이 기사는 일본도서관협회 도서관학교육부회 ‘도서관학교수요목’ 작성위원회(위원장:강전온)의 대학용 도서관학교수요목이다. 이것은 1975년에 완성하여 1977년에 책자로 발간한 것을 전문학교 교육과정연구자료를 수집하는 과정에서 입수하였는데 국내에 널리 알려지지 않은 것 같아서 소개하려는 것이다. 우선 이 교수요목작성의 의의 및 경위와 ‘도서관학개론’과 ‘도서관사’의 요목을 소개한다.

이 글은 일본의 사이따마(기옥)대학 무로다 야스히로(실전태홍)교수가 일본경제연구 센테의 협력을 얻어 작년부터 2개년 계획으로 에너지 수급전망에 대해 연구하는 가운데 현재까지의 연구 결과를 토대로 앞으로의 수급전망을 제시한 것이다. 무로다 교수는 에너지 수급전망이 다방면에서 이루어져야 하는 것은 물로 이에 관한 활발한 정책논의도 필요하다고 주장한다. 또한 에너지의 수요는 산업혁명과 합께 변천해 왔으면, 현세대는 전자산업의 발달에 의한 정보 시대이기 때문에 에너지의 급속한 수요증가는 없을 것으로 전망하고 있다 <편집자주>

정보통신 산업은 괄목할 만한 성장올 보였으며, 정보산업시대의 핵심 육성 부문으로 지목되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 통신산업분야의 정책부서, 연구소, 기업 및 대학에서 활약하고 있는 70명의 정보통신분야 천문가들을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였으며, 설문조사 결과를 토대로 정보통신산업의 잠재적 수요예측과 함께 이러한 수요를 공급하기 위하여 선행되어야 할 연구개발 인력의 수요를 추정하였다. 본 연구결과에 따르면, 정보통신산업은 1991년에 Data Communication 분야에서만 약 48억불의 수요를 유발할 것으로 보이며, 이를 위한 박사 인력의 년간 수요는 1987년에는 500명, 1991년에는 990 명에 이를 것으로 예상되었다. 반면, 최근 문교부에 제출된 바 있는 한 연구보고에 따르면, 88명-145 명에 지나지 않은 것으로 나타나고 있어 심각한 고급인력의 수급난이 예상된다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 정부, 산업체 및 대학이 시급히 수렵하여야 할 대응책을 제시하였다. -정부가 지원할 내용으로서, 정보통신분야의 연구개발을 위한 관련학과 교수의 양적, 질적 향상이 요구되며 이를 위한 방안으로 교수진의 critical mass 형성이 촉구되었다. -산업계 역시 통신산업의 폭발적 성장에 대비하기 위하여, 고급인력의 수혜기관의 입장에서 고급인력의 공급을 위한 대응책 마련에 적극적으로 참여하여야 할 것이다. 산업계의 참여 방안으로서, 교수 1인, 박사 후보생 l인, 석사과정 학생 3인을 한 단위로 하는 "research unit"의 형성과 산업계로부터 이들을 위한 지원이 제안되었다. 즉, research unit 100개를 지원하기 위해 산업계는 연간 약380 만불의 교육-연구비를 투입하며, 이러한 지원을 통하여 박사인력의 공급이 배가 될 것으로 예상된다. -대학원 교육의 칠적 향상과 함께 산 학연계 기능을 강화하기 위하여, 정보통신 관련학과와 대학원 교과과정의 개선 방안이 구체적으로 제안되었다. 본 연구에서 제안된 내용은 현재 정부, 정책부서, 산업계, 학계의 요구사항과 전문가 의견을 토대로 요약되었으므로, 제안사항의 체계적인 보완이 이루어지면 그 효과가 지대할 것으로 예상된다.

Business simulation learning is a business education method of the software applications that applied for the university's management training. Its interest is increasing as management training tools to simulate the virtual enterprise and to learn the business management knowledge, management skills, experience and problem-solving. This research was done for the feasibility analysis and management education model design of the business simulation learning. As a prior research to the introduction and operation of the university's business simulation learning curriculum, the need and literature research on the possibility recognition of classes for college students and corporate executives, a demand survey research and analysis was done and discussed the necessity and possibility of the business simulation learning for the industry and universities education area. In addition, we designed a curriculum of the business simulation learning and presented some of education models of management for the university's management training purpose by using the results of the survey research and literature analysis.

