EDI감사용 의사결정시스템의 개발

  • 본 연구에서는 EDI감사 의사결정지원시스템을 개발하였다. 이를 위해서 기존의 EDP감사 의사결정지원시스템 및 감사전문가시스템분야의 연구를 고찰했다. EDI감사를 위한 의사결정지원시스템은 통계, 위험, 회사의 개요, 테스트 항목등의 데이타를 저장한 데이타베이스 시스템이다. 시스템 개발을 위해서 E/R(Entity Relation)이나 DFD(Data Flow Diagram)분석을 통해서 논리적인 설계를 하였다. 시스템 개발은 개인용 데이타베이스팩키지인 FoxPro를 사용하였다. 이 시스템을 통해서 감사인이 필요한 테스트 결과를 조회하거난 저장할 수 있고 통제, 위험, 회사등의 상호조회를 통한 필요한 통제나 위험정도를 쉽게 조회해 볼수 있다. 회사마다 필요한 통제, 위험, 테스트 항목등의 체크리스트가 달라지는 경우에 이 시스템을 통해서 입력 저장하여 각각의 회사에 대해 다른 체크리스트를 저장하여 놓을수 있다. 본 시스템은 EDI감사뿐만 아니라 일반 EDP감사분야에도 적용가능할 것이다. 종이를 사용한 감사증적이 없음으로 인해 수작업에 의한 EDI감사는 어려움이 있고 EDP감사시스템분야의 국내 연구가 전무한 실정에서 EDI감사를 지원하는 시스템의 연구는 의의를 갖는다고 생각된다. 본 시스템을 통해서 EDI의 보안 및 감사업무의 효율성이 높아지고 EDI에 대한 위험에 효율적으로 대처할수 있게 될 것이다. 그리고 이러한 보안 및 감사기법과 통제모형을 지식베이스로 구축해서 실제의 위험노출상황에서 가능한 보안을 위한 통제방안이 여러가지가 있는 경우에 비용/편익 분석, 효율성, 회사방침 및 법률적인 문제등을 고려해서 최적의 보안통제 및 감사기법을 선택하는 것을 지원할 수 있을 것이다.고리듬을 개발 함으로써 내부점 선형계획법의 수행속도의 개선에 도움이 될 것이다.성요소들을 제시하였다.용자 만족도가 보다 높은 것으 로 나타났다. 할 수 있는 효율적인 distributed system를 개발하는 것을 제시하였다. 본 논문은 데이타베이스론의 입장에서 아직 정립되어 있지 않은 분산 환경하에서의 관계형 데이타베이스의 데이타관리의 분류체계를 나름대로 정립하였다는데 그 의의가 있다. 또한 이것의 응용은 현재 분산데이타베이스 구축에 있어 나타나는 기술적인 문제점들을 어느정도 보완할 수 있다는 점에서 그 중요성이 있다.ence of a small(IxEpc),hot(Tex> SOK) core which contains two tempegatlue peaks at -15" east and north of MDS. Rapid Education and Training Methodology for North Korean Construction Workers through a Survey (설문조사를 통한 북한 건설노동자의 급속 양성 교육·훈련 방안)

  • North Korea's demand for infrastructure construction and maintenance is growing rapidly. On the other hand, the number of skilled workers is insufficient. Therefore, through a survey of North Korean defectors, this study analyzed the status of construction technology and the difficulties of construction workers. In addition, an attempt was made to derive an appropriate education and training program process and operation plan. As a result of the survey, the reason for the low technical level of construction workers was the lack of skills, lack of motivation to work, and the lack of training and management systems. The appropriate education and training period was 56% of the total response within one year and 36% within six months. Based on the results of this survey, the period of education and training for the rapid training of construction technical personnel in North Korea was adopted as one year. Moreover, compared to the NCS standard in South Korea, appropriate training hours were suggested, excluding training courses, such as planning and design, construction management that require specialized knowledge. Finally, the curriculum corresponding to the education and training courses and the standards for facility names and required areas for facility operation were suggested.

