 개개인은 맞춤형 제품을 만들어 낼 것이 틀림없다. 치과 의료, 운송 및 항공, 로봇, 군용, 우주, 건축, 요리 등에서 다양하게 3D프린터를 활용한 제품들이 미래에 쏟아져 나올 것으로 예상한다. 생산의 민주화를 이끌 3D프린터는 기존 산업에 큰 기회와 동시에 위협을 주고 있다. 크라우드 및 네트워크를 통한 3D데이터 거래와 지구촌 여러 곳에 3D프린터가 활용된다면, 기존 산업에 혁명적인 변화가 있으리라 짐작된다. 전문가 인터뷰 결과를 기반으로 3D프린터 사용의도에 영향을 주는 5가지 요인으로 3D모델링 경험, 비용, 품질, 유희성, 혁신성이 나타났다. 5가지 독립변인은 TAM모델의 인지된 사용 유용성과 3D프린터에 대한 기술수용의도를 파악해 보고자 한다. 3D프린터 교육기간, 전공 및 학과, 개인의 경험과 혁신성의 차이가 3D프린터 기술수용 여부에 영향을 줄 것으로 예상된다. 서울지역 3D프린터 관련 교육기관에서 교육을 받았거나 받고 있는 학생을 대상으로 연구를 할 계획이며, 지역을 확대한 연구가 차후 필요할 것이다.

  • Smart Learning has been spreaded rapidly to the education and industry fields. Especially, Smart Learning of the university and Smart Campus are the focus of attention of the knowledge based age, because university education play a core role for lifetime education and has largest ripple effect. This article is exploring on the concept and realization conditions of 'Smart Campus'. We think, Smart Campus is an alternative solution for the continuous development of university education in the smart time.   • Smart farming education service based on network are important factors for farming sector. The lack of time and space has to lead to their limited appliance to farmers. Limited information support and low background knowledge in farming production is a lot of trial and error in farming production. Smart farming education as a service based on cloud provide the farming information that is the farming knowledge, farming skill, and farmer's experiences and knowhow, etc. And real-time information such as climate change, soil environment and market trends is very important.
