  • 한국농어촌공사 농어촌연구원은 하천 및 해안분야의 다양한 수리모형실험을 수행할 수 있는 대형 수리모형실험 시설을 2018년에 구축완료하였다. 국내 최대 규모의 실험장뿐만 아니라 첨단 광학용 계측장비(PIV 및 LDV 시스템)를 연계한 전용실험수로, 대형유사실험수로 등 7종의 기능별 실험수로를 갖추고 있어 다양한 수리현상 분석을 수행할 수 있다. 최근에는 산사태의 주요 원인중 하나인 토석류 실험, 방조제 주변의 침·퇴적 실험 등을 수행하였으며, 본 연구에서는 3D 지형스캐너를 활용한 방조제 주변의 지형변동 수리모형실험에 대하여 소개를 하고자 한다. 방조제는 조수가 육지쪽으로 밀려들어와 내부개발지역이나 농지 등을 해수로부터 보호하기 위해 설치되는 외곽시설이다. 이러한 방조제 전면의 빠른 유속에 의한 침식은 배후지의 안전에 상당히 큰 문제를 야기시킨다. 방조제의 침식을 방지하기 위하여 방조제 전면에 수제공을 설치하여 수제공과 수제공 사이의 느려진 유속에 의해 방조제 전면에 토사를 퇴적시키는 방법이 있다. 본 연구에서는 방조제 전면에 수제공의 길이를 달리 설치하여 수제공 주변의 침·퇴적현상을 이동상 실험을 수행하여 분석하였다. 일반적으로 토사의 침·퇴적고를 계측하는 방법으로 일정한 격자망을 구성하여 각 지점별로 실험 전·후의 토사의 표고차를 수작업으로 계측한다. 이 경우는 실험자가 직접 측정하는 계측오차가 발생하게 되고 측정할 수 있는 지점의 수가 한계가 있어 전체적인 토사의 변화양상을 분석하기엔 어려움이 있다. 이를 해결하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 농어촌연구원이 보유하고 있는 3D 지형스캐너를 활용하여 토사의 표고차를 측정하였다. 실험에 사용한 3D 지형스캐너의 최대 측정거리는 스캐너가 설치된 중심점으로부터 반경 80m에 해당하며, 해상도는 1.6mm~50mm의 범위로 수작업으로 격자망을 구성하여 측정하는 것보다 상당히 높은 수준의 결과를 취득할 수 있으며 계측시간을 단축할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 하지만, 펄스레이저에 의한 지형스캔 방식은 수면과 같이 레이저가 투과할 수 없는 경우에는 계측이 불가능하며, 어두운 계열의 색을 스캔하는 경우 결과 분석에 주의할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 이동상 재료로 안트라사이트(검은색)를 포설하였고, 검은색 계열의 실험사에도 3D 지형스캐너가 우수한 결과를 제공하는 것을 확인하였다.

Cost Performance Evaluation Framework through Analysis of Unstructured Construction Supervision Documents using Binomial Logistic Regression (비정형 공사감리문서 정보와 이항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 이용한 건축 현장 비용성과 평가 프레임워크 개발)

  • This research explores the potential of leveraging unstructured data from construction supervision documents, which contain detailed inspection insights from independent third-party monitors of building construction processes. With the evolution of analytical methodologies, such unstructured data has been recognized as a valuable source of information, offering diverse insights. The study introduces a framework designed to assess cost performance by applying advanced analytical methods to the unstructured data found in final construction supervision reports. Specifically, key phrases were identified using text mining and social network analysis techniques, and these phrases were then analyzed through binomial logistic regression to assess cost performance. The study found that predictions of cost performance based on unstructured data from supervision documents achieved an accuracy rate of approximately 73%. The findings of this research are anticipated to serve as a foundational resource for analyzing various forms of unstructured data generated within the construction sector in future projects.

  • The construction industry from the research about materials calculate automation became accomplished plentifully. Material price calculate with application in the CAD plan is more quicker and accurate than with existing handy work. It gives a many effect in development of the research and estimation program against material calculate production automation with application of the CAD. But material calculate production uses an estimate program from generally a framework construction and the material calculate production work becomes accomplished. A thesis of the material calculate production methodology about a part of materials boundary condition from material calculate production work of framework construction is the actual condition which is insufficient. From the dissertation which it sees standardize the concrete, a concrete form a each part of materials calculate method from framework construction material calculate production. It standardize a part of materials agree with a condition of material calculate methodology which from a each part of materials boundary condition.

