The purpose of this study is to assess the risk and predict the contingency for modular plant construction projects. Considering the work characteristics of the modular plant, The adapted research method is that suggest models for assessment impact of risk and predict the contingency considering risk. Based on the proposed models, It is selected one modular plant construction project and assessment impact of risk factors and predicted the contingency. The results of this study are as follows: Assessment the probability of occurrence of risk factors and intensity of impact, and extract 15 important risk factors. These are classified as Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Transportation, Construction phases to consider the work characteristics of the modular plant. The predicted contingency is that 6.739%(Engineering 2.850%, Procurement 6.225%, Fabrication 6.211%, Transportation 4.165%, Construction 8.168%) to prepare the basic business expense. The model is used as a way to derive quantitative results in the decision-making process for risk management in construction projects.

The purpose of this paper is to present a smart QR code recording system and a method of non­storage data delivery that transforms the original data into a form of URL information by encrypting it and encoding the URL information into a QR code so that the QR code can be written and decrypted in a medium without storing the original data. The method of the study was presented by the prior art study and the literature research. Analysis results show that the system is built on the online administration server. The data input signal matching secret code is stored in DB, the QR code generation command converts input data from the password DB to the password information combined into the subordinate locator of the admin server's domain name, URL code. Therefore, the smart QR method of data management (recording and providing) indicates that there are no limitations in the ease and space of use or obstacles to capacity use.

In recent years, construction information management systems using Information Technology(IT) have been developed in the construction industry. Construction information management plays a significant role in successful project implementation and completion. However, there have been a number of problems in current practice that manually collects and utilizes construction information generated in site. This paper mainly describes a new approach which is able to gather, manage, and accumulate the construction information in real-time using IT tools such as PDA, barcode, RFID, biometrics identification and digital camera. It first reviews the existing applications and their limitations, and potential IT tools for construction data collection and management. It then proposes a utilization method of IT tools for an effective information management in domestic construction site. Conclusions and future research works are also made in this paper,
