In this study, teachers and students' satisfaction surveys were collected about the NCS (National Competency Standards) learning module, career and field practice, practical environment used in the construction subject course. This study was conducted on public high schools in Chungcheong province (including Daejeon), which is operating practice course using the NCS learning module. The research questions are as follows; First, how was the satisfaction of teachers and students in the practical subject class using NCS learning module? Second, what is the degree of satisfaction of teacher's career and field practice guidance, student's career decision and field practice after the practical course using NCS learning module? Third, the satisfaction level of the developed NCS learning module and practical subject class using the same was determined by setting whether the number of training of NCS-related teachers or the presence or absence of on-the-job training of students were affected? The results of the study are as follows; As a result of comparing the teachers' and students' satisfaction, the students showed satisfaction in all items, whereas the teachers showed 'content level', 'interest', 'necessary knowledge', 'skill acquisition', 'Improvement of practical skills (level of skill performance)', 'scale of experimental practice', and 'items of experimental practice equipment' were dissatisfied. It was found that the number of NCS related teachers' training (or absence) or the presence of students on the field had an effect on the satisfaction of the developed NCS learning module and the practical course using it. In order to fully utilize the developed NCS learning module in the practical course, it is required to develop and construct the teaching material of the teacher who can serve as an intermediary for conceptualization and understanding of job skills. It is necessary to increase the number of education and training specialists to positively reflect the demands of the education field.

This study aimed to compare and analyze librarian teacher evaluation index from evaluation of teachers' competency development with the the topics of information utilization education. To this end, LDA topic modeling was conducted by collecting papers related to information utilization education published in four major journals in the field of literature and information from 1995 to May 2022. As a result of topic modeling, it can be seen that information utilization education (T10) was the most actively discussed at 12.0% of the 20 topics, followed by library utilization classes (T2) 10.4% and user service (T3) 8.8%.On the other hand, 3.3% of reading discussion (T7), 2.9% of reading education (T19), 2.1% of manpower management (T13), and 2.1% of librarian teacher job satisfaction (T17) showed the lowest distributions 3.3%, 2.9%, 2.1%, and 2.1%, respectively. In addition, although librarian teacher's class model development (T1) and curriculum development (T20) are essential processes for collaborative classes and information utilization education, they were not reflected in the current teacher competency development evaluation index. Therefore, this study proposed that 'instructional model and curriculum development' indicator should be added on 'training and support classes' factors in the Librarian Teacher Evaluation Index in Teachers' Competency Development Evaluation for further evaluation.

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors affecting the satisfaction with pre-service childcare, the work related stress, and the conflicts perceived by pre-service childcare teachers. The data was processed using the SPSS Statistical Package Program, and the frequencies, means, and standard deviations were calculated. Reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were also conducted. The results showed that the class contents, the environment of childcare practice, and the conflicts with children were stressful and they negatively affected practice satisfaction. Second, there was statistically significant negative correlation between the pre-service teachers' childcare practice stress, conflict during the practice, and practice satisfaction. Third, the stress of preservice teachers' childcare practice and the conflict felt during the practice also affect the childcare practice satisfaction. Based on these findings, further study is needed for implementing effective measures in order to improve the practice satisfaction with exhaustive pre-practical education and the field job-oriented curriculum. These measures will enable students majoring in childcare to experience less stress and conflicts during their education.

Results: As a result of assessing the fit of the model, it was found that 𝑥2=67.247 (df=28, p<.001), GFI=.953, AGFI=.911, TLI=0.936, CFI=0.965 and RMSEA=.074. Emotional exhaustion was found to have a direct effect on job demand (β=.26) and an indirect effect on stress response (β=.31). The total effect was β=.57. There was a positive complete indirect effect of β=.52 between emotional intelligence and emotional exhaustion. The total effect was not significant, respectively.
