ICT capacity building education in developing countries with poor infrastructure is a solution to help solve ICT gaps and improve economic performance. However, there is a clear difference between countries' geographical and industrial level in terms of geographical and industrial aspects. Therefore, it is necessary to design customized educational contents for each country according to the status of various industries in each country rather than uniform and unilateral ICT capacity building education. This should be followed by a basic understanding of the current situation. The purpose of this study is to identify the level of ICT technology and curricula for female students at Life University of Cambodia among developing countries, and to find out the subjects related to industry in that region and to propose policies for continuous operation.

Though school leaders play a crucial role in encouraging the creative school environment, culture, and system that might improve the creative competencies of teachers, there has been little attention to the creative leadership of school supervisors. In this paper, we provide the satisfaction and view of elementary and secondary school leaders who were involved in professional development training for enhancing creative leadership. Using one-way ANOVA and qualitative data coding, we analyze the survey responses from the 67 in-service principals and vice-principals during three different training periods as 2020-I, 2020-II, and 2021-I. We present and compare the result on their satisfaction in terms of satisfaction regarding the process, administrative supports, and optional programs among the training. Next, we explore how the school administrators think the creative leadership training and proposal for its improvement. Based on the feedback for these stakeholders, further studies need to steadily enhance the professional development training for creative leadership and practical program contents.

The purpose of this study is to analyze some problems of general high school and provide some promotion ways of general high school in Gyeongsangbuk-do in long and short term perspective, considering necessity for consolidating educational capacity of general high school which is in disadvantage due to high school diversity and special high school promotion policy. For this, first, the study explores educational policy basis of Park Geun-hye's government, educational policy direction of Gyeongsangbuk-do, educational situation of general high school in Gyeongbuk area, and main contents of educational capacity consolidation way of general high school. Main tasks of Gyeongsangbuk-do general high school educational capacity reconsideration based on the educational capacity consolidation way of Ministry of Education are (1) enlargement of autonomy for formation and operation of focused curriculum by guidance, (2) enlargement of guidance and vocational education for general high school student, (3) consolidation of support program for student at risk, and (4) consolidation of support for general high school High-up program. For these main tasks are fixed and operated in school successfully, the fixation of school responsible management system based on geological environment and trait of each general high school, the application of whole quality control in school management, and the formation of cooperative school organizational culture should be constructed. And specific practice tasks and strategies for Gyeongsangbuk-do general high school educational capacity reconsideration (the cultivation of grobal democratic citizen, human being image in 2009 revised curriculum, and 'talented people with new thinking and genuine mind' of Gyeongsangbuk-do) are provided.

최근 해양사고 및 해양오염사고로 인하여 해상교통관제 역할의 중요성이 재인되어 해상교통관제 역량강화의 필요성이 대두되었다. 해상교통관제 역량을 강화하기 위해서는 인적요소인 관제사의 업무역량 강화가 무엇보다 중요한 요소 중 하나이다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 해상교통관제와 유사한 업무를 수행하고 있는 항공 및 철도관제사 제도와 외국 선진 항만 관제사의 자격제도, 평가제도 및 교육제도를 분석하여 해상교통관제사의 실정에 적합한 제도개선 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

When income reach a certain level and their basic needs are met, happiness index do not reach even though income increase. This phenomenon was described as a paradox of Esterlin. In Korea, per capita income is over $20,000, but life quality is not high enough and according to United Nation's happiness report, Korea's happiness index is 5.8 out of 10 which ranked $56^{th}$ out of 150 countries. At this point, the purposes of this study are first: Can capabilities of feeling happiness be strengthened through education? second: Is Home Economics curriculum in Technology and Home Economics the most robust course to enhance the capabilities of feeling happiness? In this study, qualitative research methods(theoretical research and, in-depth interviews) was in progress. Conclusion of this study are as follows. Capabilities of feeling happiness can be enhanced through training. As a nation and the economy with level of per capita GNP over $20,000, in order to realize a desirable human character, capabilities of feeling happiness can be trained and strengthened through education. In particular, it is necessary to strengthen the capability of feeling happiness through life experience. Since Home Economics Curriculum educates to enhance their life practice, it is the most robust course in feeling happiness training to enhance their capabilities.

