A Study on Korean 'B-movie' narrative characteristic -Focused on and (한국 'B급 영화'의 서사 특징 연구 -<어둔 밤>(2018)과 <오늘도 평화로운>(2019)을 중심으로)

  • The Korean movies, and are suitable for "B-movie" for spending low budget and utilizing subculture factors such as kitsch, parody. Using surrealistic space and arbitrary language is the most prior element in constituting 'B-affection'. In that sense, Behind the Dark Night, Super Margin have characteristics overcrossing the media from comics to film. Despite absurd story, Behind the Dark Night has a realistic and concrete sense of what is the making films. The hero in Super Margin was swindled, so he strikes a blow the breeding-place of crime himself. In conclusion, showing comics characteristic aspects has been increasing comedy effects. But, on the other hand, Behind the Dark Night, Super Margin have pointed out that there are many kind of social problems such like career, fraud etc. In addition, they introspect the meaning what is that to making films.

  • 최근 공공분야 및 민간분야에서 고해상도 위성영상의 활용이 높아짐에 따라 이를 이용하여 수자원 분야의 치수계획 및 안전도 평가, 유역 홍수대응기술 분야에서의 다양한 활용이 비약적으로 증대되고 있는 실정이다. 고해상도 위성영상의 활용은 국지적 규모의 토지이용 변화 및 대기 상태의 모니터링을 위한 효과적인 기술로 인식되어 왔다. 우리나라의 KOMPSAT-2 위성은 GSD(Ground Sample Distance) 1m급의 전정색 영상과 4m급의 다중분광 영상을 동시에 제공하는 고해상도 위성이다. 그러나 다중분광센서의 복잡성과 보안성에 의해 영상이 제한적으로 제공되고 있어 KOMPSAT-2 위성영상을 이용한 다양한 연구가 미흡한 실정이다. 한편, 토지이용도의 제작은 다중분광 영상을 제공하는 위성영상을 이용하여 제작된다. 다중분광 영상이 제공하는 분광정보 및 공간정보 등으로 토지이용분류를 수행하거나 멀티센서 자료의 통합을 통한 토지이용분류 기법을 개발하여 제작하였다. 그러나 대부분 GSD 10m급 이상의 중 저해상도 위성영상을 이용하여 제작이 이루어져 수평위치 정확도 및 세부정보의 제공이 낮으며, 정보의 최신성이 결여되어 있다. 특히, 유역 치수안전도 평가를 위한 토지이용도 작성은 매우 중요한 부분을 차지하고 있으므로 이에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 섬강유역을 대상으로 KOMPSAT-2 영상을 이용하여 유역 치수안전도 평가 및 치수계획 수립기술을 위한 토지이용도를 작성하고자 한다. 토지이용 분류방법은 감독분류와 무감독분류 방법을 조합하여 분류정확도를 개선시키는 하이브리드분류(hybrid classification) 방법을 이용하였으며, 분류기준의 선정은 환경부 토지이용분류 기준을 참고하여 1단위와 2단위 분류체계를 혼용하였다. 또한, 분류 후 후처리를 통하여 잡음을 제거하고 환경부의 토지이용도를 참조하여 육안판독으로 오분류된 지역을 보정하였다. 새롭게 작성된 토지이용도는 기존의 토지이용도와 비교 분석하여 토지이용변화 상황을 파악하고, 이를 통하여 KOMPSAT-2 영상의 토지이용도 개선 가능성을 검토하였다.

