  • 개별화 웹 마케팅은 본질적으로 고객지향의 패러다임이다. 즉, 개별 고객의 특수한 니즈를 개별적으로 파악해서 각각의 고객에게 차별화된 서비스를 제공하는 것이 그 핵심이다. 웹 서버의 고객이 접근한 상품의 로그파일에 데이터마이닝의 연관규칙 기술을 이용하게 되면 고객행동 패턴의 파악 및 예측을 위한 기법으로 활용할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 웹 사용자의 교차 판매를 위한 원투원 마케팅에 필요한 접근패턴을 분석하고자 하며, 이는 고객의 상품에 대한 접근이 기록된 액세스 로그 데이터베이스의 분석을 통하여 이루어진다. 이들 데이터 처리와 교차판매 지원을 위한 데이터마이닝 모델링, 이를 통한 원투원 마케팅 모델 제시, 그리고 이의 활용이 고객관계관리(eCRM)에 미치는 효과를 제시한다.

  • Technological advancements in information technology including RFID and mobile technologies have made it feasible to track the customers travel path in a store. The customer travel paths provide valuable implications to understanding the customer behaviors in a store. In our research, we develop a shopping path analysis system to track and analyze the customer travel path. The proposed system consists of RFID systems for collecting the customer paths and analysis system. The analysis system conducts clustering for identifying the distinctive shopping patterns, and analyzes the profile of a grocery, such as congestion rate, visiting rate, and staying time, etc. We show the applicability of our proposed system using the actual data obtained at a grocery in Seoul as a case study.

A Study on hotel AI robot service built on the value-attitude-behavior(VAB) model (가치-태도-행동 모델을 적용한 호텔 AI 로봇서비스에 관한 연구)

  • After COVID-19, hotel industry is rapidly experiencing changes in the business environment, and under the influence of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, hotel industry is striving to secure competitive advantages through differentiation, including the use of big data and the IoT in service provision, as well as the introduction of artificial intelligence(AI) robot services. This study analyzed the perceived value of AI robot services and their impact on usage attitudes and behavioral intentions of customers who have used hotels that have introduced AI robot services. The results of the study showed that the value of robot services perceived by customers who have used robot services in hotels is categorized into three dimensions: social, experiential, and functional, and all of them have a positive effect on usage attitudes, with social, functional, and experiential values having a positive effect on usage attitudes in that order. Attitude toward use was also analyzed to have a positive effect on behavioral intention, which is consistent with the value-attitude-behavior model. Therefore, it is necessary for hotels to improve the satisfaction of hotel guests through diversified services of AI robot service.

Correlation between interests of hand's health and hand skin care behaviors by age group (연령별 손 건강에 대한 관심과 손 피부 관리행동의 상관관계 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for increased understanding of detailed customer needs by age group, and also to improve customer satisfaction. The survey was conducted from August $30^{th}$ to September $15^{th}$, 2017. The poll was conducted with 302 persons aged from 20's to 50's by using convenience-sampling method and self-administration method for survey. The results were analyzed by frequencies, independent sample t-test, Pearson correlations, and through multiple regression analysis. The study results are briefly summarized as follows. First, the overall age group's interest of hand's health was robustly high. Second, in the 20s and 30s age groups hand care interest and self-hand care (r=.284, p<.01) increased with improved hand health condition. In the 40s and 50s age groups there were positive correlations between hand health condition and Information recognition(${\beta}=.246$, p<.1), Product use(${\beta}=.312$, p<.05), and Professional Hand Care(${\beta}=.354$, p<.000). This study indicates that hand care concern and management behaviors change with age. Therefore, further research and more specific follow-up are required for improvement of the awareness of healthy hands.

Development of Evaluation Tool on Music Casting Based on Customer Experience (고객경험을 기반으로 한 인터넷 음악 방송 사이트 평가도구의 개발)

  • Recently, web casting on the internet has been expanding in number and size. Web Casting is different from the conventional television broadcasting since it can transmit various types of information through multimedia and it also can include interaction between users and broadcasting server. User experience by interaction becomes more important. Therefore, it is needed to win over customers by supplying satisfied experience through creative and different services, especially when there are consider competitions among music casting sites. In order to know how to make customers satisfied, we have to try to inspect what real customers in the Web Sites are acting and thinking, namely 'customer experience'. The 'customer experience' means every experience what users are expecting, doing, thinking and feeling when they stay in the Web site and online. In this thesis, the evaluation Guideline for music casting websites is developed by understanding customer experience on the music casting websites. The process of understanding customer experience was implemented through user observation methods, such as web Diary, group interview, and questionnaire. As a result of the study, 67 evaluation Guidelines with weight rate in 6 categories which are searching music, listening music, music video, music broadcasting, music mailing and other contents are developed. It can be used to analyze strengths and weakness of music casting sites and to establish business strategy for the more satisfied customer experience.