Variation of Harbor Oscillations in Yeongil Bay (영일만 항만에서의 부진동 변화에 관한 연구)

  • Today the harbor oscillation problems are the most significant factor to design harbors serving the very large ships. Large vessels moored in the elastic hawsers at the coastal harbors are often displaced due to the resonance between the long period waves and mooring system. The cargo handling may be interrupted and the hawsers may be broken, especially when the amplification becomes remarkable. The most significant harbor which is confronted with harbor oscillation problem in Korea is the Pohang New Port. Many cases of problems are being notified by the pilot association and local office of MOMAF. However, it is difficult to prevent the arrival of long waves musing oscillation within this harbor. Moreover, government already started new port plan at the mouth of Yeongil Bay without treating problems occurred in the Pohang New Port. This study deals with the variation of harbor oscillation due to the construction of 4.1km breakwater at the bay mouth and new port plan. Numerical method used are fairly standard form from the extended mild slope equation The obtained numerical results were compared with the field measurement from the previous study and this will bring a certain level of discussion and consideration of variation in the future port development.

Economic Analysis of Dam Operation Improvement by Dam Downstream River Improvement Works ( I )-Recovered Benefits of Water Supply and Hydropower Generation (댐하류하천정비사업의 댐 운영개선 효과 경제성 분석 (I) -용수공급 및 발전생산 회복편익)

  • Allocated water storage of dam at the planning and design stage does not seem to be maintained well at the operation stage because of unexpected critical reasons. A dam is likely to be subject to negative effects caused by changes of dam operation conditions and it is hardly avoidable. Therefore, it must be timely improved to recover its original functions and looked for better alternatives to keep its original roles. Specifically the improper management of river condition degrades flood control capability in a dam and river eco-system. The dam downstream river improvement work is needed for normalizing dam functions and its valuations. This study focuses on estimating water use benefits from recovering its own effective storage buffer restricted for flood control. As the results, the water supply and the hydropower benefits in Imha, Daechung and Youngdam Dam are recovered totally by 19.9 million $m^3$/year and 20.8 GWh/year respectively. Also those results are used for the basic information of the economic analysis in the dam downstream river improvement work.

Analysis of Factors Influencing upon the Metro Wear Using the Classification and Regression Trees (CART 분석을 이용한 지하철 마모 영향인자 분석)

