디지털 전환이 가속화되면서 다양한 형태의 디지털 지갑이 등장하고 있다. 디지털 지갑은 이용자의 신원을 보장하고 안전하게 정보를 보관하며, 온·오프라인에서 모두 활용 가능해야 한다. 특히, 블록체인, DID, 비블록체인 디지털 지갑 간 상호운용성이 중요하며, 이를 위해 정책적·제도적 준비와 기술 발전이 필요하다. 디지털 지갑의 상호운용성을 보장하기 위해 기술적 요소 외에도 정책적인 요소를 고려해야 한다. 이를 위해 다양한 분야의 전문가들과 함께 관련 연구와 기술 표준을 마련해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 지갑 간의 상호운용성을 확보하고 서비스 생태계를 활성화하기 위해 필요한 기술적, 정책적 관점의 고려사항을 살펴보고자 한다.

This study investigates what decisions have an impact on bank performance. A panel regression analysis was conducted using data from the financial statements of banks located in the United States from 2013 to 2022, and the effects of explanatory variables were examined through hierarchical panel regression analysis divided into financial decision-making and management decision-making. In addition, by analyzing performance separately from the creditor and shareholder perspectives (hereinafter referred to as overall) and from the shareholder perspective alone, it suggests which elements should be utilized and how to improve performance from each perspective. When a panel regression analysis was performed using only liquidity and stability, dependency on deposits and the interest coverage ratio had a statistically significant impact from the perspective of overall performance, and the debt ratio also had a statistically significant impact from the perspective of shareholder performance. When adding non-technical factors, only the labor cost ratio among non-technical factors was found to be statistically significant from the overall performance perspective, and although the non-technical factors were not statistically significant from the shareholder performance perspective, the cash ratio was found to have a statistically significant impact. Lastly, when adding technical innovation elements, the intangible asset ratio was not statistically significant from the overall performance perspective, but was significant from the shareholder performance perspective. The significance and implications of this study are that there are differences in factors that can affect the performance of overall or shareholder and that various decision-making factors can affect a bank's performance.

임베디드 시스템은 여러 유형의 엄격한 제약사항을 지키는 범위 안에서 개발되어야 하기 때문에 요구사항의 우선순위 결정은 매우 중요하다. 이는 결국 개발 초기단계에 요구사항 우선순위화를 통하여 주어진 제품 개발 목표 및 개발 조직의 다양한 상황에 적합한 관점을 고려한 최적의 요구사항을 선택하는 활동이 요구된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 임베디드 시스템의 다양성과 특수성을 고려한 임베디드 시스템 요구사항 우선순위 기법을 제안한다. 이를 위해 요구사항 우선순위 관점에서 임베디드 시스템 개발에 적합한 관점, 의존 및 상충 관계를 고려하여 요구사항을 우선순위화하며, 제안된 방법을 핸드폰 개발 사례에 적용하여 유용성을 검증한다. 이러한 합리적인 우선순위 선정을 통해 주어진 비즈니스 목표에 부합되고 시장요구에 적극적으로 반응할 수 있는 제품을 만들 수 있다.

The multicultural society under globalization have made an impact on the education since the end of 20th century. This study is for the theoretical approach and presentation of method about global citizenship education in globalization & multicultural society today. As an education which is suitable in the globalization & multicultural society I present 'cultural diversity' education. The 'cultural diversity' education for fostering global citizenship is needed to enhance the cultural sensibility while learning other cultures. The 'cultural diversity' education is having the values of human rights, fairness, diversity respect and living together. So I present the study lesson plans of 'cultural diversity' education for a global citizenship education from elementary school 6 grade social studies "Natural environments and cultures of world regions" chapter.

무선인터넷 사용자들은 HPC, PDA, 스마트폰, 휴대폰 등을 이용하여 다양한 무선인터넷 서비스를 요구하고 있다. 또한 사용자들은 다양한 종류의 무선인터넷 단말기들에 대해 특성과 가격, 편리성, 호환성 등에 많은 관심을 가지고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구에서는 현재 상용화된 무선인터넷 단말기를 대상으로 가격, 편리성, 확장성, 속도, 기억용량 등을 고려한 무선인터넷 단말기 선정을 위한 의사결정지원 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 상이한 속성을 가지고 잇는 특성을 정규화하여 사용자들의 요구를 수요할 수 있는 모델을 제시한다.