ESCO사업에 민간자금이 투입될 예정이다. 산업자원부는 최근에 ESCO사업 활성화를 위한 중장기 발전방안을 발표했다. 이는 전주대 산업협력단이 수행한 'ESCO 사업 중장기 발전방안' 연구용역 결과를 토대로 한 것이다. ESCO사업은 지난 91년 사업 시작 이래 정책자금 9,130억원이 융자됐으며, 지난해 3,783억 원 가량의 에너지 절약효과를 거뒀다. 올해는 정책자금 수요가 2,410억 원에 이를 정도로 기업들의 관심도는 높아졌다. 그러나 정부의 예산은 1,474억 원 에 그쳐 돈이 절대적으로 부족한 형편이다. 이에 따라 최근 발표된 보고서는 민간자금을 유입시켜 정책자금의 부족을 해소하고 사업을 더욱 활성화하겠다는 내용이다. 연구 수행 책임을 맡은 전주대학교 기계자동차공학과 조성환 교수를 만나 이야기를 들어봤다.

정보화시대의 도래와 함께 급변하는 정보의 홍수 속에서 학생들이 학교에서 학습해야 할 지식의 양은 방대해진 반면에 미래의 변화하는 상황에 유연하게 대처할 수 있는 다양한 능력을 지닌 인재들에 대한 수요는 더욱 높아지고 있다. 이에 따라 미래의 사회가 필요로 하는 인간상을 구현하기 위해 많은 양의 지식을 가르치는 암기와 훈련 위주의 전통적 교수-학습방법을 탈피하고 학습에 필요한 핵심적 요소를 체계적으로 구조화하여 학습자 스스로 사고하여 문제를 해결하는 능력과 창의적 사고를 배양시키는 교수-학습방법의 필요성이 부각되고 있다.(중략)

과거의 대학교육이 교수 중심의 공급자 중심이었다고 한다면 미래의 교육은 수요자 중심의 교육, 즉 학생 중심의 교육이 되어야 한다는 논의가 무성하다. 또한 교육과정을 이수하고 졸업한 학생을 채용하는 기업이 바라는 교육의 내용이 무엇인지를 아는 것은 매우 중요하며 공학인증제도의 도입노력과 연관된다. 즉 회사가 채용한 대학 졸업생의 실력을 통하여 대학의 교육성과를 최종수요자인 회사가 평가하여 그 결과를 대학의 교육과정에 피드백하는 것이 공-학인증제도의 취지이다. 그러므로 회사가 원하는 졸업생의 능력을 갖추도록 대학교육의 커리큘럼을 구성하는 것이 바람직하고 그렇지 못한 대학은 채용에 있어서 불이익을 받을 것이다. In this study, we tried to secure basic data to create an environment necessary for distance learning through a survey on professor demand. Among the 184 full-time faculty members of the university, 73 (39.89%) respondents in 2021 and 87 (47.28%) in 2022 were included. As a result of the research on professor demand, in the 2021 school year, 27 people (37%) were classified as LMS improvement items when checking attendance, 38 people (23.3%) were pin-mics as content development support items, and 26 people (35.6%), 33 people (45.2%) of GOM Mix and 25 people (34.2%) of the distance education support center wanted to learn video editing program as the item of video editing program they are currently using. In the 2022 school year, 27 people (31.03%) said mobile upgrade as an LMS improvement item, 52 people (59.8%) of pin-microphone as a content development support item, 33 people (37.9%), but currently using the content creation intention using a studio. As for the video editing program they are working on, 47 people (54%) of GOM Mix Pro and 23 people (26.4%) of the distance education support center want to learn content creation method. In addition, the intention to produce content using the studio for the 2021 and 2022 academic year and the desired educational topic of the distance education support center in the future appeared insignificant (p > 0.05). In this distance education support center, we are working to solve the class of LMS attendance, upgrade mobile, and plan to distribute pin microphones. We are planning to increase the usability of the studio and provide training on how to use video editing programs and how to create video content. In order for a smooth class to take place in a university distance class, the university authorities should seek ways to support the instructor so that he/she does not have difficulties in performing his/her role as a teaching designer, such as setting learning goals, organizing and organizing content, motivating learning, and establishing effective class participation plans. there is a need

A more interactive teaching-learning system is increasingly necessary in the consumer-oriented environment of distance education. This article would like to suggest a more spontaneous system which is learners at various levels. The suggested system keynotes its efficiency with the introduction of a "mobile agent" concept through which learners are able to network and complete their assignments despite their dispersed environments. This article also suggests some managerial techniques for the systematic management of agent-based learners possessing diverse characteristics. Through this study, we expect more highly effect by offer data adapted to learning goal to learner's ability, get out of uniform web-based teaching-learning.
