제품계열공학에서 feature diagram(FD)은 개발자의 직관이나 도메인 전문가의 경험에 근거하여 작성되어, feature간의 공통성 및 가변성분석 기준이 불명확하며 비정형적인 feature의 공통성 및 가변성 분석으로 인한 stakeholder의 공통된 이해가 부족한 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 이를 해결하기 위하여 공통된 feature의 이해를 위해 feature 속성리스트에 기반한 메타 feature모델과 feature간의 의미유사성관계를 이용한 온톨로지를 적용한 공통성 및 가변성 분석모델을 제안한다.

This is the second year study of ''The Development of Model of National Criterion- Referenced Assessment Standards" that had started in 1997. In the study, national assessment standards for high school common science were developed based on national curriculum. In the whole process of developing the standards, high school teachers, university professors and administrators of the Ministry of Education have participated as the "developing group" or "consulting group". Through various activities such as conference, workshop, intensive work, examination by science education experts, the standards and instruments were developed and modified. The research contents can be itemized as follows: - modifying the achievement standards developed in the first year research based on the opinions of various experts(science teachers, professors of science education, philosophers) - developing assessment standards based on the specially designed system. The standards divide students' achievements into three levels(upper/middle/low) and state each level so that it can guide evaluation of achievement. - developing various types of test instruments to probe students' achievement levels for each assessment standard.

본 연구는 과거의 수익률에 근거한 투자전략인 반대투자 전략과 모멘팀 전략의 성과를 분석 하고 있다. 이러한 투자전략의 성과와 주식수익률의 시계열적 특성간의 관련성을 밝히고, 투자 성과를 기업고유 요인에 대한 주가의 과잉반응, 시장의 공통요인에 대한 주가의 반응, 그리고 개별주식의 평균수익률의 횡단면적 공분산에 기인한 부분으로 각각 분해하고 있다. 모멘팀 전략은 1주일 이상 6개월 정도의 포트폴리오 재구성 기간에 대하여 양의 성과를 보이고 있으며, 반대투자 전략은 3개월 이상 6개월의 정도의 기간에 대하여 유의적인 성과가 나타나고 있지만, 상승국면에서는 양의 성과가 나타나고 하락국면에서는 음의 성과가 나타나고 있다. 투자전략의 성과는 1주일 이내의 기간에 대해서는 수익률의 자기공분산에 의하여 주로 설명되며, 1개월에서 3개월 정도의 기간에 대해서는 교차공분산에 의하여 주로 설명되고, 6개월의 기간에 대해서는 개별주식 평균수익률의 횡단면적 분산에 의하여 주로 설명되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 기간이 짧은 경우에는 투자성과가 주로 기업고유 요인에 대한 지연된 반응에 의하여 설명되며, 기간이 길어짐에 따라 주식수익률은 기업고유 요인에 대하여 과잉반응하는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 시장의 공통요인에 대해서 대체로 지연된 반응이 나타나며 기간이 길어짐에 따라 소규모기업의 주식은 시장의 공통정보에 대하여 과잉반응하는 것으로 나타났다.

국가연구개발사업은 현재 각 부처 별 다수의 법률에 근거하여 운영되고 있다. 일선 연구자 입장에서의 행정 절차 상 불편함과 국가 연구개발 중장기 계획 상 일관성의 부족이 문제로 지적되었다. 이에 수년 전부터 국가연구개발사업에 공통적으로 적용할 법률의 필요성이 제기되었으나, 실제로 제정되지는 않았다. 이 논문에서는 여러 정부 부처를 아우르는 국가연구개발사업 법률 제정 시 사안 별로 공통 적용을 해야 할 것과 그렇게 하지 말아야 할 것을 구별한다. 관련 정부 조직 개편에 있어서는 각 정부 부처들의 국가연구개발사업 기획 기능 강화와 국가과학기술자문회의 및 과학기술혁신본부의 정부 부처 간 사업 조정 기능 강화, 그리고 전문기관의 사업 관리 기능 전담을 법적으로 규정할 것을 주장한다. 국가연구개발 중장기 계획의 일관성 제고가 이 법률안의 취지에 포함되나, 중장기 계획은 지속적으로 제 개정이 필요하기 때문에 법적으로는 근거 조항만 두고, 국가과학기술자문회의가 범부처 중장기 계획을 수립하도록 할 것을 주장한다. 또한 부처 간 사업 조정 시 유사 및 중복 사업이 아닌 경우, 사업이 축소되지 않고 각 부처가 개별적으로 진행할 수 있는 근거 조항이 필요함을 주장한다.