오늘날 많은 기업이 고객에게 보다 좋은 서비스를 제공하기 위해 서비스 분야에 큰 관심을 두고 있다. 제품이나 서비스에 대한 다양한 경험을 고객의 관점에서 제시한 구 매자 효용지도는 구매자 관점의 경험 사이클과 6가지 효용성 수단으로 이루어져있다. 6가지 효용성 수단을 사용한 구매자 효용지도는 제품이나 서비스의 질에 대한 객관 적인 평가를 가능하게 하여 신제품 개발 또는 제품 보완에 도움을 준다. 본 연구는 이 평가를 더욱 정확하게 할 수 있도록 6가지 효용성 수단을 서비스 품 질 차원으로 변경하여 새로운 구매자 효용지도를 만듦으로써 고객들의 인지도를 향상 시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

정보의 엔트로피 현상에 따라 정보 독접에 대한 논란이 이뤄지고 있다. 특정 소프트웨어에 대한 독점 문제는 정보의 독점까지 확대되기 때문에 대안으로서 분배구조의 재형성에 대한 논의가 이뤄지고 있는 것이다. 독점을 가능하게 하는 디지털 기술은 다양성을 가진다. 하나의 콘텐츠에 대해서 가질수 있는 관점과 응용할 수 있는 분야가 무제한적으로 제시되기 때문에 디지털 기술은 상상이상의 현실이라고 할 수 있는 것이다.

최근 들어 사회문제 해결형 과학기술혁신 활동이 활성화되고 있다. 과학기술정보통신부에서 추진하는 국민생활연구사업, 그리고 혁신본부에서 기획하고 있는 사회문제 해결을 위한 다부처 공동 기획사업 등이 추진되고 있다. 사회문제 해결형 과학기술혁신은 사회문제 해결을 최우선 목표로 삼고 있기 때문에 수월한 과학기술지식의 창출, 산업경쟁력 강화를 위한 혁신과는 목표와 추진체제가 다르다. 사회문제 해결형 과학기술혁신은 사회혁신과 과학기술을 결합하는 활동이라고 할 수 있다. 이렇게 새로운 유형의 혁신활동이 등장하면서 이를 바라보는 다양한 관점이 존재하고 있다. 본 발표에서는 각 논의들을 정리하고 향후 사회문제 해결형 과학기술혁신의 발전방향을 제시한다. 여기서는 크게 3가지 분류로 사회문제 해결형 혁신을 보는 관점을 정리한다. 첫 번째는 전문가 중심의 관점(Innovation for people)이다. 이는 전문가가 분석과 논의를 통해 사회문제를 정의하고 그 대안을 제시하는 접근이다. 많은 과학기술전문가들이 가지고 있는 틀로서 선형모델에 입각한 논의이다. 때문에 혁신의 선형모델이 가지고 있는 문제점, 피드백의 부족, 현장에 대한 이해 부족 등과 같은 단점이 있다. 두 번째는 시민사회 중심의 관점(Innovation by people)이다. 이는 현장의 문제 상황에 있는 시민들이 문제를 정의하고 혁신활동을 주도해야 한다는 관점이다. 이 관점은 일반 시민을 과학기술혁신의 주체로 호명하고 실질적인 문제 해결에 참여시키면서 주류 과학기술의 미흡한 현장 지역 지향성을 비판하고 있다. 그러나 혁신의 논의가 지역에 한정되면서 규모 확대의 어려움을 겪는 경우가 많다. 장기 지속성을 확보하는 데에도 난점이 있다. 세 번째는 전문가와 시민의 협업 관점(Innovation with people)이다. 이는 시민성과 전문성의 결합을 통해 민주주의를 고양하고, 현장 지식과 전문 지식의 융합을 지향하는 접근이다. 또 리빙랩과 같은 추진 체제를 적극적으로 활용한다. 그러나 전문가와 시민사회의 협업을 지원하는 인프라와 지원체제가 부족하면 여러 문제점이 발생할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이런 관점들의 한계를 극복하기 위해서 국지적 문제해결과 국가적 문제 해결의 연계, 실험의 중요성 강조, 전문가와 최종 사용자 및 시민의 실질적 협업을 위한 기반 구축, 시스템 전환 프레임의 도입을 정책 방향으로 제시했다.

In order to analyze textbooks from a discursive approach, the purpose of this study is to structuralize an analytic framework based on previous literature review and apply it to analyzing the meanings and their syntheses developed by words and visual mediators appeared in the definition of graph in first-year middle school textbooks. The discursive approach consists of the communicational approach developed by Sfard(2008) and the systemic functional linguistics developed by Halliday(1985/2004). In this study, ideational meta-functions for ideational meanings and interpersonal meta-functions for interpersonal meanings were employed to analyze the meanings produced by words and visual mediators in textbooks, whereas textual meta-functions for textual meanings were used for analyzing the synthesized relationships between words and visual mediators. Results show that first, density in mathematical discourse was very high and subjects in mathematical activities were ambiguous in the ideational meanings of words, and behavior aspect was more emphasized than thinking aspect in the interpersonal meanings of words which request student participations. In the case of ideational meanings of visual mediators, there was a lack of narrative diagrams, whereas there were qualitative differences in the case of offer. Second, there was a need for promoting a wide range of diverse synthetic relationships between words and visual mediators for developing enriched mathematical meanings through the varying uses like specification, explanation, similarity, and complement. These results are so important that they provide a new analytic framework from a discursive approach to textbook analysis because not only words, but also visual mediators are analyzed as tools for producing meanings in mathematics textbooks and their synthetic relationships are also examined.
