This study examines the inequality of female golf leaders in recruitment and promotion and investigates alternatives to overcome them. It consisted of in-depth interviews and observations of the participants of this researcher by 9 female golf instructors who were employed in the driving range and had more than 10 years of teaching experience. Area analysis and classification analysis were used, and expert consultation, triangulation verification, and reconfirmation with participants were performed. The results first, Female golf leaders were unable to compete equally in the network of male golf leaders who advanced first. Second, female golf leaders were faithful to the role theory of women who have been educated in Confucian culture in Korean society. Third, to overcome the gender inequality reality, education was selected and self-esteem was raised through education. Fourth, fair opportunities should be given through job postings and job standardization. Lastly, it was confirmed that the proportion of athletes soon leads to the proportion of leaders, and that the number of leaders becomes a condition for equality.

This study was to examine the physical environment of public golf course for golf popularization. More specifically, this study was try to analyze the effects of physical environment on customer emotional response, golf course's image and recommendation intention of public golf course. This study were analyzed by frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows. First, among the physical environmental variables of public golf course, facilities' convenience, cleanliness, and aesthetics had positive effects on customers' positive emotion. Second, among the physical environmental variables of public golf course, facilities' cleanliness had effects on customers' negative emotion. Third, physical environment of public golf course had positive effects on golf course's image. Fourth, physical environment of public golf course had positive effects on recommendation intention.

The purpose of this study is to clarify the psychological importance of golf player's clothing selection by phenomenological analysis. The study subjects were male and female golf players who participated in the golf tour from October 2017 to March 2018, and a total of 4 male players and 2 female players were selected using the snow ball sampling method. For data analysis, we first coded what we got through in-depth interviews and observations of participation to be organized and analyzed first. Second, classification was conducted based on major themes or phenomena, and meaningful interpretation and research were conducted. In addition, to increase the truth and validity of this study, the true value, applicability, consistency and neutrality of the qualitative research process proposed by Guba & Lincoln (1981). The results of the analysis are as follows. Golf-wear for me, Jinx, My golf wear are my face. Conclusion, Through this study, you can understand the psychological implications of the golf-wear chosen by the golf player and expect positive effects to provide golf player's feedback in the course of making the golf-wear.

The purpose of this study is to phenomenological analyze the fun experience of G-Golf Tour players. A total of 3 male and 3 female professional golfers who are currently participate in G-Golf Tour are selected by snow-ball sampling. Data was collected from interviews and participant observation, With this data, coding was done as first step and group categorization was done as second step in order to achieve the right result from meaningful analyzing. In order to approve the adequate of this study, the peer review was done by one qualitative research specialist and two candidates of Ph.D. The motivation of G-Tour participation, the notification changing of G-Tour, the addiction of G-Tour, the fun factor of G-Tour were drawn as the results, and the media exposure, personal relations, and skill improvement were drawn as the sub-factors of fun experience of G-Tour.

The purpose of this study is to conceptualize the process of formation by the exploration of the lives of professional golfers who grow to excellent sports leaders, categorize the concept and suggest models between categories. In order to reveal in depth the change process of the job formation, the 'grounded approach' as a qualitative study was used as a the methodological frame of this study, and snow sampling, one of nonrandom sampling was used for the selection method of the study participants. 10 study participants who are able to make positive self-expression and talk with the researcher were selected. Through grounded approach appropriate for this process research, this study could acquire following results. First, through the casual condition that is the exploration of the lives of professional golfers growing to excellent sports leaders, it connected to the central phenomena of professional instruction methods and education belief as golf leaders. In this process, the changes as new experiences for the charm of the new job and relationship formation influence as the function of a contextual condition. In addition, golf leaders tried to become a more completed golf leader through self-efforts for development and expertise attainment according to the their own situations as well as belief, and they have established the lives of firm golf leaders through the process. Second, as a result of the changes of their lives as professional golfers growing to excellent sports leaders, the paradigm of grounded approach which is abstracted as total 141 concepts, 17 subcategories, and 11 superordinate categories were composed.