Recognizing that a person doesn't put on a safety cap using DSP. (DSP(Digital signal proccesor)를 이용한 산업현장에서의 안전모 미착용 인식 기술)

  • This paper proposes a method of recognizing that a person doesn't put on a safety cap using image processing method in DSP(Digital Signal Processor). It processes inputted images by image input devices that equipped in a industrial settings. If the method recognizes a person that doesn't put on a safety cap, a system transfers relevant recognition result to a supervisor and takes proper measures. If an accident happens and someone doesn't put on a safety cap, additional casualities could be. Proposed method can nip additional casualties in the bud. To recognize that a person don't put on a safety cap, images are processed by object abstraction, removal of noise, decision of a thing or a person, abstraction of a head part in a image, recognizing whether a man puts on a safety cap using HSV color space or not, and so on. Image input and image process are processed by DSP. And C language-based codes are optimized by an eignefunction(Intrinsics) for speed improvement of algorithms.

  • The purpose of Serious games in immersive Metaverse platform to provide users both fun and intriguing learning experiences. We proposes a serious game for self-trainable fire evacuation drill with collaboration among avatars synchronized with multiple trainees and optionally with real-time supervising placed at different remote physical locations. The proposed system architecture is composed of wearable motion sensors and a Head Mounted Display to synchronize each user's intended motions to her/his avatar activities in a cyberspace in Metaverse environment. The proposed system provides immersive as well as inexpensive environments for easy-to-use user interface for cyber experience-based fire evacuation training system. The proposed configuration of the user-avatar interface, the collaborative learning environment, and the evaluation system on the VR serious game are expected to be applied to other serious games. The game was implemented only for the predefined fire scenario for buildings, but the platform can extend its configuration for various disaster situations that may happen to the public.

  • By analyzing the operation status of fire safety management of small construction site workers, deriving problems, and suggesting improvement measures, this study was conducted to present practical basic data for their efficient use in the future, and the following conclusions were drawn. First, it was analyzed that small construction site workers are elderly in the age group of construction workers, have short construction skills, most of the jobs are working in the construction industry, and the employment type is non-regular workers. Second, the fire safety management improvement plan of small construction site workers is systematized, fire safety manager is deployed to manage fire risk, fire escape routes and emergency warning facilities are provided to inform all workers at the construction site. In addition, measures to reduce industrial accidents are needed through realistic evacuation training, fire VR training, and interesting educational programs.

  • Online exams are not limited by time and space. It has the advantage that it does not require a separate exam site for examinees, and there is no time and cost required to move to the exam site. However, the online exam has the disadvantage that various cheating is possible because the exam is conducted in an individual environment. In addition, there is a difficulty in detecting cheating due to the lack of exam supervision methods. In addition, since the exam process and result data exist only as digital data, it is inconvenient to check directly on the server where the exam result is stored in order to check whether the exam result is forged or not. If the data related to the exam is maliciously changed, the authenticity cannot be verified. In this study, we tried to increase the reliability of the online exam by developing a blockchain-based online exam cheating detection system that stores exam progress-related data in the blockchain to detect cheating. Through the experiment, it was confirmed that forgery and falsification are detected as a result of the exam.

Director Oshii Mamoru's Recognition and Representation of Modern World Shown in (<스카이 크롤러>를 통해 본 오시이 마모루 감독의 '현대세계' 재현과 인식)

