구조재료의 특성에 따라 해당 협회에서 부재설계 규준을 제정한 경우에는 재료성질에 대한 정확한 이해와 더불어 구조적 특성에 대한 연구가 진행되어 계속적인 규준의 보완개정이 가능하다. 또한, 같은 재료의 구조물에 대한 용도에 관계없이 부재단면설계를 수행할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 이 글에서는 구조규준을 구성하는 설계하중, 구조해석 및 부재설계에 대해 각 분야별 특성과 지금까지 외국의 연구결과를 고찰하고 앞으로 우리나라 구조규준의 보완 및 개정작업에 있어 고려해야 할 점을 요약하고자 한다.

무게중심에 관련된 연구는 수학과 물리, 수학과 공학 분야에서 폭넓은 활용을 가지는 간학문적 접근의 한 예이며, 실생활에서의 경험을 수학적 개념 및 방법에 관련시킬 수 있는 흥미로운 영역이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 문헌연구를 통해 균일한 다각형판의 무게중심 개념을 소개하고, 삼각형판과 볼록사각형판의 무게중심의 위치 및 성질을 조사하고, 이를 확장하여 볼록n각형판에서 무게중심의 위치를 탐구하였다.

It is shown that the concept of 'earthquake quanta' proposed by Sacks and Rydeleck (1995) may be expressed in a more general form. The property that for large earthquakes the stress drop is approximately a constant, while for small events the stress drop is proportional to the moment seems independent of the failure criteria of the earthquake quanta. The physical significance of the concept of earthquake quanta is discussed in the perspective of 'seismon'.

이미 발표한 바와 같이 사과산을 강력히 분해하는 Schizosacharomyces japonicus var. japonicus를 과실주에 직접 적용하기 위한 기초적 자료를 얻고자 하여 양조학적 성질을 검토한 바를 보고하고자 한다. 사과산의 정량은 paper chromatograohy에 의하여 발색시킨 사과산의 spot를 Goodban의 방법에 의하여 비색 정량하였다. 본 공시균은 pH 4.2~4.8, 알코올 12% 이하, $SO_2는$ 150ppm 이하, $Mn^{2+}$ 은 $MnSO_4$ 로서 0.01% 이하의 농도에서 양호한 Maloalcohol 발효를 유도하였다. 더욱 공시균은 7.5%의 알코올을 생성시켰다. 당류의 첨가는 Maloalcohol 발효를 저해하였으며 정치 배양과 진탕 배양과의 차이점은 거의 인정할 수 없으나 공시균의 생육은 진탕 배양하므로 촉진되었다. 0.3%의 사과산을 $30^{\circ}C에서$ 정치 배양하므로 배양 6일로서 완전히 분해하였다.

An analytical model has been developed to predict the elastic properties of a filled resin reinforced by chopped fibers, a three-phase composite such as a filled sheet molding compound(SMC). In the model the matrix material and fillers form an effective matrix. The effective matrix is then considered to be reinforced with long fibers lying in the sheet plane but randomly oriented in the plane. Expressions for the resulting transversely isotropic composite properties are explicitly presented. Using this model, the Young's and shear moduli are calculated for the SMC sample with filler weight fraction of 35% and fiber content of 30%. The same properties are also determined experimentally. The agreement between the calculated and measured elastic moduli is found to be very good for the in-plane properties. However, the out-of-plane properties show a large difference because the effect of voids is not taken into account in the model.

