본 연구에서는 분산화된 공급체인상황하에서 효과적인 조정 메커니즘으로 제시되고 있는 공급체인계약의 유형들 중에서 서적, 음반 및 컴퓨터 산업등에서 주로 사용되는 반품계약(Return Policy)에 대한 동적 시뮬레이션 모형을 구축하고, 반품비율 및 환매가 등의 계약 파라미터들이 모형의 성과에 미치는 영향과 구매자의 판매노력 및 판매자의 위험성향이 고려되는 상황하에서 반품계약의 효과성이 어떻게 바뀌는지를 분석하고자 한다. 연구의 목적은 판매노력 및 위험성향과 같은 요인들이 반품계약의 효과성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하는 것이며 부가적으로는 공급체인계약에 대한 동적시뮬레이션 모형을 구축하고 연구함으로서 최근 관심이 증대되고 있는 시스템다이내믹스 접근이 공급체인관리 분야의 연구에 유의하게 기여할 수 있음을 제시하고 향후 연구를 위한 기반을 다지고자 한다. 연구결과 반품계약을 시행하는 경우에 공급체인의 성과가 높으며, 반품계약과 더불어 판매자의 판매노력이 고려되는 경우에는 성과가 더욱 향상되었다. 또한 판매자가 위험회피성향을 가진 경우에는 공급체인성과가 감소하였다.

The purpose of this study is to propose a model of the contract type and contract category in the process of programs in each stage which is the procurement by defence improvement program of a large long term programs. When requiring the contract, contractor confirms the contract type and contract category of the review the contract in bulk, separate contract by repeatedly. For the study of improvement method we used previous research paper, reports of DAP A and KIDA, laws of contract and other several materials. and we also applied the rational contract type and contract category for the general mass production program weapon system based on the analysis of contract states concluded with DAPA and old-DAPA, and collect the public opinions of the defense industry.

This study provides a systematic review of smart trade contracts, examining the research trends and theoretical background of utilizing smart contracts and blockchain technology for the digitalization and automation of trade contracts. Smart trade contracts are a concept that applies the automated contract system based on blockchain to trade-related transactions. The study analyzes the technical and legal challenges and proposes solutions. The technical aspect covers the development of smart contract platforms, scalability and performance improvements of blockchain networks, and security and privacy concerns. The legal aspect addresses the legal enforceability of smart contracts, automatic execution of contract conditions, and the responsibilities and obligations of contract parties. Smart trade contracts have been found to have applications in various industries such as international trade, supply chain management, finance, insurance, and energy, contributing to the ease of trade finance, efficiency of supply chains, and business model innovation. However, challenges remain in terms of legal regulations, interaction with existing legal frameworks, and technological aspects. Further research is needed, including empirical studies, business model innovation, resolution of legal issues, security and privacy considerations, standardization and collaboration, and user experience studies to address these challenges and explore additional aspects of smart trade contracts.

구매 계약과 구매에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 상품 가격에 반응하는 소비자의 행동은 꾸준한 주목을 받아왔다. 기존의 많은 연구에서 소비자는 상품을 사거나 계약을 할 때 과거 있었던 가격 또는 변할 수 있는 미래 가격을 고려하지 않고 현재 주어진 가격에만 반응을 보인다는 가정을 하였다. 또 다른 연구에서는 소비자는 미래 있을 가격이 어떠한 확률 분포를 따르는 지를 정확히 알고 반응을 보인다고 조금은 과장된 가정을 하였다. 하지만 최근의 연구에서는 소비자가 상품 판매자의 가격 결정 정책을 고려하면서 상품 구매 또는 구매 계약을 한다는 즉 가격에 민감한 반응을 보인다는 가정을 하게 되었다. 이 연구에서는 소비자가 상품 구매나 구매 계약 시 필요한 정보들 중 가장 중요한 상품의 가격을 어떻게 얻어서 이용하는지 분석해 보고자 한다. 즉 상품의 미래 가격 변화를 소비자가 어떻게 추정하여 구매 계약과 구매 시 이용 하는지를 분석하고자 한다. 이 연구에서는 소비자가 상품 구매 계약 시 가격을 추정하는 방법으로 과거의 경험에서 얻어진 가격들을 이용한다는 가정하의 수학적 모형을 세워 소비자의 가격 추정이 실제 상품 구매와 계약에 미치는 영향 그리고 판매자의 가격 결정에 미치는 영향을 분석해 보았다.