  • Instrumentation device to the amount of water used by the user is a water meter by measuring management stability is necessary. But with the onset of winter to meter water was ice inside the phase change and about 9 % and increase the volume of the meter is damaged. The existing protection bleed water meter freeze protection technology into three great bootong, supplying the heat insulation inside the external protection, water metering for water meter in the freeze protection will be divided into installing the device. Not see how far the structure for the commercialization of new technology-based products and aims to develop technologies that do not require an external power supply. Thus, freeze more vulnerable by internal pressure of the interpretation applied to a water meter in temperatures below zero internal pressure to confirm the area of preventing damage and freeze protection that can reduce the effect is superior to develop a water meter.

Development of an Ensemble Prediction Model for Lateral Deformation of Retaining Wall Under Construction (시공 중 흙막이 벽체 수평변위 예측을 위한 앙상블 모델 개발)

  • The advancement in large-scale underground excavation in urban areas necessitates monitoring and predicting technologies that can pre-emptively mitigate risk factors at construction sites. Traditionally, two methods predict the deformation of retaining walls induced by excavation: empirical and numerical analysis. Recent progress in artificial intelligence technology has led to the development of a predictive model using machine learning techniques. This study developed a model for predicting the deformation of a retaining wall under construction using a boosting-based algorithm and an ensemble model with outstanding predictive power and efficiency. A database was established using the data from the design-construction-maintenance process of the underground retaining wall project in a manifold manner. Based on these data, a learning model was created, and the performance was evaluated. The boosting and ensemble models demonstrated that wall deformation could be accurately predicted. In addition, it was confirmed that prediction results with the characteristics of the actual construction process can be presented using data collected from ground measurements. The predictive model developed in this study is expected to be used to evaluate and monitor the stability of retaining walls under construction.

  • 한국농어촌공사에서는 과학적이고 체계적인 농업기반시설 및 용수관리로 재해를 예방하고 물관리의 효율성 증대를 위한 유지관리 종합정보시스템인 농업기반시설관리시스템을 구축하여 운영중에 있다. 한국농어촌공사는 2012년부터 저수지별 일공급량을 측정하여 기록 관리하고 있어, 저수지의 수위차와 공급량을 사용하여 저수지의 일유입량을 산정 할 수 있는 체계를 구축하였고 저수지 종합건전성 평가를 위해 이 자료를 사용하였다. 수량부문은 수문학적으로 하천환경 및 수생태계에 민감한 영향을 끼치는 인자들로 지표를 구성하였다. 선정된 지표는 High Flow, Low Flow, Seasonality, Zero Flow, Variability로 구성하였다. 수질부문은 자연적 요인과 사회·경제적 요인 기준에 의한 분류를 통해 저수지의 건전성 상태를 파악할 수 있는 지표를 선정하였다. 자연적 요인은 환경부의 수질환경기준에 제시된 항목 중 저수지 건전성을 대표할 수 있는 수온, DO, COD, SS, TN, TP 및 TOC를 선정하였다. 농업용 저수지 수량·수질을 고려한 수환경 평가체계 적용을 위해 적누, 이담, 송고 저수지를 선정하였다. 3개 저수지를 대상으로 수량, 수질 부문으로 나누어 부문별 건전성 및 종합건전성 평가를 수행하였다. 선정된 지표의 분석단위를 통일시키기 위하여 표준화를 수행하였으며 자료의 왜곡정도가 큰 경우에는 로그변환을 취하여 표준화를 수행하였다. 가중치 적용은 주관적인 견해가 들어갈 수 있는 전문가의 설문에 의한 방법보다는 수학적 방법을 이용한 주성분과 엔트로피 가중치 방법을 적용하였다. 최종적으로 산정된 지수에 따라 하천별 현황을 주제별, 시기별로 검토하였으며 객관적이고 이해가 쉽게 5개 등급으로 등급분류를 해 저수지별 건전성 정도를 쉽게 파악할 수 있도록 하였다.