  • 주5일 근무제는 높아지는 생산력과 원활한 재생산을 담보하는 중요한 기제로 작용하여, 한 나라의 경제발전단계가 양적 성장단계에서 질적 성숙단계로 전환하는 시기에 도입이 요구되는 중요한 제도적 과제이다. 이에 본 연구는 주5일 근무제 도입에 따라 직장인의 라이프스타일과 의복구매행동의 유형을 분류하고, 유형별 특성과 인구통계적 특성의 관계를 밝혀 라이프스타일과 의복구매행동의 유형간의 관련성을 규명하여 본 연구를 바탕으로 주5일 근무제 도입에 대한 마케팅의 기초분석자료로써 달라진 고객의 라이프스타일과 의복구매행동의 변화를 인식하여 합리적인 마케팅 전략 수립에 도움을 주고, 의류업계의 나아갈 방향을 모색해 보려고 한다.

  • The corporate image in the modern competitive industry is one of the most important factors that invites customer's desire of purchase. The purpose of this study is to find out how the corporate image influences to the customer value and loyalty deciding customer's desire of repurchase and is to know the important factors of corporate image. The results of this study is that corporate image has an effect on customer value and satisfaction. Also customer value influences on customer satisfaction. Customer value and satisfaction have an effect on customer loyalty as the important factors. Through the results, customer's high recognition of the corporate has an influence on customer value.

Consumer Purchase Decision in a Mobile Shopping Mall: An Integrative View of Trust and Theory of Planned Behavior (모바일 쇼핑몰 고객들의 구매 의사 결정에 관한 연구: TPB와 신뢰의 통합적 관점에서)

  • With the widespread adoption of mobile devices, such as smart phones and smart pads, as well as the rapid growth of mobile technologies, consumer shopping patterns are changing. This study investigates key factors of consumer purchasing intention in a mobile shopping mall context by incorporating trust belief into the theory of planned behavior. We posit perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, perceived ease of use, and trust belief as antecedents of behavioral attitude toward mobile shopping malls. Moreover, social influence and security are identified as key enablers of trust belief on mobile shopping malls. Data collected from 154 consumers with purchasing experience in mobile shopping malls are empirically tested against a research model using partial least squares. Analysis results show that behavioral attitude and perceived behavioral control significantly influence purchasing intention. Moreover, this study reveals the significant effects of perceived usefulness and perceived enjoyment on behavioral attitude. Trust belief indirectly influences purchasing intention through behavioral attitude and is significantly affected by social influence. Understanding consumer purchasing decision-making processes in mobile shopping malls can help service providers to develop effective marketing and operation strategies and campaigns.

A Convergence Study about Influences of Trust in Supervisor, Customer badness behavior, Turnover Intention behavior on Job Embeddedness in Clinical Nurses (임상간호사의 상사신뢰, 고객불량행동 및 이직의도가 직무배태성에 미치는 영향에 관한 융합연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify trust in supervisor, customer badness behavior have turnover intention influence on job embeddedness. Self-report questionnaire was completed by 188 clinical nurse May 1st to May 30th, 2016. and date analyzed using the IBM SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. As a result, The mean score of trust in supervisor is 3.20 points, customer badness behavior is 2.66 points, job embeddedness is 3.05 points, turnover intention is 3.39 points(out of 5). There were significant positive correlations between job embeddedness and trust in supervisor(r=.57, p<.001) and turnover intention(r=.19, p=.011) and negative correlations between Sacrifice sub-cale of job embeddedness and customer badness behavior(r=-.15, p=.037). The convergence factors with the effect on job embeddedness, trust in supervisor(${\beta}=.471$, p<.001), job satisfaction(${\beta}=.226$, p<.001), turnover intention(${\beta}=-.196$, p<.001), nursing satisfaction(${\beta}=-.169$, p=.005) explained 48.9% of the job embeddedness. therefore, nursing managers have to strategy increasing nurse trust in supervisor and job satisfaction and nursing satisfaction for job embeddedness and plan to lower the turnover intention at the organization level.

A Study on the Effects of Convergence-type CRM on Relationship Quality and Customer Royalty in Kumdo Club (검도장 융복합형 고객관계가 관계품질과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was designed to shed light on the influence of CRM strategies on relationship quality and customer loyalty in Convergence-type Kumdo training clubs. The survey tool used for this research are questionnaires. The lead-time was achieved over a period of 23 days from 7 July 2014 to July 30th. The resulting data were processed by means of frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis using SPSS 20.0 program. The findings acquired based on the aforementioned research methods and data analysis are as follows: First, CRM strategies had significant influences on satisfaction. Second, CRM strategies had significant influences on some of belief. Third, CRM strategies had not significant influences on commitment. Fourth, satisfaction and belief had significant influences on attitudinal loyalty and behavioral loyalty. Fifth, Convergence-type CRM strategies had significant influences on attitudinal loyalty and behavioral loyalty.