  • 일반적으로 레일마모는 열차의 주행안전 및 승차감에 미치는 영향이 크고, 소음 진동의 주요원인으로 작용한다. 또한 레일마모가 발생할 경우 궤도구조의 파괴를 촉진시킴으로써 차량 및 궤도유지보수비를 크게 증가시킨다. 따라서 구간 특성 및 환경 영향 인자 등 현장에서 발생하는 마모 원인을 체계적으로 분석함으로써 마모를 저감할 수 있도록 차량운행 조건과 선로선형 및 궤도구조를 설계하는 것은 중요한 과제이다. CART(Classification And Regression Tree; 분류와 회귀나무) 분석은 패키지화된 좋은 분류 및 예측도구 기법으로 나무의 상위 분리수준에서 일반적으로 나타나는 가장 중요한 입력변수들을 사용하는 등의 입력변수를 선정하는 경우 매우 유용하다. 본 연구에서는 다변수 구간특성 및 환경인자를 고려한 검측 자료 상관관계 분석을 위한 회귀 나무기반 모델(TBM: Tree Based Model) 분석 수행을 위해 지하철 2호선 마모 데이터와 마모 데이터에 영향을 미치는 각종 다변수 구간특성 및 환경인자를 사용하였다. 2호선 지하철의 구간특성 인자 및 환경인자는 레일의 종류, 레일의 위치, 도상, 곡률반경, 캔트 슬랙 및 운행 일수 등으로 구분하였다. 레일의 종류는 ks-50kg과 ks-60kg 두 종류의 레일이 있으며, 레일의 위치는 지상과 지하로 크게 구분할 수 있다. 도상은 콘크리트 도상, 자갈 도상과 일부 구간의 방진상 콘크리트 도상으로 구분할 수 있으며, 곡률반경은 직선구간과 완화곡선 구간 및 최소 250m부터 627m까지 분포된 원 곡선 구간으로 구분할 수 있다. 캔트 간격은 최소 96cm 부터 120cm 간격으로 구분하며, 슬랙은 5~9cm에 분포하고, 운행 기간은 해당 기간 동안 유지보수 이력이 없는 구간을 선정하여 2005년부터 2006년까지 4번에 걸쳐 검측된 지하철 2호선 내선 마모데이터를 사용하였다. 총 X1부터 X7까지 총 7개의 구간특성 또는 환경특성을 영향인자로 선정하였으며, 이러한 영향인자에 의해 결정되는 종속 인자로 Y1인 직마모와 Y2인 측마모를 선정하여 이 중 실질적으로 지하철 궤도의 성능 평가에 주요 판단인자로 사용되는 측마모와 구간특성 및 환경영향인자와의 상관관계 분석을 수행하였다. 해당 마모 데이터가 검측되는 기간 동안 유지보수 이력이 없는 12272 point의 데이터를 검출하였고 CART 프로그램을 이용하여 데이터를 분석하였으며, CART 프로그램의 해석을 위해 종속변수인 직마모량은 각 검측 지점의 마모량에 해당하는 등급으로 변환하여 분석을 수행하였다. 레일의 마모에 영향을 미치는 구간특성 및 환경인자와 종속 변수로 사용된 레일의 마모량 사이의 CART를 이용한 상관관계 분석은 실제 구조물에서 영향인자간의 상관 관계와 유사하며, 추후 연구에서는 이를 바탕으로 하여 정량화된 검측 데이터를 종속변수로 하여 구간특성 또는 환경인자 등 외부 영향인자를 고려한 궤도 검측데이터와의 상관관계 분석을 수행할 계획이다.

Quantitative analysis of mutans streptococci adhesion to various orthodontic bracket materials in vivo (다양한 교정용 브라켓 원재료에 부착하는 mutans streptococci 양의 비교분석)

  • Objective: To estimate the effects of bracket material type on enamel decalcification during orthodontic treatment, this study analyzed the adhesion level of mutans streptococci (MS) to orthodontic bracket materials in vivo. Methods: Three different types of orthodontic bracket materials were used: stainless steel, monocrystalline sapphire, and polycrystalline alumina. A balanced complete block design was used to exclude the effect of positional variation of bracket materials in the oral cavity. Three types of plastic individual trays were made and one subject placed the tray in the mouth for 12 hours. Then, the attached bacteria were isolated and incubated on a mitis salivarius media containing bacitracin for 48 hours. Finally, the number of colony forming units of MS was counted. The experiments were independently performed 5 times with each of the 3 trays, resulting in a total of 15 times. Mixed model ANOVA was used to compare the adhesion amount of MS. Results: There was no difference in colony forming units among the bracket materials irrespective of jaw and tooth position. Conclusions: This study suggested that the result of quantitative analysis of MS adhesion to various orthodontic bracket materials in vivo may differ from that of the condition in vitro.