  • An influx of the population to the city has soared due to industrialization. As times go by, cities become densely populated so Korean government started to construct a number of buildings including apartment housings. Because they have become functionally, structurally, esthetically deteriorated over the past two decades. some improvements are needed. There are mainly two ways to improve old buildings: remodeling and reconstruction. Between the two, the first one is more popular as it is less time-consuming and more eco-friendly. Demolition work comes first for both of them and it should not give negative effects since it is regarded as a CP(Critical path) in the overall process. For this reason, a thorough construction management must be done. The reality, however, demolition is managed by the construction manager's experiences and decisions. If the key factor of demolition which is the planning of manpower and machine equipment, is determined by unscientific and subjective judgments, its period and risk also will increase. In particular, eco-friendly demolition can be more risky because it's been rarely conducted. Therefore, scientific and objective ways of demolition management are needed. In this context, this paper aims at analyzing productivity in each process of demolition focusing on manpower and machinery equipment which are the main parts of demolition assuming that the demands of eco-friendly remodeling demolition projects will be increasing. At the same time, by estimating working period through the output, this paper would be helpful to set up the plans for overall project in earlier stage.

A Study on Prediction of Earth Retaining Work Cost in the Project Planning Stage -Focusing on Apartment Construction Projects in Seoul- (사업기획단계에서 흙막이 공사비 예측에 관한 연구 -서울시내 아파트 건설사업을 중심으로-)

  • In general, earth retaining work in construction works enables the construction of structures, prevents the displacement of the surrounding ground to the maximum extent, and plays an important role in ensuring the safety of the surrounding structures and field workers. The earth retaining work and the construction method differ according to the various ground characteristics, surrounding topographical characteristics, repair environment, and design conditions. In particular, in the case of Seoul city, the environments and ground conditions differ according to the area. This study analyzed the earth retaining work cost mainly for the apartment construction project in Seoul and calculated the approximate earth retaining work cost at the project planning stage. A model was developed to predict the cost of earth retaining work that matches the characteristics of Seoul City and predict the construction cost for earth retaining work. This paper presents the predicted earth retaining work cost using a multiple regression model that applies 10 project outlines as independent variables. The error rate of the prediction result of the earth retaining work cost of the apartment construction project in Seoul using multiple regression models was 10.75%.

A Method for the Effective Implementation of a Consignment Contract in Road Constructions (도로 수탁공사의 효과적 수행을 위한 방법론)

  • The city planning of a local government is a continuous process that does not end with the creation of a plan but proceeds through decision-making, monitoring and evaluation phases. As a new city planning is changed and confirmed, there is a chance to construct a large scale road that is connected with an under constructed road. In this case, the expansion of the width and length of road, the addition of bridges or tunnels, and the change of the size and location of interchanges lead to many changes on road design and construction. In the past, the consignment contracts for a road construction have been made in limited numbers and for limited civil works. Now, it is growing in numbers and is making for large scale multi-works. However, the standard process and guidelines for the consignment contracts have not been suggested yet, so there is difficulty in performing the consigned road construction effectively. In this paper, the important factors for the consignment contracts are determined by construction document reviews and expert interviews. Based on these results, a standard process for the consigned contracts and a guideline for agreeing on construction cost are suggested. The costs that should be paid by a consignor are also defined.

Improvement of the Calculation Standard for Prolongation cost of Long-term Continuing Contracts Construction Project (장기계속계약공사의 공기연장 추가간접비 산정 개선방안)

  • In Korea, additional indirect costs generated from the time period extension of public construction projects have been studied. Practical claims against such costs are increasing. There are no clear criteria for calculating the delay cost caused by the extension, and thus calculation methods differ across entities. Logical valid calculation methods have also not been researched. Further, there are no Korean studies on the additional indirect cost caused by a suspension in a public construction project on a long-term continuing contract. The purpose of this research is to propose a method of calculating the indirect cost incurred by construction time extension that reflects the characteristics of Korean public construction projects. The cost patterns generated during construction periods were analyzed, and then the current criteria of calculating the indirect costs caused by the extension were examined. Following this, actual conditions and practices in the field were surveyed and the current calculation method was applied to a model case to compare the actual cost and that determined from the current calculation method. Issues with the current method were identified by this comparison. Based on this, this research proposes a method of calculating the total actual cost caused by a suspension in a public construction project that is appropriate for calculating the additional indirect cost generated by a suspension in a public construction project on a long-term continuing contract.