Along with the increased use of e-journal since mid of 1990's, there has been a sharp increase of license contracting in the library. However the librarians who have no enough knowledge nor technology to handle the licensing are experiencing difficulties in the process. The study intended to help them understand the practical problems of license contracting between library and vendors, and proposed guidelines for developing model license for e-journal based on the licensing principles of IFLA and ALA.

국내 전력 산업은 과거 수직통합적 독점구조에서 부문별 기능분할 및 경쟁도입을 점진적으로 추진하고 있으며 먼저 발전회사간 경쟁을 도입하기 위하여 한국전력의 발전부문을 6개의 발전회사로 분할 하였다. 2004년부터는 본격적으로 양방향 도매전력시장을 도입하여 운영할 계획에 있다. 도매전력시장의 도입으로 발생할 수 있는 가장 큰 시장 위험요소로는 시장가격의 수준 및 변동성에 대한 불확실성을 들 수 있다. 이는 시장참여자 모두에게 위험요소가 될 수 있으며 이를 위하여 정부주도하에 경쟁시장 이행기 동안의 과도기적 위험관리 도구를 제공하게 되며 발전회사와 판매회사 사이의 강제적 계약인 베스팅 계약이 포함될 것으로 예상된다. 여러가지의 베스팅 계약 중에서 Two-way 베스팅 계약은 발전회사와 판매회사와의 계약량, 계약가격을 정부 또는 관련기관에서 지정하는 것으로 이러한 Two-way 베스팅 계약은 도매전력시장의 초기에 발전회사의 손실을 최소화하는 역할을 할 것으로 예상되지만 반대로 수익을 제한하는 요소로도 작용할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 베스팅 계약 중에서 Two-way 베스팅 계약에 대한 분석을 수행하고 이를 토대로 하여 베스팅 계약 하에서 발전회사의 수익을 최적화 할 수 있는 전략에 대한 연구를 수행하였다.

Many contractors have overlooked the construction contract general conditions and it was a bad construction practice. Today, construction project is very complex and complicated. This requires a networked contract document and results in a complicated contract conflict hardly to be solved. Therefore, to reduce the construction dispute and to enhance construction practice, clarification of definition of Owner, several conditions to be revised, insertion of design supervision were suggested in this paper.

This study compares and analyzes wholesale(or price-only) contract, revenue-sharing contract, quantity-flexibility contract, and channel-rebate contract in a decentralized supply chain consisting of one supplier and one retailer. By setting the parameters of each coordination contract based on the previous results, we conduct simulations using @RISK for several combinations of these parameters. Under the supply chain coordination, we evaluate the probability of successfully signing a contract and the participant in favor of each contract. As a result, the quantity-flexibility contracts is most advantageous for the retailer and the channel-rebate contracts is most advantageous for the supplier. It revealed that revenue-sharing contracts can be used more flexibly because they can be selected in the widest range to redistribute profits between supplier and retailer.

This study is to review methodological limitations of previous studies, propose Tobit Model as an analysis model. We model used annual rent-free as dependent variable and considering to contract characteristics and building characteristics as independent variable. We model was consisted to the three model as follow: Basic model, Time control model, Quadratic model. As a result of the analysis, existing variables revealed through previous studies such as contract period, contract area, total floor area, and building age were all statistically significant. These results were robust when considering time effects. Also, floor area and annual rent-free was quadratic relationship by inverse U shape. This result provide to methodological contribution for related research. Also, provide to more accurate information for participants in seoul office market.

The purpose of this study is presume that reasonable construction period of constract and appropriate number of persons for works according to reconstruction. This study is presume reasonable construction period of constract and appropriate number of person of reconsruction with a case study out of apartment R.C construction. The result of this study are as follows: 1. In case of four building of apartment Resonable constrution period: 750days$\sim$800days, the average(1day) number of persons under working: 63.5 persons. 2. In case of four building of apartment Resonable constrution period: 850days$\sim$900days, the average(1day) number of persons under working: 100.6 persons. 3. In case of four building of apartment Resonable constrution period: 1000days$\sim$1050days, the average(1day) number of persons under working: 145.0 persons.