CCITT No.7 신호방식은 향후 도래할 종합 정보 통신망에 적합한 공통선 신호 방식이다. CCITT No.7 공통선 신호 기능의 일부인 신호 연결제어부는 메시지 전달부(MTP)의 상위에 위치하여 다양한 서비스 정보 및 망운용에 필요한 정보를 전달하는 역할을 수행한다. 본고는 CCITT Red Book 이후 계속되어온 CCITT 회의 자료를 근거로 하여 신호연결제어부의 전반적인 기능을 소개하고 향후 TDX-10에 실현할 신호연결제어부의 기능들에 대해 기술하였다.

IT(Information Technology) 제품의 보안 기능을 평가하기 위하여 서로 다른 체계를 이용할 경우 평가를 위한 이중의 비용 소요와 추가의 시간 소모 등의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 미국, 영국, 호주 등의 선진국들은 국제 간에 상호 인정이 가능한 공통평가기준(CC: Common Criteria)에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 현재 우리나라도 국제상호인정협정(CCRA)에 가입을 준비중에 있으며, 다양한 IT 제품으로 평가 제도의 확대를 준비하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 미국, 영국, 호주의 CC 체제 하에서 평가된 정보보호 제품들의 특성을 분석하고, 이를 근거로 우리나라 IT 제품의 보안기능 평가에 적용 가능한 분류 체계를 고찰해 본다.

This paper proposes the effective method to improve the protection from induced lightning surge by making common grounding from individual grounding. Common grounding under equipotential principle is more effective than individual grounding for lightning surge protection, and so common grounding is indicated as international technical standard under the AC power supply system with neutral line. So, this paper is to propose the effective way of induced lightning surge protection method for currently installed power supply system which has no neutral grounded line and individual grounding which are weak for lightning surge protection. This proposal can improve the power supply system as has neutral line, and improve the grounding system to common grounding system. And also this paper proposes to make effective equipotential system with voltage variable shunting devices for lightning surge protection.

One of the most important aspects of the research on multi-agent systems is the definition of agent communication languages(ACLs) and the specification of a proper formal semantics of ACLs. In this paper, we propose an illocutionary effect-based FIPA-ACL semantics which overcomes the two traditional semantic approaches. The key idea of this new semantics is based on the semantic concepts of success and satisfaction conditions of illocutionary acts in speech act theory, and the common ground theory-based framework. As case studies using this new semantics, we define the primitive speech acts of FIPA-ACL such as inform and request. For the strengths of the proposed approach we illustrate our new semantics on an e-commerce agent purchase negotiation. Also, we compare this approach with two traditional semantic approaches for ACLs.

여러 사람에게서 생체신호를 측정하여 특징을 추출하는 경우 피실험자마다 다른 신체적 또는 생리학적 특징에 의해 같은 클래스로 분류하고 싶어도 다른 클래스로 잘못 분류되는 경우가 발생한다. 이와 같이 N 명의 사람에게서 얻은 생체신호로 M 개의 클래스를 분류하도록 훈련하여 새로운 사람의 생체신호를 M 개의 클래스로 분류하고자 할 때 발생하는 문제를 해결하기 위한 방법으로 피실험자 독립적인 클러스터링 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위한 수학적 기반으로 동치관계들의 교집합과 합집합에 근거한 새로운 연산자를 정의하고 이를 이용하여 최대 공통 클러스터(Largest Common Cluster, LCC)라는 새로운 개념을 정의한다 이는 여러 사람에게서 얻은 정보에서 최대한 공통의 성질을 갖는 것들을 찾아내는 수학적이고 체계적인 방법이라 할 수 있다. 따라서 일단 LCC를 찾아내면 이를 특징(feature)으로 삼아 패턴분류기를 설계하면 여러 사람에게 적용가능한 생체신호 인식기를 설계할 수 있게 된다.
