Geography is a core subject for mutual understanding a relationship between Korea, China, and Japan. But the research and report on the Chinese geography education are poor progressed in Korea. This study aims to review the Chinese geography curriculum changes and the organization of Geography Curriculum Standards(GCS). The results of study are as follows. First, from the perspective of the Chinese geography curriculum development, political ideology and changes of society could lead to serious influences on the geography education. It is change through the process stage of prosperity${\rightarrow}$withdrawal${\rightarrow}$promotion${\rightarrow}$development. Second, most recently, Chinese GCS carried out a drastic reform of their geography curriculum emphasized the importance of a student' needs and activity, the organic correlation between the geographical knowledge and skills, and synthesis, practical value of the geography. Third, the organization of GCS consist of an introduction, curriculum objective, contents standard, performance rules. Fourth, the middle school GCS emphasized the importance of a basis of the geographical knowledge and skills in the 4 subjects(the earth and the maps, world geography, Chinese geography, regional geography). Finally, The high school GCS emphasized the importance of a student' occupational course and consideration of regional circumstances.

The purpose of this study is to establish the standard curriculum for informatics by reflecting the changing information technology and social needs and based on the competencies that school at each level must have. To accomplish the purpose, the informatics curriculums of 8 countries were analyzed, and the learning elements of the curriculum were extracted with the body of knowledge of the higher-level informatics standard curriculum being the frame. To establish the standard curriculum, 51 experts reviewed it and their opinions were collected 10 times. As a result of this study, the competencies that need to be fostered through the informatics curriculum were defined, and the competency-centered curriculum, including the learning elements required to acquire the competencies, and the competencies that can be manifested through the learning element, was proposed. The implication is that the informatics standard curriculum, proposed in this study, laid down the foundation for establishing the informatics curriculum scheduled to be revised in 2022.

유엔에서 협약한 국제거래법규는 국가간의 물품매매 계약시에 지대한 영향을 행사하며 앞으로의 국제거래법에서 중요한 표준규범이 되리라 전망된다. 특히 국제거래법규는 영미법의 표준거래규범과 유사한 점이 많지만 세부적으로 살펴보면 상이점 또한 지대하다고 하겠다. 본 연구는 국제거래법규의 형성과정을 영미법을 근간으로 하고 있는 표준거래규범의 측면과 대륙법적 측면에 대한 이론적 구성을 계약형성과정을 통하여 세부적으로 검토하고자 한다. 아울러 국제거래법규의 입법취지의 이해를 돕고자 유엔에서 협약했던 유사한 국제거래규범들의 입법에 관한 역사를 연대순으로 정리하였다. 본 연구의 결론은 계약형성과정에서의 이론적 구성이 대륙법적 측면보다 영미법의 표준거래규범 측면에 있다는 것이다. 그러므로 본 연구는 영미법의 표준거래규범(U.C.C)과 더불어서 물품거래 계약시에 지대한 영향을 미치는 국제거래법규(CISG)에 대해서 근접적인 접근방식으로 고찰하였다.

Intellectual property (IF) is essential to standards development although countervailing interests among stakeholders can sometimes undermine trust and inhibit progress. A consequence of slow or non-existent standards development is the loss of potential markets that can emerge only with an internationally recognized standard. Standards developing organizations (SDOs) can enable new markets by ensuring fairness and trust in their venues. The IEEE Standards Association (IEEE-SA) is an SDO that has defined specific steps to facilitate this outcome by means of its internationally recognized patent policy. This paper will describe the underlying principles that guided the creation of IEEE-SA' s policy; highlight five of the major elements of the policy; and suggest a process for integrating IF into standards so that IF stakeholders, in conjunction with standards developers, might agree to meet certain expectations in order for the standards-making process is to be successful and encourage market development.

기술표준원에서는 지난 6월 16일부터 30일까지 '국가표준화 및 적합성평가 능력 배양' 과정을 미얀마, 베트남, 인도네시아 등 총 9개 개도국의 국가표준화기구와 적합성평가 관련 실무자 14명을 대상으로 진행했다. 참석자들은 특히 우리나라가 원조를 받던 수원국에서 공여국이 된 첫 번째 케이스라는 점에 많은 관심을 피력했다. 김가현 기술표준원 국제표준협력과 전문위원의 진행 후기를 싣는다.

The motivation of this paper comes from a recognition that GIS educators in the private and public sectors are faced with both an opportunity and a dilemma. As the GIS vendors move to open systems which can be integrated with many traditional operations, the use of spatial data and analysis will become widespread throughout business, government and education. Hence the need for standardization in GIS fields is expanding rapidly. Especially non-standardized terminology of GIS prevents GIS-users from communicating among the GIS application fields. This paper will assist this shifting foundation by providing terminology control procedures for ISO/TC2ll family of standards and KS(Korea Standards) information terminology and make recommendations for the improvement and harmonization of terminology.

The contents of fraction division in textbooks are important because there were changes in situations and problem solving methods in textbooks according to the revision of the curriculum and the contents of textbooks affect students' learning directly. So, this study analyzed the achievement standards of the curriculum and formula types and situations, and the introduction process of non-standard and standard algorithms presented in Korean mathematics textbooks. The results are follows: there was little difference in the achievement standards of the curriculum, but there was a difference in the arrangement of contents by grades in textbooks. There was a difference in the types of formula according to textbooks. And the situation became more diverse; recent textbooks have changed to the direction of using the non-standard and the standard algorithm in parallel. In conclusion, I proposed categorizing rather than splitting the types of fraction division, the connection of non-standard and standard algorithm, and the need to prepare methods to pursue generalization and justification according to the common characteristics in the process of introducing standard algorithm.

The objective of this study is to develop university-level program(UP) 'Statistics Curriculum'. The UP program is a Korean curriculum sponsored by the Ministry of Education and Technology, which offers standardized courses to high school students that are generally recognized to be equivalent to undergraduate courses in college. In this paper we analyze that various programs are being conducted currently in Korea and overseas related with University-level Program in mathematics. And we describe course of the study, mathematical objectives of developed statistics curriculum on the study.
