지금까지 수행된 대부분의 유가예측은 주고 계량 데이터를 기반으로 하는 여러 가지 계량 모델을 구성하여 수행되었으며, 그 결과 산유국 동향과 같은 국제 유가시장의 불확실성을 제대로 반영하지 못했다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 계량경제학적인 접근방법과 전문가시스템을 통합한 유가예측 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 즉, 계량 데이터를 기초로 유가예측 모델을 구성하고, 산유국동향과 같은 비계량적인 요인이 유가에 미치는 영향에 대한 실무자의 경험적인 지식은 지식베이스로 구축함으로써, 유가예측과 관련된 다양한 요인들을 폭넓게 고려할 수 있는 통합된 시스템을 개발하였다. 유가예측 모델로는 대표 유종의 유가 및 수급 전망을 위한 동적 선형연립 모델과 유종간 유가의 균형차액을 예측하기 위한 Fully Modified 공적분 회귀분석 모델을 구성하였으며, 유가예측 모델에서 반영하기 어려운 산유국 동향이나 OPEC정책, 선물시장 동향 등은 실무자의 경험적인 지식을 바탕으로 시스템 예측변수로 설정하여 유가예측에 반영할 수 있도록 지식베이스를 구축하였다. 또한, 본 시스템에서는 유가예측 이외에 석유 수급을 전망하고, 유가 및 수급과 관련된 다양한 정보를 제공하고 관리하는 기능을 제공하고 있다.

기후변화로 동절기 기온 저하에 따른 수도계량기의 동파는 지속적으로 심화되고 있으며, 이는 계량기 교체 비용, 누수, 누수량 동결에 의한 2차 피해, 단수 등 사회적 문제를 야기한다. 이와같은 문제를 해결하고자 구조적 대책으로 개별 가정에서 동파 방지형 계량기를 설치할 수 있으나 이를 위한 비용발생이 상당하고, 비구조적 대책으로는 기상청의 동파 지도 알림 서비스를 활용하여 사전적으로 대응하고자 하나, 기상청자료는 대기 온도를 중심으로 제공하고 있기 때문에 해당서비스만으로는 계량기의 동파를 예측하는데 필요한 추가적인 다양한 변수를 활용하는데 한계가 있다. 최근 정부와 공공부문에서 22개 지역, 110개소 이상의 수도계량기함내 IoT 온도센서를 시범 설치하여 계량기 함내의 상태 등을 확인할 수 있는 사업을 수행했다. 전국적인 계량기 상태의 예측과 진단을 위해서는 추가적인 센서 설치가 필요할 것이나, IoT센서 설치 비용 등의 문제로 추가 설치가 더딘 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 겨울 동파 예방을 위해 실제 온도센서를 기반으로 가상센서를 구축하고, 이를 혼합한 하이브리드 방식으로 동파위험 기준에 따라 전국 동파위험 지도를 구축하였다. 가상센서 개발을 위해 독립변수로 위경도, 고도, 음·양지, 보온재 여부 및 기상정보(기온, 강수량, 풍속, 습도)를 활용하고, 종속변수로 실제 센서의 온도를 사용하여 기계학습 모델을 개발하였다. 지역 특성에 따라 정확한 모델을 구축하기 위해 위치정보 및 보온재여부 등의 변수를 활용하여 K-means 방법으로 군집화 하였으며, 각 군집별로 3가지의 기계학습 회귀모델을 적용하였다. 최적의 군집 수를 검토한 결과 4개가 적정한 것으로 판단되었다. 군집의 특성은 지역별 구분과 유사한 패턴을 보이며, 모든 군집에서 Gradient Boosting 회귀모델을 적용하는 것이 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 개발한 모델을 바탕으로 조건에 따라 동파 예측 알람서비스에 실무적으로 활용할 수 있도록 양호·주의·위험·매우위험 총 4개의 기준을 설정하였다. 실제 본 연구에서 개발된 알고리즘을 국가상수도정보 시스템에 반영하여 테스트 수행중에 있으며, 향후 지속 검증을 할 예정에 있다. 이를 통해 동파 예방 및 피해 최소화, 물절약 등 직간접적 편익이 기대된다.