This study is purpose of empowerment of Parents of Gifted Children Using Action Learning. Conclusions and Implications of this study are as follows: First, the gifted children at home parents worry and stress associated with parenting experience, but directly to the nurturing gifted education is insufficient for parents. Thus, the characteristics of gifted and talented gifted parents who have appropriate training should be conducted. Second, a gifted parent empowerment by having a parent in child care for the ability to relieve stress and parenting, parents in the education of their children the confidence to believe that may be helpful. Third, parents of gifted children for strengthening the application of action learning approach is to derive a real problem with gifted children and their parents to seek a solution for the child care that can enhance the capabilities will be presented.

In this study, we analyzed student satisfaction and effectiveness regarding the Center for Teaching and Learning Support where students are using educational information. Based on the analysis, the purpose of this study was to identify the requirements for the improvement to enhance the educational support by the Center for Teaching and Learning Support. As a result, it was shown that satisfaction and effectiveness as well as requirement for improvement were different depending on school level. Therefore, it is necessary for the Center to enhance the services appropriate for each school level rather than unified services. In other words, the improvement is required to enhance the fun and interesting aspects for elementary and middle school students, and the effort is required to enhance the quality aspect of information for high school students when educational information is provided.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the results of training programs for strengthening teachers' ICT competency and to suggest the ways to improve the existing ones. To do this, we conducted literature review, web survey with teachers, and in-depth interview with training program operators. The results of the online survey indicated that generally speaking, the programs had been operated desirably, although three programs(Thinking with Technology Course, Essential Course, e-PBL Instructional Design Course) needed to take additional efforts for their effectiveness and efficiency. According to the results of in-depth interview with training operators, they demanded re-training for lecturers, self career development, quality control of regional delivery training, expansion of training periods, and post-supports after training etc.

본 연구는 2008년에 도입된 사회복무제도가 정착 될 수 있도록 하기 위한 개선방안을 모색하고자 한다. 즉, 단순한 인력공급 차원이 아닌, 사회복무요원들의 질 향상을 위한 교육과 사회복지기관에서 사회복무요원에 대한 올바른 활용이 전제되어야 한다. 이에 사회복지기관 담당자(사회복지사) 304명을 대상으로 사회복무제도와 사회복무요원에 대한 인식과 태도가 어떠한지 조사한 결과, 사회복무제도에 대해 긍정적인 태도를 보였고, 제도가 지속적인 운영과 확대가 되길 희망하였다. 또한 사회복지사업에 사회복무요원의 역할과 활동에 긍정적으로 인식하였다. 그리고 사회복무제도의 성공적인 정착을 위해 사회복무요원의 배치전 사전교육과 직무교육 시간 증가와 관리운영에 관한 권한 강화, 운영비 지원을 필요로 하였다. 따라서 사회복무제도 운영 개선과 사회복무교육센터를 통한 교육내용의 강화, 우수 복무기관에 대한 다양한 인센티브 부여가 요구된다.

본 연구는 어린이 전문사서 양성과 관련된 문헌정보학 교육과정 현황을 조사하고 분석해 현재 수준을 이해하는데 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고 어린이 사서의 전문적 역량을 강화하기 위한 교육과정의개선 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 국내 34개 대학의 2011년과 2014년 문헌정보학과 어린이 전문사서 관련 교육과정과 국외 23개 대학의 어린이 전문사서 양성 관련 교육과정을 조사 분석하여 어린이 전문사서 양성 관련된 문헌정보학 교육과정의 문제점을 밝히고 개선 방안을 제시하였다.
