The purpose of this study, we examined the influencing factors of acceptance of new information systems and attitude formation in 279 local government officials who were exposed to the use of new information technology, and examined the moderating role of technostress and absorptive capacity. As a result, technostress negatively affected attitudes by moderating perceived ease of use, and absorptive capacity generated a positive effect that further increased perceived usefulness. Technostress and absorptive capacity have both direct and moderating effects on attitudes. It suggests that management of technostress and absorptive capacity, which affects the formation of attitudes toward information technology acceptance, becomes more important for local government officials who need to accept new information technology through Top-Down decision making. In particular, we discussed ways to reduce technostress in order to prevent cognitive dissonance about determinants of technology acceptance.

Various problems are occurring as teachers and student's parents communicate directly through mobile phones. In this study, a service model was proposed that allows teachers and student's parents to communicate through SNS platforms without knowing each other's mobile phone numbers. In the civil complaint communication service model proposed in this study provides, communication key sets are provided as public data, and a commonly used SNS platform uses the relevant relationship information to implement communication. This model also has expandability that can be applied not only to teachers, but also to ① officers who need to communicate with the parents of soldiers, ② nursing, health and nursing care personnel who frequently contact patient caregivers, and ③ welfare officials.

미농무성 초청으로 ''84.8.10$\~$9.29까지 미 농무성 동식물검역국(Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service)의 공무원 교육원(Professional Development Center, Maryland 주의 Fredrick시 소재)에서 식물검역 연수과정에 참석한 연수자는 한국, 코스타리카, 자마이카, 소말리아, 에멘, 우루과이, 마다가스카르, 잠비아등 8개국에서 온 9명이었다. 연수는 이론과 현장실습이 각 50$\%$씩 되어 있었으며 특히 공항과 항구검역 및 검역제도 수립등에 역점을 두었다. 미국의 식물검역은 우리나라의 식물검역과 크게 다른 점이 없었으나 몇가지 상이한 것이 있어 이것을 중심으로 미국의 식물검역에 대하여 약술함으로써 우리나라의 식물검역 업무의 개선에 도움을 주고자 한다.

서울소방재난본부를 중심으로 긴급구조통제단과 관련된 정보화 현황을 살펴보고 개선방안을 모색하여 향후 연구방향을 제시하는 것은 재난대응 역량 강화에 기여하는 계기가 될 것이다. 본 연구의 목적은 긴급구조 통제단 운영업무와 관련하여 전산화 현황은 미비한 상황이므로 이를 체계적이고 합리적으로 개선하여 소방 공무원의 재난행정 업무를 경감하고 신속한 의사결정을 지원하는 정보화체계의 필요성을 제시하는 데 있다.

According to the result of this study, democracy, efficiency and consistency of governmental organizations gave the positive effect to public trust and private trust directly. But only democracy and efficiency affected to organizational commitment. As the analysis result of mediating effect, democracy and efficiency enhanced the total effect due to the mediating effect of public trust.

Along with the advance of Information technology and the introduction of the information era, cyber education through the internet has been activated in universities and private educational organization. However, most cyber education is not being practically applied in government employ. This study looks at the influential factors of cyber education in order to create a cyberspace where the public official can obtain information at a place and time convenient to them. This will provide a chance to activate cyber education effectively. The hypothesis was approved through multiple regression analysis was executed in order to explain and predict the relationship between influential factors and cyber education effects. The results of the study show the influential factors of education effect as follows: - the instruction design and contents factors such as interesting educational contents, interaction between leamers and teacher, and positive instruction, all had an important influence. - the learner factors, such as a desire to leam, motivation, and interest in the lesson, also had a significant influence. - the environmental factors such as systematical basis and support, atmosphere, and consideration of others had a large effect on the education effect.

Objective : The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship among job stress, depression, and suicidal ideation in firefighters, particularly the mediating effects of depression. Methods : The subjects were 2,136 firefighters in Gangwon-do, who completed the short form of Korean occupational stress scale (KOSS-SF), Korean version of the Beck depression inventory (K-BDI), and the revised scale for suicide ideation (SSI) online in mental health promotion service of firefighters. The data was analyzed with correlation analysis among the variables, and the multiple regression analysis method of Bar-on and Kenny (1986) was used. Results : Job stress showed positive correlations with depression (r=0.493, p <0.01) and suicidal ideation (r=0.296, p<0.01). Depression showed a positive correlation with suicidal ideation (r=0.561, p<0.01). The result of analyzing the mediating effect of depression showed that depression was a full mediator variable between job stress and suicidal ideation. Conclusion : Based on the results, it is very likely that job stress may affect suicidal ideation via depression. These results suggested that the preventive interventions emphasized on depression may be helpful for reduction of suicide in firefighters.

This study has intended to perform comparative analysis of climate change adaptation-related recognition between public officials and citizens in ChungCheongBukDo-Province, Korea. To reach this goal, we identified difference between the two groups by prioritizing target group's adaptation policies for climate change, and analyzing climate change adaptation-related recognition in each sector. Climate change adaptation policies can have great policy utility when the boundaries between policy makers and detainees are blurred. Therefore, this study has suggested some measures to reduce the recognition gaps between the target groups by analyzing the characteristics of the groups.

The aim of the study intends to investigate safety and health of injured firefighter in Gyeongbuk province and to provide the base data for the safety and health of firefighter. The results of the study are as follows. The injured firefighter are under more job stress than general's and the effect factor of stress are "lack of reward", "organizational system", "occupational climate" and "job insecurity". The injured firefighter receive more job stress than the average of korean man about "physical environment" and "occupational climate". The prevalence post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) of injured firefighter using IES-R-K is 75 percent of the surveyed.