  • Oshii Mamoru attempts to project the perception of reality about his own modern world as it is through animation. The precedent studies on Oshii Mamoru put their focus on the point that his works have a tendency to represent the devastation of reality as the image of 'a ruin.' In addition, they gave an impression that Oshii Mamoru's animation has gradually developed to expose the 'realistic taste[beauty]' from the design perspective. However, this study is going to put its focus on the point that Mamoru's works were created as an attempt at finding the subversive possibility of the suppressed modern world under the modern capitalism in the aspect of 'everyday life' of the modern world. First, for its analytical purpose, this study intends to do that by dividing the work into the three layers such as space, body and everyday life. In Chapter II, this study, in relation with the issue of 'space' representation, analyzed the space in into the modern, mechanical, compactly capitalized space and also the space just like a closed circuit having the nature of 'repetition.' In Chapter III, this analyzed that suggests the body moving freely between a human named 'Kildren' and the inhuman from the aspect of character's body, through which Mamoru represents the capitalized, reified body of the modern world. In addition, this analyzed the extreme anxiety facing the body into the reflection of the phenomena of 'anxiety' and 'placelessness' consequent on the labor flexibility of the modern world. In Chapter IV, this study, on the basis of the analysis of layers of space & body, analyzed that the 'everyday life' of the modern world was represented in the respects of 'memory' and 'habit', and in the aspects of Mise-en-Sc$\grave{e}$ne, design and direction. In Chapter V, this rooted out the fact that Mamoru suggested the attempt at 'appropriation' based on his perception of reality about such a modern world. Such a finding includes unearthing the fact that Oshii Mamoru's work is raising a question about how to desert and appropriate the modern space. In conclusion of Chapter VI, this drew the conclusion that Oshii Mamoru's work represented the layer of 'everyday life' while dealing with the post-modern themes shown by the existing modern SF genre, provided the 'window' through which people can perceive the 'modern world radically by recommending an attempt at 'appropriation', and blazed a trail in a new realm of creation for animations.

Unsupervised Classification of Landsat-8 OLI Satellite Imagery Based on Iterative Spectral Mixture Model (자동화된 훈련 자료를 활용한 Landsat-8 OLI 위성영상의 반복적 분광혼합모델 기반 무감독 분류)

  • Landsat OLI satellite imagery can be applied to various remote sensing applications, such as generation of land cover map, urban area analysis, extraction of vegetation index and change detection, because it includes various multispectral bands. In addition, land cover map is an important information to monitor and analyze land cover using GIS. In this paper, land cover map is generated by using Landsat OLI and existing land cover map. First, training dataset is obtained using correlation between existing land cover map and unsupervised classification result by K-means, automatically. And then, spectral signatures corresponding to each class are determined based on training data. Finally, abundance map and land cover map are generated by using iterative spectral mixture model. The experiment is accomplished by Landsat OLI of Cheongju area. It shows that result by our method can produce land cover map without manual training dataset, compared to existing land cover map and result by supervised classification result by SVM, quantitatively and visually.

  • The functional regulator(FR) appliances act to remove the restrictive forces that prevent the normal maturation of the maxilla and mandible. FR appliances are different from other functional jaw orthopedic appliances(e.g., the twin block, bionator, and activator). $Fr{\ddot{a}}nkel$ has based his treatment philosophy on the concept that the capacity to regulate growth residues in the soft tissue environment, and that adequate space must be available for the proper development of the hard tissue. In class II malocclusion with mandibular retrusion, FR-II treatment is not only the change in the postural position of mandible, but also expansion of the dental arches. By balancing the neuromuscular environment, not only can severe malocclusions be treated successfully, but also the tendency toward relapse is minimized because the neural and soft tissue factors associated with the skeletal malocclusion have been addressed as well. We report cases using by FR-II that is applicated in cases of Class II malocclusion without fixed appliance, only FR-II and space supervision.

  • These days, as digital producing technique has been developed, 3D imaging technique is used in high-tech computer and T.V. Also study for 3D producing technique is actively in progress. Moreover, as James Cameron's movie, 'Avatar' released in 2009 was a box office hit, the issue about 3D image came to the fore again. At this point, I decided to study the effect of the visual depth caused by the color correction during the post-production stage. The purpose of this study is to offer information about processing effective images through data about the effect of the visual depth that applies the color correction during the post-production stage. Basically, I supposed that color and contract would have effects on depth of 3D image. As a result, I could find out the changes of visual depth, space perception and sense of depth throughout the experiment. Applying this result,, I produced the 15 minutes of 3D advertisement movie and I found out that the color correction during the post-production stage was very effective for 3D depth. The left image and the right image by beam splitter based rig and parallel rig were used for this study. Also I adjusted the strong contrast by the color correction during the post-production stage after correcting convergence and visual depth during editing. As a result, I could produce images which had strong sense of space and sense of depth.