본 연구는 화염에 노출된 목재 부재의 거동에 관련된 자료를 얻기 위해 수행되었다. 목재 보에 대한 현행 내화 모델들은 외곽부 섬유의 MOE나 휨강도의 감소, 그리고 화염노출의 계속으로 인한 단면의 감소 등에 기초하고 있다. 하지만 이런 모델들은 정확한 거동 예측이 힘들다. 따라서 목재 보의 거동을 정확히 예측하기 위해 본 연구에서는 변형 단면을 이용한 내화거동 모델을 개발하고자 하였다. 이 변형 단면모델을 개발하기 위하여 온도분포 온도와 목재의 물리적 성질간의 상관관계를 이용하였다. 본 연구를 통해 온도와 목재의 휨성질간의 정확한 관계가 제공되기만 한다면 본 방법이 화염에 노출된 목재 보의 변형을 잘 예측할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

지반-구조물 상호작용 시스템 구조물의 진동제어 시스템 복합재료 구조물과 같은 비비례 감쇠 구조물의 경우 정확한 동적응답을 얻기 위해서는 감쇠행렬을 고려한 고유치 문제를 계산하는 것이 필수적이다 그러나 대부분의 고유치 해법에서는 구하고자 하는 고유치 중 일부를 누락시킬 수 있기 때문에 어떤 고유치 해법이 실제문제에 응용 가능한 방법이 되기 위해서는 누락된 고유치의 존재 여부를 검사하는 기법을 포함하고 있어야만 한다. 비감쇠나 비례감쇠 시스템의 경우에는 널리 알려진 Sturm 수열성질을 이용하여 누락된 고유치를 쉽게 검사할 수 있는 반면에 비비례 감쇠 시스템의 경우에는 널리 알려진 Sturm 수열 성질을 이용하여 누락된 고유치를 쉽게 검사할 수 있는 반면에 비비례 감쇠 시스템의 경우에는 아직까지 검사 기법이 개발되어 있지않다 본 논문에서는 편각의 원리를 이용하여 감쇠행렬을 고려한 고유치 문제의 누락된 고유치의 존재여부를 검사하는 기법을 제안하였다 제안방법의 효용성을 검증하기 위하여 두가지 수치예제를 고려하였다.

The physical and chemical properties of polyurethane-yieding twofomponent liquid injection mixture and those of the resulting polyurethane solid foam for chemical grouting are investigated. The chemical experiments on the factors influencing the properties of polyurethane show that the behaviors of polyurethane-yielding liquid material and those of the produced polyurethane solid foam are greatly affected by the ground conditions such as temperature, water content and density of soil. The ground reinforcing and water -blocking effects of polyurethane grouting are examined through field case history of tunnel ericavati on of the subway under construction.

This paper presents a method for constructing multiple- valued switching functions based on Galois fields. First the constructing Inethod for single- variable switching functions is developers and the results are extended to multiple- variable functions. The fundalnental Inathelnatical properties used in this paper are. (1) The sum of all elements over CF of is zero. (2) The Product of nonzero elements over GF(N) is equal to e1 for Neven, and e1( ) for N odd. With these properties, a relatlvely simple constructing method is developed, and a process for determining the coefficients of the expanded forms of switching functions is also obtained without successive multiplication of the polynomials. Some examples are given to illustrate the method.

인터넷을 통해 생성, 전달되는 문서 량이 급격히 많아짐에 따라, 정보의 접근을 용이하게 하기 위한 문서의 자동 분류 기능이 절실히 요구되고 있다. SVM(Support Vector Machine)은 최근에 문서 분류에 널리 쓰이고 있는 기법으로 다른 분류기에 비하여 좋은 성능을 보여주고 있다. 하지만 SVM은 현재까지 주로 비 계층 평탄화(flat)된 분류 응용에 효과적으로 적용되어 왔다. 이와 달리 본 논문은 문서 분류에 있어서 최종 분류 class를 한번에 출력하는 비 계층 분류보다는, 비슷한 성질을 갖는 class의 집합을 계층적 구조로 묶어 분류하는 계층적 분류 기법이 보다 사람이 이해하기 쉽고 사용하기 편리하며 더 효과적이라는 것을 보이고, 실험을 통해 계층적 분류를 위한 효과적인 SVM분류기를 개발하여 비 계층 분류보다 좋은 분류 성능을 보여 줄 수 있음을 확인한다.