본 고는 P사의 원료 수급에 관한 계량적 모델을 제시함으로써 문제의 규모와 복잡성 때문에 해결이 어려웠던 문제를 단계적 의사결정에 의해 접근함으로써 현상의 이해와 더불어 실제 응용을 가능케하기 위한 시도의 일환이다. 먼저 고려되어야 할 적정 재고수준의 산정과 배선계획은 향후 기술하기로 하며 컴퓨터의 발전과 더불어 조직적인 문제해결을 위한 계량적 모델을 통한 접근방법의 한 예를 기술하였다.

The Ministry of Strategy and Finance of South Korea accesses public organizations annually for increasing outcomes with effective and clear managements. The management assessment is categorized into the business management applied all organizations and the main business assessed by purposes and characters of organizations. This study analyzes metrical indexes of main businesses with using the logic model and suggests the direction of developing metrical indexes of organizations. Metrical indexes of the Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation in 2017 were analyzed to develop indexes. The results indicates that metrical indexes of the Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation are mainly consisted of the commitment and process. The logic model was suggested to analyze proprieties of metrical indexes of the main business. This study shows that organizations develop metrical indexes of the main business with classifying that these are from calculation indexes or result indexes. Thus, this study suggests that organizations consider result indexes based on the logic model for developing metrical indexes of the main business.

DLMS(Device Language Message Specification) 메시지 규약과 COSEM(Companion Specification for Energy Metering) 오브젝트 모델링 기법을 채택한 계량기 통신 및 오브젝트 모델 표준인 IEC62056은 계량기의 상호 운용, 관리, 보안 그리고 계략 데이터 모델링에 대한 방법 등을 기술하고 있으며 TCP-UDP, GPRS, PSTN등의 원격 접속을 위한 프로파일을 지원하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 DLMS계량기의 계량 데이터를 수집 및 관리하는 IEC6056 기반의 energy information concentrator(이하 EIC)를 제안한다 이 중계장치는 COSEM 오브젝트로 구성되어 있는 DLMS 계량기를 EIC의 논리장치로 모델링하여 등록 관리하는 새로운 개념의 DLMS 중계장치이다. 쉽게 말해서 IEC62056을 따르는 DLMS 클라이언트에서 EIC를 바라볼 때 여러 개의 논리 장치를 가지는 DLMS 장치로 인식이 된다. EIC는 특성상 기능적으로 크게 두 부분으로 나누어지는데, 상위 시스템과의 인터페이스를 담당하는 서버부분과 계량기로부터 데이터를 수집하는 클라이언트 부분이다. 서버 부분은 계량 데이터 오브젝트 관리 모듈 부분과 TCP/IP서버 모듈로 나누어지며 클라이언트 부분은 DLMS 계량기 스케줄링 부분과 DLMS 클라이언트 부분으로 나누어진다. 개발된 EIC는 최대 111대까지의 계량기를 지원 관리할 수 있으며, 각 1Mbit 용량의 오브젝트를 구성 할 수 있다.

The field of bibliometrics and its applications are extensive. This paper deals with firstly the origin and development as well as definition of bibliometrics, secondly the research areas and basic laws in the field, thirdly the various techniques used in bibliometric analyses according to the fundamental bibliometric data : publications. references and citations, and producers of scientific publications, and finally the applications of bibliometric techniques, including those in librarianship and information management, and those in the study of science and scientists.

This paper focus on the analyzing objective bases for Proper assessment in Internet business mall. UP to now, assessment protocol of Internet business mall has been accomplished with financial factor, traffic factor and no quantitative factor respectively. But decision process of this malls value by one of these factors is not the best method. A new assessment model considering qualitative and quantitative factors is suggested and reviewed with existing model . As a result, a quantitative assessment protocol is appraised by a customer for the reason that this model includes not only comparative superiority between company but also weighting factor in assessment factors.
