An online survey was conducted from September 1, 2020 to November 15, 2020, lecture satisfaction, teaching presence, academic motivation, self efficacy, behavior regulation and usage simplicity of remote classes for 458 3 and 4-year radiological science majors located in the Yeongnam area. Lecture satisfaction was significantly different according to grade, self-review time, and preferred teaching method. In addition, lecture satisfaction showed a significant positive corrleation with the teaching presence and usage simplicity of remote classes. In the multiple regression model, lecture satisfaction showed a significant explanatory power of 45.7% through usage simplicity, teaching presence, self efficacy and academic motivation. This study was attempted to provide basic data to increase the effect of remote classes at universities that are expected to expand in the post-corona.

  • It is difficult to think of any behavioral process that is more intrinsically important to human beings than social attachment. Feeding, sleeping and locomotion are all necessary for survival, but humans are 'a social animal' and it is our social attachment that we live for. One of the early pioneers in this area, Harry Harlow, described the different behavioral processes that are involved in the formation of parent-infant, filial and pair(male-female) bonds. Each of these involves multi-sensory processing and complex motor responses. Over the past decades, studies in a range of vertebrates, including humans, have begun to address the neural basis of attachment at a molecular, cellular and systemic level. This review describes some of important insights from these works, involving three different areas:1) Neurobiological research of infant-parent, parent-infant attachment, 2) Animal studies regarding attachment, 3) Neurobehavioral studies of maltreatment/deprivation causing serious breakdown of attachment relationship in humans.

  • Changing drastically, the life in a modern city has forced citizens to gradually shorten their average period of settlement, which has weakened the identity of city habitation, thus causing serious crimes and damaging the security of city greatly. Haying a highly composite structure with not only macro, but micro characteristics, city is grasped as a very composite phenomenon shown in the social, economic and spatial constitution relationships, including the personal motives of criminals. Accordingly, this study puts stress on the necessity of any crime prediction program to predict the occurrence of crimes by analyzing the occurrence patterns of sharply increasing intra-city crimes of violence on a typical, time and spatial basis and clarifying their structural dynamic relationships in a both macro and micro manner. Moreover, the deduction of various factors closely related to crime occurrence will contribute to elucidating the occurrence structure of city crimes.

This is because employees' psychological characteristic is very likely to affect their devotion and commitment to relationship with customers and long-term production by a company. In particular, salespersons are likely to get a feeling of fatigue or loss, or make a cynical or cold response to customers because of frequent interaction with them, and to show emotional indifference in an attempt to keep their distance from customers. But the likelihood can vary depending on salespersons' own psychological characteristic; in particular, the occurrence of these phenomena is very likely to vary significantly depending on relationship belief in interpersonal relations. In the field of psychology, under way are researches related to personal psychological characteristics to improve the quality of interpersonal relations and to maximize personal performance and enhance situational adaptability during this process; it is a personal relationship belief that is recently mentioned as such a psychological characteristic. For salespersons having frequent interaction with customers, particularly, relationship belief can be a very important element in forming relations with customers. So this study aims at determining how salespersons' relationship belief affects negative emotion regulation strategies and prosocial behavior to customer. As a result, salespersons' relationship belief was found to have effects on their negative emotion regulation strategies and prosocial behavior to customer. Negative emotion regulation strategies was found to have effects on prosocial behavior. Salespersons with intimate relationship belief try to use active regulation, support-seeking regulation and salespersons with controlling relationship belief try to use avoidant/distractive regulation. Intimate relationship belief was found to have more prosocial behavior, controlling relationship belief was found to have less prosocial behavior to customer. salespersons' negative emotion regulation strategies was found to have effects on their prosocial behavior to customer. Active, support-seeking influence prosocial behavior to customer positively, avoidant/distractive regulation influence prosocial behavior to customer negatively.

  • The objective of the present study is to investigate the relationships among the perceptions of performance appraisal politics(POPAP)), employee's attitude to work, and team-based work system characteristics. Using survey data from various occupationally heterogeneous sample of white-collar employees(N=195) from various organizations, the results indicate that when employees perceive performance rating to be manipulated because of rater's personal bias and punishment motive, they reduce organizational commitment. Contrarily, the employees' POPAP with motivational motive increases organizational commitment. And task interdependency has positive effect on employees' POPAP.

  • There has recently been increased recognition of the significance of internal marketing activity towards hospitals; however, few studies have investigated internal marketing towards hospitals. Therefore, this study was conducted to examine the impacts of internal marketing and service orientation on hospital image and to focus on the moderating effect of self-efficacy. The main results were as follows. First, empowerment, education training, and leadership of internal marketing positively affect service orientation, with leadership having the greatest influence. Conversely, internal communication and reward do not affect service orientation. Second, service orientation positively affects hospital image, indicating that an influencing relationship between the two factors is formed. Third, the moderating effects of self-efficacy towards the relationship between internal marketing and service orientation is not significant an alpha level of 0.05. However, overall internal marketing in the high group of self-efficacy has a greater effect on service orientation than that in the low group. Thus, the managers should enhance internal marketing and service orientation to increase hospital image, and motivate employees to have self-efficacy.

  • This study analyzes whether cooperating with various types of partners contributes to a company's innovation performance as well as the moderating effect of absorptive capacity and appropriability that may affect learning in such relationship. The hypothesis is that cooperating with diverse partners will have a positive effect on the innovation performance since it acquires their knowledge and information. In addition, an analysis is conducted on the moderating effect of absorptive capacity and appropriability on the relationship between alliance portfolio consisting various partners and innovation since absorptive capacity that encourages learning is likely to positively moderate the relationship between partner diversity and innovation while appropriability, the capacity to protect the proprietary technology, is likely to undermine learning from partners. The result of the empirical analysis on Korea's key industries, machinery and automobile, using the 2010 Korea Innovation Survey(KIS) data on manufacturing shows that cooperating with various types of technology partners has a positive effect on innovation performance and moderating effect on appropriability.

  • Live cinema theatre is the latest installment of multimedia show where the filming of the performance of dramatic texts becomes the live stage event. Here, the actors perform before the camera and all the audio-visual effects are produced and constructed live. Mediated through the camera and projection screen, the stage image becomes a real-time production situation where all the scenes are put together right in front of a live audience. The very concept of live cinema as dramatic theatre has been developed by English stage director Katie Mitchell who attempts to present the stage as a cohesive representation system; this is more than a provisional experimentation where the ever-changing notion of in-betweenness is constantly tested. It is rather a predetermined operational system where the relationship between cinema and theatre is governed by the logic of synchrony, therefore maintain their own individual institutional reality. Here, the presence of camera has an effect not only on the organization of stage but also an affect on how human body exists within the situation.