EU Rural Development Evaluation System and Implication for Rural Development in Korea (EU의 농촌개발사업 평가체계와 시사점 -농촌마을사업 선정·평가를 중심으로-)

  • There is an inescapable requirement in public policy to provide evidence. For the evaluation of the EU Rural Development Policy, the European Commission has designed a Common Monitoring and Evaluation Framework(CMEF). The principal objectives of evaluations are to improve decision-making, resource allocation and accountability. In Korea, howerver, the opinion-based policy by expert is still rural development evaluation system. It does not provide the objective quantitative indicators for impact of rural development project. According to this, the budget-making body (parliament, government, etc.) have questioned the effectiveness of rural development projects, rural development projects often reduced or changed. To improve the accountability of rural development policy, it is necessary to build a reliable monitoring and evaluation system based on the evidence. First, rural development evaluation indicators should be considered the multipul goal of rural development, namely economic development, social development. Second, the purpose of the evaluation is necessary to be designed for the learning rather than reward. Third, the participation by local residents should be strengthened in evaluation process. Finally, it is necessary to establish rural development monitoring and evaluation system, such as CMEF of the EU (CMEF).

Division of Homogeneous Road Sections for National Highway by Genetic Algorithms (유전자 알고리즘을 적용한 국도의 동질성 구간 분할)

  • Traffic data such as traffic volume, speed, and vehicle Class are very important basic data for the plan and design of highway. Based on traffic data, the future service level of a specific highway and geometry of newly constructed or expended road is predicted and determined. The Ministry of Construction & Transportation has simultaneously surveyed coverage count and permanent count at highways since 1985. Traffic volume survey sections were determined at jointed nodes of highways and jointed nodes of highways and other roads such as freeway and local highway. Volume survey was performed at these sections. The premise to decide these sections is assumed that links between jointed nodes of main highways exhibit similar traffic characteristics. Recently, due to the change of highway geometries such as construction of detour road and installations of traffic facilities such as installation of media, traffic characteristics of the existing traffic volume survey sections was changed. To reflect these changes, traffic characteristics at homogeneous road sections was widely evaluated and analyzed. Using Genetic Algorithms, a model was developed for the evaluation of traffic characteristics at homogeneous road sections. Traffic volume survey sections were then determined through the application of the developed model for current traffic system.

Comparison of The Importance of Evaluation Items for Landscape Performance and Sustainability Using Analytic Network Process (ANP) (ANP기법을 이용한 조경성능 및 친환경 평가항목 중요도 비교)

  • As international criteria and standards are required in the fields of design and construction, landscape performance must also be considered not only for the value of the landscape but also for providing quality assurance and sustainability. Given the lack of research on landscape performance, the present research was purposed to analyze the importance of potential assessment categories and items using an analytical network process. A list of assessment items, which is composed of 20 items and 6 categories, was derived through a literature review and a preliminary survey of 11 landscape professionals. An ANP model was established and a survey was conducted among 30 landscape practitioners to determine the weight of priorities considering the criteria. The results of ANP showed that the categories of site selection, preservation and health, and convenience had high priorities while materials had the lowest importance score. For the assessment items, a monitoring plan was the highest importance, followed by cultural/ historic preservation, management cost reduction, and natural ground areas. Despite the difficulties in quantifying landscape achievements, most respondents agreed that there needs to be an evaluation system for landscape performance in order to assure the quality and sustainability of landscape development. More research and discussion are needed to develop an assessment system for landscape performance that is applicable to Korean context.

  • The building below standard scales to be built only by constructive report to authorities. Construction law 8 illustrates that supervision should be deployed in all the construction sites at the building which is found to have more than 3 floors and also to have more than $200m^2$ of total squares in especially outside area of city plan zone. Such a small construction is have a important and the most basic meaning. Many problems were found to occur in all the constructive places which were out of the limit of this law. The construction sites were found to be controlled by public official's visiting without supervisors and designers of architecture. Technique of construction in architecture was found to be not different from that of 1980. The security of employees in construction on sites has a serious problem. Because of choosing all the materials of the building without a reasonable point. All the building were found to have a law material about inside and outside aspects. The purpose of this study are to examine existing law about a small project and than to analyze the situation of constructive control through questionnaires and interviews with all the supervisors. Based on the data base of engineers who had a great experience in construction sites, The purpose of this study is also to suggest and advise the method of controlling all the items in architecture through on and off line.