This study aims to discover whether there are other factors, such as the ball position and address that will increase the percentage of holed putts from different angles of surface. In this study, we selected five male tour professional golfers that has been of 15 years or longer on the Korea Golf Association. As a research tool, after installing a video camera at an artificial site that's similar with the real green, and with the player's own putter, motion analysis was carried out using a Titleist V1x, which is commonly used by golfers. We use SPSS programs, significance level a=.05. According to the ball movement during the ball movement during the ball position putt by section, it is confirmed that the ball speed and angular velocity increase as the ball position changes from left to right. If the uphill putt, ball movement was found to be increased same change flat putt and There is no significance deviation. In this study, we investigate how the clubface and ball move during impact by varying the position of the address ball according to the slope during the ascent putt, which should increase the success rate among the various slopes. This study was conducted to present scientific data.

The purpose of this study is to provide adequate datas on number of people who are in golf related field and also further expend that number for golf industry. The main stream of this study is to map out present golf related jobs and how this study can help golf industry in general. To make a greater improvements on golf industry with more job opportunity following ideas were presented. First, improving education on "hand on experiences on the field of golf industry" Better educating potential employees for golf industry for the right positions can enhance overall work environment. To do so, the society and the schools must come to agreement to provide adequate curriculum for people. Second, implementing "a golf club division program." The support from Ministry of Culture and Sports and Tourism Department, which are govern by Republic of Korea, are aggressively working to expend the golf business and also recruit elite personnel like former tour players to work on the field to better operate the whole system. Third, performing a thorough research on current golf related jobs and numbers and diversity on the field. Fourth, developing a specific and a differentiated golf job fields for better future for people and students who majored in golf industry. So that they cam feel secured and have a sense of dignity. Finally, strengthening the golf industry's competitiveness. The golf related companies have to step up to higher gear. With working in harmony between golf industry and government can assure of brighter future for our next generation.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among perfectionism, stress, and burnout in college golf athletes. Participants were 221 college students. Self-oriented perfectionism and socially prescribed perfectionism were found to be the antecedent variables causing stress. Self-oriented perfectionism reduced personal accomplishments, and socially prescribed perfectionism increased the level of burnout. Additionally, perceived stress not only engendered emotional exhaustion but also reduced personal accomplishments. Regarding indirect effects, self-oriented perfectionism and socially prescribed perfectionism increased the level of stress and affected athletes' emotional exhaustion and lack of accomplishments. The results will be of use for helping athletes to escape from the perfectionism that occurs due to their obsession with winning, thus laying the foundation for athletes to continue to enjoy their sports.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the variables affecting the effective stroke in the swing performed through 12 weeks of training for golf beginners, and to provide basic data on the effective stroke factors for the golf beginners to settle on the fairway. Twenty subjects were participate in the study (age: 21.35±1.69 yrs, height: 176.75±7.99 cm, weight: 70.70±9.76 kg). All subjects were subjected to a 12-week golf training, and trackman 4 was used in the 12th week to calculate variables affecting the effective stroke during a golf swing. Trackman data was divided into club-variables and ball-variables, and a binary logistic regression analysis was performed to find out the variables affecting effective strokes. In club-variables, high dynamic loft and low face angles were found in effective stroke, and in ball-variables, fast ball speed, large smash factor, high launch angle, and many spin rates were also found in effective stroke. As a result of the binary logistic regression analysis of club-variables, the probability of an effective stroke increased as the club speed and dynamic loft increased, and the probability of an effective stroke decreased as the face angle increased. The influence of effective stroke in the club-variables was in the order of dynamic loft, face angle, and club speed. In the ball-variable, the probability of an effective stroke increased when the lunch angle increased, and the probability of an effective stroke decreased as the lunch direction increased. As a condition to increase the probability of effective stroke based on the results, it is necessary to increase the club speed through high dynamic loft and low face angle during swing through continuous practice. Through this, the probability of effective stroke through increasing the launch angle and decreasing the launch direction will increase.

The matching score evaluating human copying ability can be a good measure to check children's developmental stages, or sports movements like golf swing and dance, etc. It also can be used as HCI for AR, VR applications. This paper presents a method to evaluate the motion similarity between demonstrator who initiates movement and participant who follows the demonstrator action. We present a quantification method of the similarity which utilizes Euclidean L2 distance of Openpose keypoins vector similarity. The proposed method adapts DTW, thus can flexibly cope with the time delayed motions.
